Flew in just to drop my daughter off at Marist College. They let me use the crew car, which made it very easy. Fuel service was good, too. Nice pilot lounge. Very efficient FBO - not a lot of paperwork. Highly recommended.

Amazingly friendly and competent line and management. Solved two time-critical mechanical problems, and provided insight into local airspace complexity. Patient with a stressed pilot on a 1600NM+ cross country flight.... They were willing to go that extra mile for customer service. Strong recommendation!

We arrived at Richmor the day Springfield, MA was hit by tornado. The storm scope had been solidly lit on our left side for more than an hour. We asked to be put in the hangar and within 5 minutes the plane was sheltered and we were taken care of. These folks are just wonderful.

Flew in on Wednesday, June 1st. The service was excellent. The lineman was waiting for me and he took my fuel order without filling out a lengthy form. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and they allowed me to use the crew car. First rate FBO

Yes, the snowbanks are higher this time of year, but the service and personality of the "crew" is outstanding! Erica and Lisa handle the office and requests, and the line staff does an excellent job; regardless of the time of day! Rue the day when they leave here and transfer to KSWF! We will go there, too!

I had to put in at POU due to deteriorating winter weather & the folks at Richmor could not have been more accommodating. All smiles & a "can do" attitude, they found a spot in the hangar for my little tail dragger, got me set up at a local hotel & provided transportation, too! Don't miss staying with these folks. Super people! And, a very attractive front office staff, too!! :-D

Great experience today. Flew an Archer III (pa-28-181). Called them on the telephone before I departed my home airport to get the low-down on closing time etc. They were very helpful and happy to answer the routine questions I asked. Upon arrival they marshaled us in and provided upbeat customer service. Upon departure they had topped off the airplane as requested and waived the bathroom fee (J/K! no bathroom fee..). I rate the customer service a 10 out of 10. Their attitude in treating small GA drivers like large corporate pilots was welcomed and very noticeable in they way the handled everything for us. The facility itself is cozy and makes you feel at home. Standard amenities include briefing room, pilot lounge, coffee and a pretty nice pilot shop. No reason to go anywhere else on the field after having this experience.

Returned for a six night stay and top off with Jet-A. Excellent service is always the case when you arrive here. The entire staff strives to perform at the 110% level of service. Never a disappointment on any aspect; autos, directions, food, crew car, etc. Really nice to see the "young group" perform like "old pros."

Came in to Richmor for an Air Care Alliance flight. Service was excellent. Customer service and line crew treated us like "kings". Crew car available as long as we needed it. One note they need to fix the Sat TV though. Great experience!

Returned in the PC-12 after a nonstop flight from Denver. All personnel very efficient as usual. Erica's arrangements were "spot on!" Just an overnight, but will return many times during the school year. Keep up the great work!

My wife and I flew in today (Labor Lay) and were going to ride around the area in a rental car, until we found that no car rental agencies were open. Richmor volunteered their crew car (Being a slow corporate day). They were extremely pleasant and accommodating. Erica, Claire and the nice young guy on the line were extremely nice and Richmor should be proud of them as representatives of their company.

Flew in for 2 days to visit Hyde Park. Erica arranged rental car and took care of everything so all we had to do was sign and drive away. She also gave us great advice on hotels and was super nice to work with. Line service was also top notch and parking fee was waived for fuel purchase. Highly recommend using Richmor.

The line crew performed at 110% again! Though younger gentlemen, they still do the job of an "old pro." Joe arranged for hotel accommodations after a line of storms was crossing our flight path to Maryland. Another great stay at this FBO and Airport! Keep up the great work!

Flew into POU at Richmor on Memorial Day 2010 to visit the great new "Walkway over the Hudson" state park. Was given a gratis courtesy car and perfect driving directions, ramp fee was waived for purchase of six gallons, but more notable was the super friendly folks at Richmor. Highly recommend!

The PC-12 brought us in on the ILS-06 and an easy taxi to Richmor's ramp. RJ met us with rental vehicle and set up fuel service for our mid-day stay. Lisa, always cheerful as usual; even though busy with end of month records. We really enjoy their service and hospitality for our stays. We will continue to return for at least another year+. Keep up the good work! You deserve kudos for service and attitude.

Arrived Sunday, late afternoon, and taxiing to the parking spot was a little confusing. Marshalling should really be accomplished by person who is knowledgeable of the correct signals and use of batons/wands. Taxiing onto the grass before the "hardstand" would allow more room in this somewhat "tight" area. Other services and amenities were great. Good conversations with other pilots/CFI's about aviation careers and turbine aircraft. We shall return.

We flew up yesterday with friends for lunch at the CIA (Culinary Institute of America) to celebrate birthday and had a wonderful experience. Richmor was terrific. Friendly people and good service at this FBO. Hours are 0800-2100 May-October, and 0800-2000 the rest of the year. They have a pilot shop. They can arrange a rental car for you, but the rental car company is in town and closes at 1800, so call before 1730 if you need them to arrange a rental car.

We flew into Duchess Co. Late in the day Wed. Before Thanksgiving to pick up our college kids and their friends for the trip back to NH. Because of low ceilings we were not able to land at Kingston-Ulster to pick up one of the kids who attended Bard. With deteriorating weather and darkness descending we were left with the prospect of leaving this kid to spend Thanksgiving alone in an empty dorm. Lisa at Richmor Aviation saved the day by loaning us a car and providing accurate directions for the 100 minute round trip to Bard. Lisa cheerfully invited all who wanted to stay behind to relax in Richmor's comfortable lounge with free hot chocolate. We retrieved our passenger and made the flight home. Lisa, along with Marcus and Erica, were more than helpful, they were exceedingly friendly. Richmor is the finest FBO in the Northeast.

I have parked and hangared my helicopter at Richmor on a number of occasions. The people there are extremely helpful and courteous (especially Marcus and Lisa). My experience with them has been outstanding and I feel safe and confident to leave my aircraft with them overnight or for prolonged periods of time. Highly recommended! Please note that they also have locations at Columbia County, Saratoga County and Schenectady County airports.
