The folks at Flower took awesome care of us last night, as we needed fuel on a quick turn to make it to SLC before dark. We called on Unicom because Foreflight incorrectly showed them being closed at 5pm, but thankfully they're there until 11pm. Two line servicemen flagged us in, brought the fuel truck right around, and we departed our next leg for Salt Lake in 1/2 hour. And great fuel prices, clean facility, and steaks for AvTrip members. Thanks & kudos!

They took good care of us during an overnight stop last month. Much appreciated was their help in finding us a hotel, and giving us a ride to it, 10 miles away!

Great FBO, fast turn-around times, great staff and line crew, always helpful and you can get a nice lunch at the Spitfire Grill in the terminal next door.

I have always gotten very good service and friendly help from the Flower's staff. This trip was no different. I fly to PUB on a regular basis and have found the services worth the higher fuel price. The cafe in the terminal makes this a great place for a fly in breakfast or lunch.

They are remodeling their offices. The service is reasonable. They appear to be the largest service on the airport. The ramp area has new asphalt covering in the tie-down area, but the area has not changed much in the past six year.

In the past I've spoke very highly of Flower Aviation, but now the tides have turned. I stopped recently at GCK location and had a horrible experience with catering. After calling the order in the night before and listing the request on the fuel order, the catering was :40 minutes late, which made us late on our turn-around. Now we tried the PUB Flower Aviation and the experience was the same! This time I even called from the air one hour before we landed to ensure our quick-turn. Once again, the catering was late and we had a delayed takeoff with passengers. The box lunch meals are not that great. They are nothing more than what a mother would make for her children in a school lunch. A simple dry sandwich, some veggies and fruit, and a desert – but at a premium price.

We arrived on October 2, 2009 for an overnight only. We put in a fuel request and told them what time we would be leaving in the morning. When we arrived the following morning, the girl at the front desk was asleep at the desk and we had to knock on the counter to wake her up. Added to that, the plane had not been fueled and was not brought out either. However, the ramp agent was very helpful in helping us get on our way.

They were very helpful in helping us get a motel with a shuttle even though we didn't buy fuel there. Next time I will get fuel there.

I was a transient pilot to PUB having never been there. I landed to wait out weather overnight. I was informed by the personnel at Flower that to hangar the plane the charge would be $40 per night. I agreed but when I placed the plane in front of the hangar and went into the FBO I was charged $50 and the receptionist said the extra charge was because I purchased fuel at the self-fueling station instead of Flower and the owner directed the extra charge to be added. I was outraged and would never visit this facility again.

Enroute to Colorado Springs, I made an unexpected stop at PUB due to fast building TS at COS. Flower got my plane into a hangar and treated us very well. Decided to leave the plane (AA-5) in the hangar, rent a car and continue to Colorado Springs. Future trips to C.S., CO will likely have the same sequence, but planned this way. I have no complaints. We will stop here again! The parrots stay mostly outside in the summer. A little Benadryl might help (children's syrup) keep the parrots quieter.

Always a 'best' place to stop for fuel prices, quick turns and friendly staffing. We stop as often as we can in our Turbo Commander N900NE.
