These folks went out of their way confirming and getting a car rental for me. Helped me out with piston parking price for a jet prop and on top of that and I bought minimal fuel as I had too much. I had different people coming and leaving and they were all helpful.

I called ahead and needed a little help on a busy Sunday in PRC. Every person there was great at the FBO. Someone there has put in great effort in teaching employees to provided great customer service. There is also a great FAA doctor Gorden Ritter they arranged a Monday appointment with me.

Landed the company C310 at Legend for aerial survey work in the area. Line crew is very top notch. Facilities are state of the art and clean. Not one staff member of Legend was hesitant with anything we asked for, these guys bring such a bright light to GA flying. If we're ever in the central Arizona area again, Legend Aviation is the place we're going!

The folks at Legend were great to us in my M20C while we stopped to use the restroom. I would definitely stop again if anywhere near Prescott. Additionally, the tower controllers are very friendly; there is lots of training on the field, but it doesn't seem to be a problem.

Many of the big city FBO's could learn a lot from Legend Aviation about how to conduct business. Exemplary, courteous, and prompt service. They simply could not have been nicer or more attentive. Highly recommended!

One of the busiest flight training environments you're going to experience. Controllers seemed inconvenienced to give me progressive taxi. Fuel dock is easy to get in and out of, port-potty is clean. Watch for REALLY strong winds!!!!

Excellent facilities and service! I arrived in the evening and was guided by Ian to a spot right in front of the terminal. My pax (wife & daughter) were able to walk a very short distance to get out of the light rain. Anthony had set me up with a crew car, which was brought out to the plane. Great service on the way out a couple days later, too. No additional fees, but was a little surprised that the guaranteed price for Jet A was (still is) 4.50, however, I was informed it was actually 4.54 - not a big deal for an otherwise top notch experience.

Stopped overnight from California on our way to Colorado on Oct 1. Entire staff great, and Clayton deserves a raise! Helped us unpack then repack the next day, got brought ice for the cooler and just a great example of customer service. Desk staff directed us to the closest motel, right out the end of the road and loaned us the crew car for the night. Very reasonable price, very comfortable beds. Definitely will be a repeat stop for us.

Being my fourth time here, I really appreciated the quality of service. Great new facilities, line guys are Pros! Fully equipped and ready to assist in any way they can. Had to leave early and was topped off quickly.

This is the third time this year I've been to Legend with my F33A, and each time the experience has been excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff, good care of the airplane, fuel order complied with correctly and promptly. In my brief experience, the Hertz rental car experience was more satisfactory than Enterprise. Too bad the Mustang cafe had to close, but maybe it can be born again! Thanks to Donny and the rest of the staff for a great experience, we'll be back.

I diverted here due to weather and could not have had a better experience. Very professional and helpful staff. Legend Aviation provided a free ride into town to a hotel since the crew car was already taken. The next morning, when the line staff was busy, Legend Aviation paid for my taxi back to the airport! I have never been treated so nice by an FBO, and I will definitely be back.

Took my PP checkride at Legend in late December. Betty Ann was very helpful in reserving a conference room for the examiner and myself, and the linemen are always fast and professional. Nice facilities and good food at the Mustang Cafe. This FBO does an excellent job!

Flew in on Sunday 12/20 and departed Christmas Eve day. All the Legend employees were very friendly, helpful and ready to assist. Great FBO, quality tie downs. Recommend the restaurant as well. First class operation.

Diverted here due to weather. Great FBO, very helpful staff arranged local hotel at good rate, crew car and helped get ice off the Mooney in the AM. The FBO has the Mustang Grill. Also a pilot shop in the building. A "A" rated facility and staff.

A very nice operation. I called ahead to reserve a crew car. It is available on a first come/first serve basis unless you get your name and time required on their board. The staff was very helpful and the facility is great. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

The staff must have improved their "game". I landed at sunset and the staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. They tied me down where I could plug in my engine heater, found me lodging, and gave me a lift to the motel. They also picked me up at dawn for the ride back to the airfield. I'll be back!

Have flown in to Prescott many times over the years and wanted to try Legend's new facility and services. We expected to be tied down with the very strong and gusty northeast winds, but were only chocked. After going into the office to get the rental car keys, we drove to the plane, tied it down and loaded our baggage. Couldn't drive off the ramp without again walking back to the office to get the attention of the desk attendant to press the gate button. We then wrote a fuel order requesting a fill with an inch gap for thermal expansion. Showed the order to the desk attendant to make sure it was clear, he said it was. Returned two days later and the pre-flight inspection showed fuel had been venting and the tanks were absolutely full. The staff was friendly and pleasant at all times, but they're not on top of their game yet. We're go back to tying down on the South Ramp until we see better reviews.

Flew to PRC for a weekend trip with wife and dog in a Skyhawk and were greeted by wonderfully friendly people at Legend. They had the rental car ready and had secured the plane even before we loaded the car. Bad weather kept us at the FBO for couple of hours on our return flight and they took care of the loading the luggage and prepping the plane in heavy rain. Will come back again.

Landed here on 4/17. This is an Embry Riddle airport; so expect a lot of 150 traffic. Had to do a go-around, as the Tower could not seem to space a Columbia with the traffic in the pattern. Legend's people are first class. Had really great treatment there. Also recommend their service facility. Jay, the former owner, and John went over and above diagnosing a starter issue.
