Arrived at Atlantic on 1/17/20 in my Citation M2 and had multiple bad experiences that leads me to believe there is a culture problem that starts at the top. I stayed for two days. Aircraft was not topped off as requested when I arrived back at the airport, ok, that is not the end of the world. I had enough fuel to get home, but I had to face additional $300 facility charge without the fuel. The real problem came when I returned home and realized I had left my iPad in rental car. It took three calls to the front desk to get them to go out and look in rental car on a Sunday afternoon. After each call I was promised they would call me back shortly. On the third call the woman pointed out that I was interrupting her and got aggressive with me. The next day I left a voicemail directly on the General Manager's line and did not get a call back. My issue encompassed the line, front desk, and General Manager.

During my first trip to Wiley Post November 9th and 10th, Carlos and the rest of the Atlantic crew were most accommodating for our overnight hangar needs, and early departure the next morning. Once we secured our plane in the spotless hangar, it was obvious that this was indeed a first class operation. While loading the rescue dogs bound for Denver and preparing for departure, the staff continued to be very courteous and helpful every step of the way. With such hospitality and professional service, we will plan to return to Wiley Post, and to Atlantic.

I stopped in with no notice and needed help with hangaring my Stearman. Evin and the entire Atlantic team were very helpful!! Great service and great people. I could not have been treated better! Thank you!!

As a follow-up to my earlier review, I was promptly contacted by Atlantic PWA management regarding our experience. Atlantic and I explained our sides of the story and Atlantic ended up doing right by their customer. I'm rating 4 stars now because the people are great and helpful and the facilities are great. I'm not going 5-star only because of the Atlantic Corporate policies involving fees, particularly the "drop fee" we incurred that spurred my initial review. We normally do purchase fuel when we travel as a courtesy. To be forced into a certain amount of fuel or face stiff fees is a bit disheartening. Other than the corporate policies (which apply to all Atlantics), great place.

We visited Atlantic two times in one day in a corporate jet. First visit was to drop passengers off, then departed for some other legs later to return for the original passengers. At other Atlantic Aviation facilities, we have been told that they would only require one fuel purchase to cover their steep "handling" fees for the day. We radioed the FBO our intentions of "turning, burning, and returning" upon which time we would take fuel. We did return and ended up purchasing MORE fuel than the minimum required to waive some of their fees, paid the tab, and flew off on our way. A week or so later, our accountant calls stating that there are TWO charges from Atlantic. One for the fee, one for the fuel we purchased. Calls to Atlantic were fruitless. They said we cast our airplane shadow on their ramp twice, we were subject to two charges. Furthermore, they would not even provide a receipt for the other charge! They will be our last resort everywhere we go.
