My experience was very positive. Arrive in my PA-32 and although there was not anyone there to park me, they did come up and fuel me promptly. Was given a ride to a local restaurant and back. Was charged $10 ramp/landing fee and the $10 parking fee was waived with minimum 10 gal fuel purchase. Fuel was 6.74/gal, expected for a commercially serviced airport. Nice FBO and very friendly.

Diverted info PVD enroute to KUUU for an alternator failure on a Friday morning. Dawn was extremely helpful. Can't say enough about Bill Cordery and Rhode Island Aircraft Services. Identified the problem, sourced the part, arranged for Sat delivery and most importantly came in on Saturday to get us back on schedule. Thanks Northstar and Rhode Island Aircraft Services.

Lineman was very helpful. Desk staff was acceptably friendly, but a tad slow about having my plane pulled up for departure. Beware of "unwaivable" fees. I bought 238 gallons, and they only waived the $15 parking fee for 1 of my 2 nights. I was also charged a $10 facility fee plus a $10 landing fee.

Arrived last night after 8 PM and two linemen were well prepared to receive us. They both helped us to unload our baggage and load it to their minivan, in which one of the guys drove us to our hotel (5+ miles away, not just around the block). On departure this morning, both ladies at the front desk were very courteous. They radio the lineman to bring our plane closer to the front ramp. Overall, excellent service.

Flew in there in our PA28 tonight. Arrived at 7:45pm and left at 10:30pm. Staff was very kind and linemen were very helpful both on arrival and departure. Would definitely go back.

Were not very friendly on arrival and only did the minimum. They seemed very busy even if there were only 2 planes on the ramp. No choices to go there, as they are the only ones...

Overall a bad FBO. Nobody there to marshall planes should have been the first clue. Then the woman at the front desk was nasty to my elderly passenger and me. And to top it off she made a mistake when I returned my rental car costing me an extra $40 without so much as an apology. I will not return.

Visited twice last week in a Hawker. No lineman to marshal you in or out. Acted as though you were an inconvenience to them. They need competition. I would avoid in the future.
