Great service - line and desk staff. For reference, hangar for a light twin (C340) is $150; engine heater plug-in is $10; overnight parking $30; security fee $10. Facility fee waived for 30 gallons, no landing fee.

Flew in to KPWK for the first time for a medical meeting. Fuel prices high but consistent with any metropolitan airport. Overnight hangar costs less than Signature. Was assessed a 10$ "TSA security fee"; have never seen this one before at any airport I've visited. However, SERVICE was amazing. I was in a hurry to get out ahead of some incoming weather and managed to leave my iPad in the taxi when I arrived at Atlantic. Called the cab company from the ramp but got their answering service. Departed fuming at my own inattention to detail. IPad delivered to Atlantic while I was in the air then SHARON, on her own time, researched my office location and then delivered iPAD to an employee still in downtown hotel. Thank you SHARON! You're the definition of customer service.

In for 2 days with our Turbo Commander N900NE and getting 'best of'. Thanks folks. Well done.

It is Atlantic, great building and very nice staff. Charged me $140 per night for a hangar. It was more than my hotel room.

Great service even though we were one of the very, very few four seat piston planes on the ramp. Highly recommended. Watch out for the $10 security fee. They applied and then waived a $40 facility fee, perhaps because we bought fuel. I didn't even notice it until I checked the receipt the next day but it might be worth a call before landing at PWK to check on this.

Got to Atlantic on a Friday, Sara Decker, who was on the counter, remembered why I was there and had everything ready for me. I was the only non-jet traffic on the ramp, but I got the royal treatment. Great FBO, great line staff and they served with a smile. A very GA friendly FBO, I'll be back...

Excellent and professional FBO. Good overnight hangar rate, excellent corporate rate at the Westin, and a lady who understood English... Now what more could you want?

From Ron Mathis on 23-Nov-2009

Joined a ramp full of fancy jets in my Bonanza. I was made to feel welcome and wanted. OK, the gas isn't cheap but this is a big city FBO. Highly recommended.
