In a piston single I dropped off a passenger and didn't get charged. Nice folks.

Richmond Jet Center is a nice operation, very professional and a reasonable value considering the facilities they provide. This FBO has taken over Aero Industries, and for some reason they are still listed separately on AirNav. Received the Aero Industries price for fuel, which at the time showed much lower than RJC's.

Evening crew was top-notch. However, morning crew was some of the most unprofessional and lazy line service I have ever seen. Everyone seemed like they were still asleep and hated their jobs. First, we waited 45 minutes for the fuel truck. There were 5 line people working and two Jet trucks. However, only 1 truck and 1 lineman was fueling. It took 30 minutes alone to fuel a Lear 25. Then they tried to skip us to fuel a Hawker who put in their fuel order after us. We would have been late for our scheduled departure time had I not seen this and protested. Two linemen actually got into a verbal argument over which plane was supposed to be fueled first. The CSR at the desk watched all this happen, did nothing, and could only say; "It's not my fault they got up on the wrong side of the bed today." I've had much better experiences at Million Air in RIC.

Linemen where plentiful which is helpful with really only one central way into and out of the ramp. We needed transportation for our passengers on field and they obliged them in a timely manner. Very helpful with the crew car and recommending a quick, convenient place to for dinner.

This was my Second stop on a multi-city (KHSV, KRIC, KROC, KOWB) trip, KHSV and KOWB were fuel stops. I've created reviews in each of the location to describe my FBO experience for pilot reference. My Type aircraft is a Cirrus SR22. My experience at KROC Richmond Jet Center was very good. The staff was friendly and professional. They provide transportation to and from the main terminal where my rental car was contracted. The FBO and Pilot facilities were excellent. This is a very GA friendly airport, no landing fees, no tie down fee or other misc. Charges were levied. I highly recommend this FBO.

Night and day experience at Richmond Jet Center, literally. Called ahead and scheduled a rental car to be waiting because we would be arriving late. Upon arrival, no such car was there and the staff working had to be convinced that he could give us a ride to our hotel since they messed up. For our departure two days later, the staff was extremely helpful. Had our plane fueled and ready to go and even helped load our bags without asking? I hope our experience that day was more typical of normal service.

Wow, I have been totally impressed by this FBO. Wonderful service and people. I totally recommend this FBO, awesome courtesy car, especially the caddy. The only FBO I will use at RIC

Flew in for a meeting, radioed 20 minutes out and RJC had a cab waiting for me. Plane was fueled and ready on my return. Only comment is that there were no parking spaces when I arrived and it took a while for a line person to come out and tell me where to leave the plane. Otherwise perfect.

Stayed in RIC for a wedding several weeks ago: great service from nice people. We were treated very well and would recommend this FBO very highly (King Air C90).

I am a charter pilot on a Hawker 800 and we overnighted the a/c here on 3/17/06. As usual, we had to wait around the following day to find out where we were headed next and so I put our luggage in the corner - which included the Captains Guitar. Well, needless to say, when it was time to go I loaded everything on the plane BUT the guitar! I discovered my error in flight and called from our next destination (Springfield, Ma). The crew at Richmond Jet Center found the guitar where I left it and shipped it back to our office for me. This went above and beyond the call of duty and I truly appreciated it. Guitar and Captain are now back together again and doing well. Thanks RJC!

Parked at Richmond Jet Center today. Everyone in the office was very friendly. They have a nice flight planning area. Did not charge for GA parking. All around a good stop would go back.
