Wow, what a great FBO experience! Ryan would not stop trying to make sure everything was perfect. Next time I will bring a bunch of problems, just to keep him busy! :-)) Seriously, RAL and RPFS will now be my #1 choice in the entire area.

Excellent service. Carlos had us tied down, wheels chocked, and rental car brought to us before we even got out of the plane! A for real customer oriented FBO. We'll be back.

Flew in with 2 passengers. Ryan was working the line. He took excellent care of the PAX, and then made sure I was totally comfortable for the 6 hour layover. Nice crew car. PAX were due back after the FBO closed, but I still had a comfortable place to wait, and came back in time to still give the PAX a good send-off, though it was after hours. Top-notch service, great facilities. Highly recommend.

Ryan & Lauren were fantastic. This is a simple, no-frills FBO. That said, they make airport transfers convenient. My Hertz rental car was driven right to my plane. The paperwork for the car, as well as for my airplane fuel order, was processed quickly by Ryan. Bathrooms and vending machines were nearby. No fees, but I slipped Ryan a token of my appreciation. This is a place I hope to use again.

Nice facility, great service and great fuel price. Thanks to Carlos and Lauren for a great experience. My meal at the cafe on the field was marginal at best.

2 years ago we stopped flying into KRAL due to high fuel prices, poor service, etc. And started flying into Chino where we received excellent service. I had not checked AirNav for any changes at KRAL and when I did a few days ago I was surprised to find a new FBO. We decided to give it a try and are VERY HAPPY we did. What a nice change! Kudos to Premium Flight Services for the EXCELLENT service, low fuel prices and overall superior service they gave us. A special shout-out to Carlos and Loren for assisting with our plans. We look forward to using Premium Flight Service again for our trips to Riverside. THANK YOU!!

Incredibly helpful staff! From rental car arrangements (thanks Corinne!) to Sunday fueling (shout out to Carlos!) and competitive fuel prices, we were very pleased to have chosen our stop at RAL. Compared to some of the other expensive and impersonal airports in the area, RAL is a refreshing alternative.
