I have been using Zenith's services for the past two years and I could not be happier with the FBO. When I ask to have things taken care of, be it fueling, maintenance, or whatever, it gets done, and now that Zenith is a Cessna Service Center getting warranty work performed on my aircraft (Cessna 400) is even easier than before. I like being able to track maintenance status on-line and I also like seeing the on-line documentation of the work, which has been performed). Oh, and Carlos (the Line Supervisor) is an absolute gem-you will not find a harder working, kinder, and more capable person anywhere else. I read that one of the previous posters complained about the price of fuel and yes, you can always get it cheaper somewhere else, but I'm happy to pay a little more to help support an FBO which I think is doing an excellent job. I only wish that more pilots out here in the Inland Empire would take advantage of the excellent facilities at RAL.

I'm pretty sure $6.61 for avgas is the biggest rip-off in the Inland Empire. Way to go zenith!

I used to work for Zenith and can't say anything bad about the company... I loved working there and all of my coworkers were awesome. The line service guys will always be there to assist you as best possible and Carlos is friggin' awesome! Everyone at Zenith makes you feel like a champ every time you come in whether you're visiting or if you work for them. Thanks y'all, I had fun!

Stopped at Zenith today to top off and have lunch at the airport cafe. Unicom was answered immediately, friendly service, lineman was sent out to meet us, and he later found us in the restaurant to provide my fuel receipt so we could depart quickly. Great job Zenith, I'll be back.

Arranged for a rental car through Zenith for an arrival after the front office closes. They let me know where to find it; on arrival it was there as advertised and maintenance helped tie down airplane right at closing. Stayed four days in their transient space, and found plane topped and ready to go on return. Good service.

When I landed no one was around. So we parked ourselves and looked for the FBO. It is behind a hangar off the ramp. Once we found it they had our rental car ready to go. We did not take any fuel on. The next morning we showed up to leave and they wanted to charge us a $60 ramp fee for a small turboprop (TBM). I guess that would be fine if transient wasn't $5 next door! Of course they didn't tell us this at first or we would have used transient parking. I complained and they decided to make a future customer and waived the parking. I will be back a lot over the next year and they will get my business for doing the right thing.

I recently worked out of Zenith Flight Support while I performed at the Riverside Airshow 2006. All of the staff were very professional and extremely helpful. The facilities are newly renovated and look great! Our team travels from coast to coast and see alot of different FBO's, and we wish all of them were as nice to visit and operate out of as the new Zenith Flight Support! From wifi to online computer stations to check weather and notams to the details such as a very clean vending area and restrooms, this place is a class act.

New Managers at Zenith, formally Riverside Air Service are most unprofessional disorganized individuals in the FBO business have ever met. Special thanks Kristine (Front Office) and Chad (Line Service), advice-if you must use FBO deal ONLY WITH Kristine and Chad or NOT AT ALL.

From Mike Neuman on 19-Mar-2006
Stopped last week for a meeting in Riverside. Friendly instructors and desk staff. Still, needs some work on night operations. Their ramp is pitch black (no lights at all), not clearly marked, and no one was listening to their unicom. The tower had to call on the landline, and an instructor in the middle of teaching a safety course ran out to park us. Still, nice people, cheap gas, and we'll be back.

From Mark Stanfield on 07-Nov-2005
I've been a student with RAS off and on for a few years and working with the instructors has been absolutely rewarding. Stan quite unfortunately is no longer an instructor with the flight school so I now fly with Eric Waltzer, an excellent instructor and very much a kind person. If you're looking for a good flight school, this is the place to learn.
