Flew in from Minnesota for a special concert at Tanglewood but arrived late due to weather. Evening guys expedited us through, bringing our rental car out, etc. From shut down to changed clothes and down the road with map in hand in 10 minutes. Yeehaa!

As always the staff here at Lyons is terrific! I come here allot. Thank you Matt and Abby for helping make sure I could access my airplane after hours so I would not be stuck in Pittsfield. Of course, I have never EVER had even a mediocre experience with anyone at Lyons, from renting your perfect running aircraft to parking overnight, to having repairs done on my airplane, I simply cannot say enough about the wonderful people at Lyons.

My wife and I tried departing PSF on the fourth; unfortunately for a mag problem occurred from our home base mechanic we could not leave with our airplane. This was actually fortunate for me since I knew my airplane was in good hands. I have flown Lyons flight school planes and they were the best running aircraft I have ever flown. We picked up our plane and of course I was right, she ran perfectly. The mechanics did a fantastic job, and the line staff (Matt) took care of my baby, as always. Pittsfield is VERY lucky to have such a fantastic FBO.

Single-engine overnight is $5 even with fuel purchase. Bring your own ropes and/or chocks. When flying in from the west, ASOS can only be received at close range (<10-13 nm) due to mountainous terrain.

Flew in to Pittsfield for Biz. Nice, clean FBO w/ great fuel prices. Decent amount of jet traffic so be on your toes.

I just returned from PSF where the temps were forecast to be -2F. The incredibly helpful team at Lyon loaded us in the hangar, and pushed us out to the flight line. I have been flying to PSF for 12 years, and there has been a noticeable uptick in service in the last 5 months.

Office is not always snappy, but line crew responds. Good, competitive fuel prices by northeast standards. Watch out after hours...the one-way exit gate from ramp does not work...you'll be climbing fences to get out. Another example of security run amuck.

Flew in the other day, I had a charter there. Very friendly staff. NO CHARGE for anything!!!! Waited all day .... Left @ 5:00PM... Did I say NO CHARGE for anything!!! Wow!!!
