Flew into Wiley Post right before Christmas. On the evening flight back home the electrical system on the 210 decided to take a vacation. The guys at Valair did their best to get us back in the air that night but it just didn't happen. The next day they worked until the problem was solved. These guys are just the best. The way they took care of us made you think we were driving big iron. For the effort they made the bill should have been a lot more. Believe me, it was more than fair.

What a great friendly and accommodating bunch. I was able to "reserve" a Crew car, and even borrow a GPS since I had forgotten mine. The Gas isn't "cheap" but they waive any fees with even a small fill-up. Great folks! Thanks! I shall return.

Diane and Chuck went way beyond the call of duty when we unexpectedly had to stay overnight at Valair. Diane called me first thing in the morning to tell me that they were unable to find hangar space for our Bonanza and it sat outside and had frost on it. Long story short, Diane and Chuck were able get the frost removed and place the plane inside briefly prior to our departure. Excellent service, all of this at no charge, likely because of my huge fuel purchase, 9 gallons. I will be back, thanks Diane and Chuck!

Chuck, the FBO manager, took great care of me on my recent first time visit to PWA. I didn't really know my way around, so he piloted the van to my meeting, then came back for me when I was finished. My Skylane can't burn enough fuel, to repay his kindness. VALAIR is a must when you visit PWA!

Flew in today in a King Air 200. Our passengers had some kind of mixup on their transportation arrangements, so the front desk staff immediately let them use the van to go into town for their meeting! They waved our ramp fee as well. This FBO is very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely recommend Valair to our clients when we fly to PWA! Thanks Amanda!

Made a quick turn to pick up a passanger on the way to a hunt in Pratt, KS. Great friendly service, didn't buy fuel until the return back. Highly recommend when visiting OK City.

Nice people, great service. I left my cell phone there. They tracked me down at the next fuel stop to tell me. Then they fedex'd it overnight. Thanks ServiCenter!

Flew a Bonanza into PWA for a football game on a Friday night. Was promptly met up by a very courteous line guy by the name of Nathan and he made sure my pax were squared away with transportation. Susan, who worked the front desk, was very friendly and set me up with a crew car to get a meal in town. Very positive experience and would go back in a heartbeat.

Excellent service. Rental car pulled to plane by lineman before I had exited plane for easy offload of baggage. While I only asked to have plane tied down, they pulled plane into hangar (without me calling) when weather looked suspicious. When I visit OKC in future, this will be the FBO I use.

Into ServiceCenter maintenance today in our Turbo Commander N900NE for minor fix. They always attend our needs and make room for us, though the shop is always busy. We have been here several times for minor fix needs and are taken care of quickly and efficiently. Thanks folks, for your great service.

Arrived at 1:30 pm. I have visited this location annually since 1999 and the Service Center since Oct 2003. They were waiting for me & directed me to a parking spot. Service was excellent. They also provide service to Turbo Props and Jets. Let us borrow their car to get a bite from the on-field cafe. They helped with our 2003 Annual Commander Owners Group (COG) Fly-In for about 40 planes from all over the US. Grrrrrrrrrreat Service.

This is one of the friendliest and most accommodating FBO's I have had the pleasure of dealing with in quite a while! I have had similar experiences with Service Center the last 3 times I have stopped there. Yesterday on a trip in from Dallas I asked the fuel desk to call a cab for me for a ride downtown. Instead, Chuck Stephenson, FBO General Manager, loaded my bags into his personal vehicle and transported me to my appointment himself. It does not get any friendlier then that. I will be tying down and fueling at Service Center every time my travel plans take me to Oklahoma City. Thanks Chuck and staff!!

Had to spend an entire day at the FBO waiting on passengers but the folks at the ServiCenter were most accommodating. Comfortable lounge and lobby. Will use again.

I have been flying into the Service Center off and on for the last couple of years. They are extremely courteous, very helpful, and the facility is beautiful. However, based on the current fuel prices in the Oklahoma market I can't understand why the fuel cost is so high! 4 miles west at Sundance you can purchase fuel for $2.99! So why is it that I have to leave my beautiful beloved facility in order to afford to fly?

What great service!!! Made arrangements with Kevin via phone for hangar parking during the PBR weekend. Kevin welcomed our plane on Friday with space as promised. Then the manager, Chuck, offered us a ride downtown to our hotel. We will be back!!
