We flew in for a fuel stop yesterday, a Sunday. Imagine our surprise to see the restaurant full of people who had just driven out from town, following church, for their regular Sunday dinner. Yes, the food is that good. You definitely want to include this as a fuel stop if you are looking for a lunch break. And, they tell me, their breakfast is even better!

Flew in today for lunch. The food was quite good, and the people were very friendly. The grilled-cheese sandwich was devoured and pronounced "good" by my 7-year old daughter, who is an authority on such things The restaurant is obviously very popular with the local after-church crow; it was nearly full when we got there (11:15 am) and there was a line 10-deep out the door when we left (12:15). Did not have time to try the pie, but it looked excellent as it passed by our table. Next time!

Stopped to wait out some weather - good place for a relaxed meal, nice view. Seemed to be quite a few locals - food (and price) explains why. Excellent fried chicken.

I'm based at KPKB and eat frequently at Mary's. It's the best! Great home-style food at very reasonable prices. Also good pies for dessert. Wait staff also friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.

I flew into PKB yesterday for my commercial cross-country and stopped in to Mary's for some lunch. The food was great, the service was fast and the price was right! I'd recommend taking a half hour and getting some food while enjoying a nice view of the runway for anyone passing through.

Good "home cooking" food and nice pie selection, reasonable prices.

Been here twice, both times a pleasant experience. Good food, friendly service and reasonable prices. A great place for a lunch stop.

Still no more comments? Wow! Ate there again today and the food is still awesome. Big portions, small price tags. Much of it is home made and the view to the ramp is great. Watched some army helos fly around. Highly recommended!
