Jan 2012. I landed at midday and before I got out of the plane there were two people to greet my wife and me. My rental car was parked behind the plane and we were on our way in minutes. I paid the normal overnight fee ($10 to $20) and asked for 15 gal of fuel Great place and great people. Michelle did the rental car transaction -- Rates were good and the service was excellent -- Thanks Michelle!!!

I am a Civil Air Patrol mission pilot. A/C (C-182) based at KPSP. Former corporate pilot. I've seen many FBOs. Atlantic is one of the very best. Service is superb; facility clean, neat, & spacious. Staff extremely knowledgeable, courteous, & kind. Adjacent restaurant (The Loft) is excellent; eat in or cater. Very comfortable pilot lounge. Showers; Flt plan room.

On the ramp for 25 minutes. Couldn't take fuel due to heat. Facility fee: $100.00. Atlantic is a complete rip-off.

This is one outfit that really cares what the customer thinks. When things don't go as planned, they really mobilize and are there to help. Nuff said.

I stayed overnight here for one night and was quite disappointed in the increase in parking rates since the last time I stayed there last season. They are charging $20.00 per night PLUS a $50.00 facility fee whether you use their facilities or not. To add insult to injury, when I arrived, the lineman just pointed me to the very southeast end of the parking line and had no van or courtesy car to bring us back to the terminal. The receptionist appeared to hardly care if I was pleased or not after I told of the disappointment in the prices and service. I might add, I discovered the other FBO, Signature, is even a bigger Rip-Off as they charge 28.00 Facility Fee and 50.00 per night parking. Some fees can be reduced but with both of these FBO's 2.50+ dollars over the average fuel prices per gallon, I will just go to convenient Bermuda Dunes UDD closer to Rancho Mirage and pay the $10.00 per night Transient Parking fee.

Great service, friendly people. Ramp crew met us at the plane and helped with luggage and tie downs, took our fuel order and suggested we wait until Saturday (next day) and get the weekend fuel discount. $6.18 per gallon with a $1.00 per gallon discount on Saturday and Sunday. Ramp fee is $20 per night. While the FBO people were great, the onsite rent-a-car company, Go-Rentals, was a total rip-off. When I called to ask about a car, I was given the GO rep. The daily rental quote was $89.00 for a Toyota Matrix. I did not reserve the car. Alamo's rate was $38.00. Upon arrival Cynthia from Go showed up with a car and after haggling lowered the price to $49.00. To avoid taking the shuttle to Alamo, we agreed. Cynthia explained to my wife that the FBO handled mostly jets and these people are happy to pay the $89.00 rate. Moral, if you are a jet pilot you don't mind getting ripped off. Atlantic is great will come back for fuel.

Flew in today for a lunch in Palm Springs. Very friendly staff and, without asking, we were offered a crew car for 2 hours. Flying a 172, I never ask for a crew car and was very appreciative of their offer. Thanks guys! We were given a nice $0.75 a gallon discount and they waived any ramp/handling fees. Thanks guys! Your service was great and we will use you again.

I'm a student pilot and I flew to PSP a few weeks ago on a solo cross-country. Atlantic treated me very well. Friendly, no ramp fee even though I didn't buy fuel, and great facilities.

One of the friendliest and most helpful FBO's I have been to lately! Worked with us on overnight fees with a fuel purchase, and even took care of us with a special request when we left a couple bags behind. This will definitely be our only stop when visiting KPSP!

I was happy with the service they provided. Got a good rental car at a reasonable rate, and their customer service was basically friendly (not the friendliest I've been to but good enough). They have a kitchen and nice big pilot lounge with a TV..
