A drastically different experience than the other FBO on field. Service was an absolute minimum. The ramp, overnight, and handling fees to park here far outweigh the minimal fuel discount. Not once did I see a smile from any employee, let along any appreciation for the business. Felt like we were a burden to them just being there.

Flew here for breakfast and once for a quick stop. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The facilities are first rate. I called in on VHF as I was taxiing in and they had a lineman out waiting and a vehicle to use. I will frequent this place often.

I stopped on my way to Sun 'n Fun as I had been here before at a BPPP event. The lineman was quick to guide me to parking and fueled quickly. FBO was clean and customer service person was polite and courteous. Turn time was approx 30 min, which was great! I recommend the Jet Center.

I can't believe how poor the service is here. Line service is sloppy and lazy. I have not yet been marshaled into the ramp even when there have been five guys in the line office doing nothing. Today, a line service guy meandering across the ramp passed three sets of chocks in the parking area without picking them up. He then leaned on another plane and watched as I tried to avoid them. Afterwards, he walked inside instead of asking if I needed fuel. They won't help carry oil to your plane. Finally, line service looks sloppy. It's very unprofessional for a big city FBO. Inside, all three CSR's I've interacted with were less than helpful. Each one had a scowl on their face and was very curt. They acted as if I was a nuisance when I asked for fuel or hangar space. They won't keep your credit card on file either. They make you pay for services received every single day. It was hardly "service with a smile". I'm taking my business to MillionAir.

Fantastic service and in walking distance to the VA Air Museum! Flew my son in to spend the day at the Museum. The staff was very nice to my four-year-old son and treated us like we landed in a Jet instead of a Cessna 150. No ramp fees of any kind and free use of the courtesy car. Highly recommended!

These folks are wonderful. I flew up to attend an AOPA class at the VA Air Museum. It was a dark, and soon to be stormy night, a helpful lineman waved me to my parking space. He offered me a ride to the Museum, and when I checked in with the nice lady at the counter she said: "no charge, unless you are spending the night." The facility was attractive and clean, and I would happily go back again. My only regret: I wish I had needed fuel, as it was all I can do is make sure to buy fuel next time I'm in Richmond, and encourage folks to patronize the nice people at Richmond Jet Center.

Flew into Richmond for an overnight on 10/5/10 around mid-afternoon. Arrived on the ramp with no line service in sight. I know I wasn't in a Citation XL, but us piston guys would like to know where to park too. We parked ourselves on the ramp and my copilot went to find some chocks. The only two things pleasant about the experience were the friendly CSR at the front desk (Patricia) and that we were fueled by the time we arrived the next morning for departure. Patricia was very nice and offered us a crew car to find some food, since we hadn't eaten all day. She even offered backup transportation to our hotel, incase the hotel couldn't pick us up (which they did). Would most likely try out Million Air on the next visit to Richmond.

Stopped in 2 weeks ago on an overnight biz trip. Had to go inside and beg to get one of the 5 linemen sitting in the office area to come out and push my airplane to a tiedown. Upon requesting fuel, was told, "we'll do it tomorrow before your departure". Returned the next day; no fuel, and they could hardly be bothered to find my ticket & give it to the receptionist. At that point, they wanted to charge me $10 for the overnight. They actually never even tied down the airplane, even though it had been gusty. The only right move they made: when I insisted that they waive the overnight fee, whoever the receptionist called had the good sense to do so. I called Million Air while walking out to the airplane, made instant arrangements with a team who understands the essence of customer service, and taxied down the other end, refueled, and was on my way with minimal schedule impact. I have lots of upcoming trips to Richmond and will positively NEVER darken the door of RJC again.

Wow, these guys are simply fantastic. I flew in to catch a commercial flight and for 1 day of business in Richmond. Gave me a ride to and from the commercial terminal, neatly parked my airplane, great facilities, incredibly nice people, great service, what more could you ask? I will always use Richmond Jet whenever I am in the area.

I was in the Richmond Jet Center twice in the month of January! Once on the 15th and again on the 16th, while ferrying a Cessna 150 to New Jersey and a Cherokee 140 back to Arkansas. I remained overnight both times! I did purchase fuel both times and was not charged the ramp fee! All the staff that I encountered there were very professional and courteous! If I ever had to, I would stop there again!
