$10.00 fee per day whether or not it is landing fee or overnight fee. Most general aviation airports do not charge such a fee. Perhaps I do not land at enough big city locations? Fuel was not a bargain.

Flew into PLK for a weekend with family and friends. The FBO counter personnel were very friendly. $10.00 nightly tie down fee.

We always stop here with our Caravan for good fuel prices and good service, and all the fun that goes with Branson. We recommend PLK! PS: If you are golfing, the golf courses are fantastic, and Hoot Gibson's golf fitting and repair shop is a must to visit.

We arrived at PLK with a flight of three Beechcraft and as usual the service was great. Special mention to the Avis crew, they could not been more helpful in our rental of the 12-passenger van. PLK's FBO is modern, comfortable and well staffed. There may be new airports in the area, but with this level of service and close proximity of town, I see no reason to land anywhere else.

We arrived Thursday, Aug. 13, 2009 and were met on the ramp by line personnel. They took over and tied down our aircraft (Sundowner). I requested fueling and it was complete and ready when we ready to depart Sunday morning. Fair tie down fees and fuel prices. Friendly, helpful service. Avis rent car is in the terminal. Reservations are suggested. Yes, you can rent Harleys or scooters...Prices seem reasonable. This IS the airport if you are going to Branson. We will be back. Thanks folks!

Nice clean airport with easy access to Branson area. Low nightly ramp fee. Avis car rental in terminal building was fast and friendly. And they even rent Harleys! Runway could use some fresh markings for easier identification. We will be back soon!

Nice little airport. Linecrew is top notch, Dave and Vince were very friendly and quick to help us tiedown and carried our bags to rental car. My aircraft was fueled when I returned and ready to go. This is the only place to stop if you’re coming to Branson closer than BBG and better service with a lot less Fee's. Can't wait till my next trip to Branson, PLK is where I'll always stop.

Weeklong trip with my lil girl to Branson was FUNtastic!! Good communications with FBO in advance, friendly faces and rental car ready upon arrival, took great care of our baby. $10/night tie-down was the only fee, and fuel was reasonable. See y'all again soon!! ** Word of warning: The new Branson airport (KBBG) is only about 6 mi away, big runway stands out from in the air so you may get lured in by mistake...It's Class D & different freq, so take care!

Landed @ 8 pm local time 6-5-09.FBO was closed, knew it would be but the rent car was there and waiting. Called Saturday to have them top the tanks. When we got there Sunday we was ready to go. Everyone was very nice and friendly very good FBO

Taney County Airport is within a mile of Branson and only charges an overnight fee. Their fuel is always very reasonably priced and no one has a monopoly on ground transportation. Hangar space is available too.

From Jon Gibson on 03-May-2009
Awesome Service, employees went out of their way to accommodate all our needs! Stayed beyond their posted closing time, talked on the radio giving us directions to their ramp. Brought the car to the aircraft, helped unload and rented us a hangar space for the night. This is the best service we've had in the last 30 or more airports we've visited.

Line service was prompt and friendly, but the staff inside was unprofessional. My passengers were ignored and help was hard to find. They don't like to give out the crew car even if you buy fuel. When allowed to use the car they are very strict on the one hour rule, even if the airport is empty. I was also told to put gas in the tank... Not impressed!

Great service and very friendly staff. The crosswind was a challenge :)

Great staff and nice facility! Definitely the place to land if visiting Branson.

From John J. Sullivan on 22-Sep-2008
Friendly and helpful folks with nice facilities. Be careful about rental cars. The AVIS desk closes at 1600. Arrangements can be made ahead of time to pick the car up through the FBO.

From Al Bipes on 12-Sep-2008
The folks at this FBO a perfect examples of Southern Hospitality! AVIS was fantastic! We arrived after hours; our cars were waiting as promised, no hassle, no delays. The next morning a brief call to the FBO and all the aircraft details were taken care of.

From Dylan Hardman on 22-Jul-2008
Stopped in for four days. Staff is friendly, but you won't get a true FBO-type service. Lineman seemed shocked when I asked for help with the bags. Asked for aircraft to be fueled when I arrived... when I came back 2 days later to check on it and pay the bill, still hadn't been fueled. Let me stress that this is NOTHING that would keep me from coming back... just a laid back, mellow FBO that ain't quite used to dealing with us KTEB and KSNA type folks... :) I actually look forward to my next visit to Branson!

From Mike Bare on 28-Jun-2008
Two very friendly gentlemen greeted our arrival and promptly tied us down. Jeff Mullins at the Avis counter (located at the FBO) made getting our rental car a snap. All and all a very pleasant visit to Point Lookout. The last thing the guys at the FBO said was, "We want you to come back." Indeed we will!

Flew in for a two-day stay. Tie down fee is ten a day. Avis rent a car is in the building and gave us good service. They even rent Harleys.

I thought I would give this airport a try to fly into Branson. After booking an Enterprise rental car, I gave Enterprise a call and they told me they could not pick me up because the airport wouldn't allow them in without paying fees, if even then. (Travel to/from Enterprise would be just as far anyway.) So I canceled the car and will fly into Harrison, OK as suggested, which will oddly enough be more convenient.
