Reroute due to weather and decided to stop here for fuel. Super quick service, very clean and neat facility. No complaints will stop here again.

Arrived at Atlantic on 1/17/20 in my Citation M2 and had multiple bad experiences that leads me to believe there is a culture problem that starts at the top. I stayed for two days. Aircraft was not topped off as requested when I arrived back at the airport, ok, that is not the end of the world. I had enough fuel to get home, but I had to face additional $300 facility charge without the fuel. The real problem came when I returned home and realized I had left my iPad in rental car. It took three calls to the front desk to get them to go out and look in rental car on a Sunday afternoon. After each call I was promised they would call me back shortly. On the third call the woman pointed out that I was interrupting her and got aggressive with me. The next day I left a voicemail directly on the General Manager's line and did not get a call back. My issue encompassed the line, front desk, and General Manager.
