Great, friendly service. Flew in with a C-172 off a long cross-country. They carried our bags to our waiting rental car, had cold water for us, etc. Enthusiastic and helpful, I'll stop here again on my next trip over norcal.

The professional team could not have been more helpful. Everything from helping my daughters spend their allowance on model airplane toys behind the desk to giving us a ride over to the Chinese food place and then picking us up. I will go out of my way again to land at Redding.

Quick and very accommodating service for the little guy. Ladies behind the desk very helpful, comfortable recliners and big screen TV upstairs, functional Internet connection and flight-planning computer. Good facility.

Arrived on Monday July 20, 2009. The line people filled the aircraft with fuel and we boarded. Plane failed to start. After determining the starter was broken the Redding Jet Center went into action. Steve the DOM had the plane pulled into the shade. Haley on the desk promptly found a vehicle and hotel room for us. Installed a new starter 2 days later and off we went. Our thanks to Douglas Coble, Manager, the line folks, Haley on the desk and Steve, Tim and Wayne in maintenance. Above and Beyond the call. Charlie and Carol Adams, Granbury, Texas

Stopped for fuel at Redding Jet Center on afternoon of July 1 in my '54 C170. While taxing out, my right brake failed, stranding us at the end of the runway. (Hard to steer a tailwheel airplane without brakes) They sent a tug out to the end of the runway, towed me back. Steve the service manager put Wayne on it right away, who replaced the o-rings in the master cylinder in about an hour and had us on our way. All the staff I interacted with was courteous, helpful, professional people. As we were waiting around one of the staff comes out with cold bottles of water for us on a 100-degree day. With about $5 in parts and an hour or so labor, the repair ended up costing less than the fuel... Thanks Redding Jet Center

Cessna 182 flew in for the day on April 25th and what a great experience! Before flying in they recommended Budget Rental to get a car for the day. Joey from Budget was very helpful and delivered the car the night before. Thanks to the Jet Center Staff, we were in and out with no delays! Fuel crew was quick and helpful! We received Jet red carpet treatment...Highly recommended!

I flew in Sat, 4/18/09, for an overnight fishing trip. I did not know there was an auto show in Redding, and the hotel rooms’ prices were all much higher than usual, and very few available. Redding Jet Center was able to get me a nice room at the La Quinta Inn at their rate, which was $60 less than I could find on the Internet. The savings and service were much appreciated. The plane was fueled and ready to go on Sunday, as well.

We diverted due to weather over the Siskiyou. What a great experience! With a lift from Darby, we had a rental car and were on our way in about 30 minutes. On the way back, they took the rental car back for us while we ate lunch at the deli - great sandwiches. Everyone was very friendly and the service as great. We will not hesitate to stop by again.

Had to change our plans because of icing in mountainous terrain in our deicing approved Seneca. They came out in the middle of the night. When we couldn't find a single room in town they offered their TV room. In the morning the crew car was available for us for a quick breakfast turn.

This has become our usual fuel/potty stop on our way from Corvallis OR to Palo Alto, CA, and the service has always been friendly, professional, and prompt. Facilities are excellent and the deli has good things to eat. Recommended.

I visited Redding Jet Center on August 1st, 2008 and August 6th, 2008. Both times they were extremely helpful in finding me a place to stay in Redding. Most of the hotel rooms were taken by firefighters but they still managed to (happily) find me a room both times. For the hotel on 8/1 a shuttle was not available. They provided me with a means of getting to the hotel. These people are terrific and the absolute definition of "customer service". Their FBO also has a snooze room, big screen TV, and a computer for checking weather and email.

Amazing service. From my first email to them to reserve a rental car, they were responsive and helpful. About 20 mins from landing, I called them and they had my reserved rental car ready to go delivered right next to my Mooney. They helped with the bags and towed the airplane to tie down. On return I gave them a 15-minute heads up and they had the plane right by the door and ready to go. I wish all FBOs were like this. I'll be by again.

July 22, 2007 Stopped for lunch at Chu's on our way to Santa Maria, and the Jet fuel truck came by to see if we needed fuel. He was back in 5 minutes with the 100LL and had us fueled and ready to go. It was hot and he offered up cold water and ice for our cooler - great service, guaranteed price!

I wish all FBO's we're as cool as this one!! I had to be in town for a couple hours - they let me park right up front, fueled it while I was gone - quick and easy check out. Very nice facility, nice people, very GA friendly - I was in a 182. This place is great

Landed at RDD on a super hot day (44 deg C). They parked us right in front of the lobby in the shade, making our unloading FAR more pleasant. When we departed 3 days later, they had towed the airplane back from transient parking, refueled it, and once again had it parked in a nice shady spot right in front of the terminal. Great, professional, courteous staff!

Arrived about 9:30 pm on June 15. The gal working late was great in helping find us a hotel with a shuttle at a reasonable price. When we arrived in the AM for an early departure, the plane was fueled and pulled up to the door ready for us to load and depart. Service could not have been better. Very nice terminal with good flight planning area too!!

We visited in our Cessna 206 on the way to a Memorial Day camping trip near Mt Lassen. The Redding Jet Center crew went above and beyond. They brought our rental car to the plane, moved a ton of camping gear into the car, put the cover on the plane and towed it to parking. My wife and daughters, who are reluctant GA travelers, were blown away by the helpful service. We're coming back!

Stopped by last night. Fabulous crew, led by Doug Coble. Could not have received better treatment! Nice folks, great FBO, aircraft fueled up and waiting in front of the door in the morning. Waived overnight fee even though I needed only 17 gallons. Still got the red carpet. I'll go back soon.

During the early part of March 2007, we flew to RDD on a Sunday just for lunch. The CSR crew on during that afternoon could not have been more friendly and accommodating. While preparing for departure, we discovered our tach was not in the mood for the trip. We shut down and informed Redding Jet Center of our situation so they arranged a rental car. I spoke with Steve, Director of Maintenance, the next day and he said they would try to look at our old Comanche as soon as possible. They DID! It was ready to go on Wednesday afternoon. I rented a car to drive back to RDD to pick up our old Piper. They took my rental car so I did not have to drive all the way to the terminal for that and they helped me load all my gear for the flight back. Redding Jet Center was the example of professional help when needed and the most courteous even when they did not have to be. I was and am still impressed.
