Let me start off with the fact I fly a C-150 so certainly not a "big spender type". As usual Santiago was a big help in getting discount hotel reservations as well as discounted rental car. Those savings alone paid for the overnight fees. Currently $25 a night with the handling fee waived at 7gal of fuel. The line guys took great care fueling my polished bird and transported our bags. Santiago and the crew at Signature do an amazing job even for the little guys. (Rita on our second day was great as well). Yes the fuel is a bit high (weekend discount helps) but the service from the employees keeps us going back every time while in PSP.

Rita and the crew made us feel like we arrived in BBJ, we showed up in a C-421, very professional and polite a little shocked at the "handling fee" but it was waived with a small fuel purchase, cookies for the kids, water for us, when we arrived back the next day, we were greeted very well, will park there again.

Signature Flight Support has to be the swankiest FBO I've ever visited. The facility is new and beautiful, and they have every amenity you can imagine. I would have been embarrassed to be there with my little Gobosh if the people working there hadn't been so darn helpful and welcoming.

Signature has become one of my favorite FBOs on multiday cross-country trips. I feel a little out of place in my little Cessna and the prices are awfully high but the staff is very friendly and always treats me well. Add in a $95 crew rate at the Hotel Zoso with a free ride and the extra cost pays for itself. The $0.50 100LL discount on weekends takes some of the sting out, too. Right now (May 2011) the small plane parking is a bit awkward because of the tower construction. They make it work, but it'll be nicer when the ramp is back to normal.

Outrageous fees, 1 qt aeroshell $14.14. Rita acted like she couldn't be bothered. In the afternoon, Friday of a long weekend, she was too busy putting the jet customers first. I go to many Signatures, SNA and BFL this is the worst. And the lineman neglected to use a funnel, initially spilling the $14 oil. I usually go across the field, so I won't make that mistake again.

Stayed overnight in my MU2. Took on fuel at a real high price, was told the $190 "handling fee" was waived, but the parking was still $65/night. Ouch. Service was acceptable but it's hard to walk away feeling good at these prices.

They met me at my plane with the rental car, helped me with my luggage, and got me on the road quickly. You get what you pay for. They are great.

I'm somewhat surprised at some of the comments about Signature PSP. We visit this facility several times a week in our charter jets as well as my personal aircraft, a single engine piston aircraft. No matter what I'm flying, I enjoy the best service from this group. Santiago, Kim and the GM Rita are committed to making this a world-class facility with excellent customer service. Give them another try - they are the best option at PSP, hands down.

Treated very well as I usually am by Signature. I fly a C-150 so I'm certainly not a high dollar customer. Santiago was working the desk and did a great job of tending to all our needs. Handling fee was waived with min 7gl. And fuel price was as posted. I hope they keep taking care of the little guys, as I do enjoy the trip to PSP.

UPDATE to my May 29th entry. After my comments here I received a call from Rita, the manager. She apologized for my experienced and pledged to make sure small airplanes were treated equally with the corporate jets. She promised to review pricing to be more competitive.

Parked my C172 for two nights (Sun & Mon 5/23-24) and topped off with 34 gallons of fuel. The service was friendly. Received an unadvertised weekend discount of $0.50 off fuel ($5.66/gal instead of the published $6.16/gal - AirNav publishes a $6.35/gal. Rate), but paid a $30/night ramp fee - $60! Atlantic charges $20/night across the field. Also had a $28 "Handling Charge" listed and then discounted - an odd item for a C172." "Fuel at Thermal Airport (KTRM), which also adjoins the Palm Springs area, is $4.58/gal and the overnight is $10/night, so we would have paid $176 there vs. $259 at Signature/KPSP. Cab fares were about $40 with tip for ~10 mile trips within Palm Springs using Yellow Cab. Keep in mind that we paid these prices in the off season for tourism the area.

Lineman too busy to park my Twin Comanche. I obtained permission to park in the N. 40 via radio. At no time did anyone offer to help us unload. My wife carried our 3 month old across the ramp to get out of the heat, was immediately insulted by a lineman who challenged our parking location. Lineman subsequently came after me and and told me he would have to tow the airplane. Upon registering I was told by Santiago that there would be either a 30 gallon purchase or $65 handling fee and $50 per night tie down fee. I ordered 30 gallons. Upon preflight I discovered I was not fueled, and was not chocked. I asked to talk to the manager but he was unavailable. Santiago told me I would be contacted but 2 weeks has gone by without a call. I refused to pay the $65 handling fee, agreed to only going rate of $20 a night that I was quoted by Atlantic, and passed on the over priced fuel. It is painfully obvious that Signiture doesn't want little airplanes cluttering their ramp. Oblige them!

Flew into Palm Springs in my single engine Comanche and was treated like I had a Jet. Rita even let us use the crew car to grab a bite to eat out in town, which made my first flight with my twin girls a real treat!! I took the minimum 7 gals to avoid the ramp fee and still got the weekend discount on Avgas. I'll be back because it is always a first class experience.

Spoke to the front desk and asked for the fees to park a single engine overnight. The rates are 28.00 for what they call a "Handling Fee" but they will waive it if you buy 7 gallons at their overpriced rate PLUS>>> 50.00 per night parking fee! I would skip these people unless you have a large aircraft.

I flew into PSP from San Diego in a Piper Malibu for an overnight trip. They waved our overnight fee because we had to wait so long inside. Great FBO and a nice lineman (Drew-thanks!). But the service inside the FBO was not so great, customer service rep was task saturated (probably just a bad day). I loved the lounge, it was a great place to relax. Next time I fly into PSP I think I will give Atlantic Avation a try.

Signature PSP is a nice facility. They waived the service charge after I bought 7 gallons of gas at about a dollar over market price. That is acceptable to me. However they really didn't care to give me the time of day. The ramp crew couldn't be bothered to guide me out on departure. Or provide any service at all. They didn't want to loan me the crew car for a couple of hours. The rental car cost me $50.00 so that I could go get lunch. I don't have any heartburn but I was not impressed in the least. Next time I will give Atlantic a try to see if they will do better.

I had to set down at PSP to wait for storms to clear in Havasu (HII). We ended up spending the night. The service provided by the staff at Signature was exceptional. They let us use the crew car as many times as we needed, provided treats for the kids, and they arranged for our hotel at a discounted rate. Their fuel and overnight fee's may be high, but you get what you pay for. I will definitely be back to Signature. Thanks for taking good care of us!

Had a good experience in a T210 at Signature PSP in mid-May. Not cheap, but a nice facility and reasonable prices for a "big" airport.

I fly a tomahawk and my weekend bill at this FBO for the very high fuel prices and overnight fees was the highest I have ever seen it. When I landed on Friday I requested that my aircraft be fueled and ready for early Sunday morning. I arrived Sunday and they forgot all about it. So I waited for the lineman to find my plane and finish his job. Poor service and high prices. I will go to Atlantic from now on.

I fly a twin Comanche and upon arrival was informed that the ramp fee is now $65, which would be waived if I bought 30 gallons of fuel. Tiedown is $16 a day. Service is good but you may want to check around, as fuel prices are high here.

This is the only place to go when in Palm Springs. Close to the commercial terminal and customs, beautiful new facility, and great people. Also, I got a great fuel price. If this is an example of the new business model for Signature, I like it. The boss likes the popcorn...
