We arrived in a PA-34, during poor weather. The ramp service was very punctual, courteous and assisted myself and family in every way. The facilities were very clear and well suited for aviators and their travelers. I did believe that the fee and fuel costs were high, $170/night in the hangar etc.

We landed here today in my PA32 Saratoga. Very impressive airport, and this FBO is outstanding. Excellent service, lineman very friendly and professional. We even got the carpet next to the airplane as we got out :) The FBO is very impressive, nice service, very friendly staff. (The only "negative" thing was the $65 landing and handling fee (no fuel purchase), but it's understandable at an airport this size). Thanks for everything!

Any FBO that can serve me a fresh hot breakfast at 5am on a cold/rainy winter morning has me. There is an excellent caterer located at the FBO and they open early! Cooked my breakfast to order. Departing with my passengers in the dark, in the rain wasn't so great. No line staff to assist us loading or with chocks on all three wheels or with all the orange cones they placed around the airplane. We were soaked by the time we climbed in. Then...after a rejected takeoff we had to taxi back in. Still no line assistance. Very hard to see in the rain and in the dark. While trying to park ourselves back in the spot we departed from a few minutes earlier we taxied across a grate. No damage done, but it wasn't good. Unloaded the airplane and re-chocked the airplane ourselves. Hopefully this isn't normal? They were very busy. We will give them another chance if for nothing else...the breakfast!
