Charged me $40 in my Bonanza to pick up a passenger. No line service, guy behind the desk was arrogant.

Flew in yesterday with a Cirrus and couldn't have more good things to say. Called ahead for a reservation and after touchdown, someone was on the line to taxi us in. Parked right in front of the door for our 4hr stay and with a 20gal top-off, there were no charges. Despite closing at 11pm, they were happy to coordinate access to the plane later if needed. Also offered a crew car.

Flew into PNE & Jet Ctr on a Patient AirLift PALS flight. Rick @ jet Ctr. went out his way to be helpful... Ordering taxis.. helping with a lunch order. Jet Ctr is kind enough to waive ramp fees for Compassion Flights. Please support them with a fuel purchase when using this great FBO.

Stopped in to drop off 2 Angel Flight passengers. No services required. Folks could not have been nicer. Offered a crew car to go to lunch or they even offered to go and bring back Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches. Great!

I stopped in PNE for a Saturday night. I'd gotten clarification of the ramp and landing fees before I left (ramp fee waived with 20 gal purchase). $5 landing fee couldn't be waived. The airplane was fueled per my instructions the next morning. I get the distinct feeling that 90% of their business is Mon-Fri. I was satisfied with the experience. It'd be nice if the fuel weren’t so expensive. I bought just enough to get home.

They ripped me of on fuel. I passed the fuel truck and saw 17, 2 gallons on it. I was charged 18 Gallons. After I claimed it was not 18, I was told that’s the way they round up. Take it or leave it. Guys it was not nice

We had great service... Rental car on ramp next to airplane when we arrive, ground crew helped with luggage. Everything very efficient.. Only glitch, I bought fuel, bought 2 nights in the hangar, and then they still charged a ramp fee of $45 in spite of the fuel and hangar services. It took the really good feeling off the visit, but the service was excellent.

A bit short staffed last Sunday night, but made up for it with extra hustle. Rescued us with an on-site rental after our major rental company let us down. Waived facility fee due to the confusion. I would use them again.

Great service by both office staff and line guys. Rental car ready and waiting, fuel available when needed, helped with the bags, gave us customized map and directions. Really, really good people. I would definitely park here again.

From attentive line service to some of the most complete and comprehensive directions (including advice on traffic), this FBO did a great job. They went the extra mile on every part of my experience!!

First time to KPNE. Flew in 02-03 May 2009. Had called earlier in the week to reserve a car, confirmed again day prior to arrival. Called on the radio 10 mins out from landing. Service was Outstanding --> Line guy met me at the plane and marshaled me in to the spot, rental car was delivered to the spot before I even got out of the plane, line guy tied the plane down pretty well without being asked. I asked for a fuel top off, the plane had been topped-off before I returned to launch out the next day. It was raining when I returned to depart. Line guy towed the plane into a hangar for me (no charge for about 1 hour hangar use) so I could preflight under cover, then let me climb in before being towed outside for engine start. Overnight fee ($30) was waived with fuel top-off, so only paid $5 ramp fee. I would definitely use the Jet Center again when going to KPNE. Very friendly service by Kelly, and everyone, at every possible opportunity.

Last comment on May 2008 and had no reason to complain. On 4/5/09 flew an Archer into KPNE Jet Center. Stayed about 1.5 hours. Borrowed crew car. I asked for a top off (6 gal total). Fee $5 landing plus a WHOPPING $30 parking fee (despite short stay & fuel purchase). Last May I paid total $10 for same stay. Cathy told me FBO needed to make more money and no fee waiver unless 20 gallon purchase regardless of length of stay. Cathy later came out to my airplane on the ramp offering to waive the fee on my next visit. I nicely asked for an immediate refund. Refused. I won't be back recreationally unless I need to be in Philly. For $30 they will not greet you, chock your airplane, and will fuel your airplane only after you come back to fly out. I don't mind paying for good service and longer stay but this just seemed unfair given the circumstances.

Though I failed to call ahead, they were not ready for my arrival. Did not come outside to park the plane, had to park myself and walk in for direction. However, they were very accommodating in allowing me to park near the building and use an electrical outlet for my engine heater. Fuel costs reasonable and less than Atlantic. Tie down was $20/night for a Cherokee 180 (not $10 as previously reported) but they did waive one night with fuel purchase. Less conveinent access to major highways versus Atlantic.
