Helped us unload the car in parking lot, helped us on the ramp, the plane had been fueled as requested. On our return, the same fine treatment and all of that for an avgas machine.

This was my first visit to Landmark's new facility here (Lear 35). I used to go to the old Piedmont location (which used to be great) but we switched to Southern Jet (now TAC Air) a long time back. Landmark staff was unhelpful and didn't seem to appreciate our business. I can only guess they are nervous after a couple acquisitions and the chain being up for sale yet again. They have great potential, but do not live up to it. I can highly recommend TAC Air as the alternative.

I travel to a lot of FBO's and this one really does a nice job. It has all the amenities you would expect from a first class FBO. However, what REALLY sets this FBO apart is its employees. They are all extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Dede at the front desk really can make your day! It's a nice change when the front desk folks are actually happy you came in! Thanks Dede!

Called ahead on Unicom while taxiing in to let them know I would need tie down for 4 days. Was immediately lead by Follow-Me and helped with tie downs and bags. Fuel order was filled promptly and correctly and staff was on hand and friendly even when I showed to depart at 4 AM. Overnight parking for light aircraft needing tie downs is pretty remote, you'll need a van of golf cart ride to get there, but I didn't even have to wait a minute to get a lift. Parking fee of $10/night single engine, first night fee waived with fuel purchase. Very pricey gas, no pilot supplies available at either FBO.

Flew in here for a quick passenger pick up and a short trip on May 3rd so we did not purchase fuel on the first leg. Told them that we would purchase a significant amount on the return trip latter in the day however we were told that we still owed the "service fees". Never again will we use a Landmark facility when there is another option on the field. Used Southern Jet on the return and bought over a thousand gallons from them. These out of line "service fees" will cost places like Landmark and Signature business. Our first visit to the other FBO on the field and boy do I feel stupid for not going there sooner. Their service and people were so much better then we have ever had at any Landmark!

Friendly and courteous service. Arrived in my 310 along with five jets at the same time. Nevertheless, they rushed to take care of me as well as the others. Offered me a .15 fuel discount (due to over 100g purchase). No other fees. Great spot.

We were able to get a refund of our $500 service fees. I'm still thinking we will go to Southern, based on PRINCIPLE.

Be careful when visiting Landmark-RDU. I would suggest calling in advance. We were charged two $250 dollar service fees based solely on the passengers we were there to pick up and drop off. It was so random; they didn't even have a description for the charge in their computer system. It showed up as "Line Service Labor @ $250/hr" We are based at another Landmark and contested the fees; I'm not sure how that worked out. We have never been charged in the past, I think the GM felt she could get away with it so she directed the CSR to charge us. I'll post again when I determine the outcome. We'll most likely go to Southern Jet in the future, just on principal.

Flew in yesterday to pick up Angel Flight passengers. Prompt, courteous service from the line and front desk personnel.

Good service & beautiful facility. I could not buy fuel for operational reasons, but there was still no ramp fee to RON in my Cesssna 421. Thanks.

Was handled professionally and efficiently by the Piedmont staff. Thank you!
