We stop here once or twice a year on our way from Oregon to central and southern California in a C-172SP. The service is always excellent and they have nice facilities. We'll be back.

In May (2011) I had a landing gear problem.. On a Saturday.. And these folks stepped up.. Put me in a hangar.. Helped Aerodynamics LLC load up the airplane.. All first class service at a great price! (Steve thank you!) Every flight through... Even in my older airplanes I get treated like it is a new jet! You won't be disappointed!

We arrive at RDD Jet Center late in the day and were very tired after a long flight. Hallie was Great. She tired to get us a ride to our hotel. When she found out we would have to wait for an hour to get a ride she managed to get us crew car so we could get to our hotel right away. Great line personnel too. We will be back.

Flying up in my C-172SP for a business presentation. Called ahead and asked if crew car so I could drive the 15 minutes into town. Folks at the desk were very helpful. They said crew car would be waiting. I needed to keep it passed the time they were open and they said no problem... Just leave the keys with the line-guys when I returned. Very friendly service. I will be coming back. Alas, no shower facilities as stated in AirNav info

I had an in flight electrical failure on the way from Oregon back to Oakland. Redding Jet Center replaced my alternator on short notice and got me back in the air within two hours. While we waited they lent us a crew car to get some lunch in town. A very friendly and extremely professional operation - highly recommended!

We flew in to Redding over the Labor Day Weekend (9/3-9/6) in our 172 for a camping trip to Lassen. Very friendly folks at the FBO all around. Avis hadn't brought the rental car over to the FBO despite us having called ahead, but the line person gave us a quick ride in the van, and the person at Avis was friendly and gave us nicer car than we had reserved, so no big deal.

I had an excellent experience at Redding Jet Center with hotel arrangements at the last minute. We called ahead as arrival was going to be after the front desk was closed, and the staff was extremely helpful in arranging for the hotel and transport and called back several times to ensure everything was setup correctly.

Flew in for an overnight stop in a Mooney, Redding Jet arranged hotel at the Oxford Inn downtown, had a van waiting for me when I arrived, and only charged $5 for overnight tiedown. Sure there may be "slightly" cheaper avgas nearby, but for service and value, Redding Jet Center is tops. I'll be back!

March 2, 2010 I flew into Redding Jet Center. They arranged for me to have a car for 2 hours and get my business done quickly and effeciently. No hassles, no delays, plenty of smiles. This is the way we dream all the FBOs should be.

Great, friendly service. Flew in with a C-172 off a long cross-country. They carried our bags to our waiting rental car, had cold water for us, etc. Enthusiastic and helpful, I'll stop here again on my next trip over norcal.

The professional team could not have been more helpful. Everything from helping my daughters spend their allowance on model airplane toys behind the desk to giving us a ride over to the Chinese food place and then picking us up. I will go out of my way again to land at Redding.

Arrived on Monday July 20, 2009. The line people filled the aircraft with fuel and we boarded. Plane failed to start. After determining the starter was broken the Redding Jet Center went into action. Steve the DOM had the plane pulled into the shade. Haley on the desk promptly found a vehicle and hotel room for us. Installed a new starter 2 days later and off we went. Our thanks to Douglas Coble, Manager, the line folks, Haley on the desk and Steve, Tim and Wayne in maintenance. Above and Beyond the call. Charlie and Carol Adams, Granbury, Texas

Stopped for fuel at Redding Jet Center on afternoon of July 1 in my '54 C170. While taxing out, my right brake failed, stranding us at the end of the runway. (Hard to steer a tailwheel airplane without brakes) They sent a tug out to the end of the runway, towed me back. Steve the service manager put Wayne on it right away, who replaced the o-rings in the master cylinder in about an hour and had us on our way. All the staff I interacted with was courteous, helpful, professional people. As we were waiting around one of the staff comes out with cold bottles of water for us on a 100-degree day. With about $5 in parts and an hour or so labor, the repair ended up costing less than the fuel... Thanks Redding Jet Center

Cessna 182 flew in for the day on April 25th and what a great experience! Before flying in they recommended Budget Rental to get a car for the day. Joey from Budget was very helpful and delivered the car the night before. Thanks to the Jet Center Staff, we were in and out with no delays! Fuel crew was quick and helpful! We received Jet red carpet treatment...Highly recommended!

I flew in Sat, 4/18/09, for an overnight fishing trip. I did not know there was an auto show in Redding, and the hotel rooms’ prices were all much higher than usual, and very few available. Redding Jet Center was able to get me a nice room at the La Quinta Inn at their rate, which was $60 less than I could find on the Internet. The savings and service were much appreciated. The plane was fueled and ready to go on Sunday, as well.
