As a follow-up to my earlier review, I was promptly contacted by Atlantic PWA management regarding our experience. Atlantic and I explained our sides of the story and Atlantic ended up doing right by their customer. I'm rating 4 stars now because the people are great and helpful and the facilities are great. I'm not going 5-star only because of the Atlantic Corporate policies involving fees, particularly the "drop fee" we incurred that spurred my initial review. We normally do purchase fuel when we travel as a courtesy. To be forced into a certain amount of fuel or face stiff fees is a bit disheartening. Other than the corporate policies (which apply to all Atlantics), great place.

We visited Atlantic two times in one day in a corporate jet. First visit was to drop passengers off, then departed for some other legs later to return for the original passengers. At other Atlantic Aviation facilities, we have been told that they would only require one fuel purchase to cover their steep "handling" fees for the day. We radioed the FBO our intentions of "turning, burning, and returning" upon which time we would take fuel. We did return and ended up purchasing MORE fuel than the minimum required to waive some of their fees, paid the tab, and flew off on our way. A week or so later, our accountant calls stating that there are TWO charges from Atlantic. One for the fee, one for the fuel we purchased. Calls to Atlantic were fruitless. They said we cast our airplane shadow on their ramp twice, we were subject to two charges. Furthermore, they would not even provide a receipt for the other charge! They will be our last resort everywhere we go.

Stopped in 4/14/16 due to weather at KOKC. Dropped passengers and inquired about fees as they aren't published to my knowledge. Was advised 170 gal Jet A or 290.00 ramp fee plus 10.00 "facility fee". Paid the fees. Went to leave, I moved the cone, unchocked both mains myself. Not a lineman in sight. One other airplane on the ramp. Complete disregard. What a rip!

Flew in for a Thunder game on a Saturday afternoon. $60 ramp fee unless you buy 30 gallons of gas. So we did, even though we didn't need it. I understand charging a $10 - $15 handling fee if no fuel is purchased, but $60? That's extortion. When we came back from the game the kid at the desk said there was also a $10 "security charge". We asked what for and he said, "Cameras." We won't be going back to Atlantic. If you go there hold on to your wallet.

*****This is an update to my earlier comment. Abby contacted me and apologized for the mistake they made charging me the facility fee even though we topped off. I appreciate their reactivity and how they try to make things right.

Hi, I went to Atlantic the other day with a Cessna. We refueled, and the receipt showed Facility fee of 40$ even though we refueled and this tax should be waived. I didn't realize that until I read the comments and see that we are not supposed to pay that fee if we refuel. So we got ripped off and the company I work for will not use this FBO again. The lady at the front desk probably thought that we wouldn't know, nor notice. These small things will make a bad reputation.
