I recently flew into RME late at night and was trying to find the self-serve fuel station for Million Air. I had a hard time finding it at first. I roamed the Million Air ramp and taxied all over the place until I noticed the lights at the SS farm. Upon reaching it, I was very pleased with the set-up. The ladder was in good shape. The bonding cable was not frayed and broken. The prompts for the credit card machine were good and the hose appeared to be brand new. Having done line-service previously, my expectations were pretty high and they were exceeded. Very nice facility. Keep it up.

I diverted to Griffiss due to weather. What a lucky day for me. The Million Air FBO is one of the BEST I've ever been to. Paula and Steve, Dean and the other line crew couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Not only did they provide me with top notch service but also they lent me a crew car, a new BMW, so I could drive off the field and get dinner. Then when I decided to stay overnight and wait out the weather, the found me a hotel, gave me a lift there and arranged for my transportation back to the airport the following morning. This FBO is definitely a FIVE STAR experience!!

Top notch service. They had the rental car ready and we were on our way in no time! Will definitely be flying back in for the Boilermaker again next year.

Stopped in on 10/31/10 during some bad weather. Scotty really went above and beyond the normal level of service, she and the line crew are a credit to the FBO. I will be back, Thanks.

I have to rate them Excellent because of all the assistance given by the line staff. Thanks for the free umbrella! However, watch out for the fees at this place. I was charged $50 PER NIGHT to tie down here, and only 1 of my 3 nightly fees was waived with the fuel purchase. It's not like ramp space is at a premium at this former Air Force base -- Million Air appears to be using about 1% of what's available to them.

Very warm and helpful staff at this facility. I should have accepted their offer to book a rental car. Instead, I did it myself online and Hertz messed it up and did not have a car ready. The nice people at Million Air helped Hertz find a car on the parking lot, signed it out to me, and handled all the paperwork in minutes. Coffee, cookies and friendly people!

Spent the afternoon here on what started as a beautiful day. Thunderstorms approached the field suddenly and quickly. The ramp personnel asked if I would like to be put into a hangar until the storms passed. I checked with my passengers on when they would be ready to leave and decided to take them up on their offer. Within minutes they had the plane tucked into a huge hangar and I noticed they were moving all other planes on the ramp into hangars as the storms were closing in on the airport. The storms passed quickly and they had my plane back out and ready to leave. I could not have been treated any nicer by the entire staff. Great job and thank you very much!!!

I stopped at Griffiss for a few hours last week to revisit my long lost youth. The Million Air folks could not have been nicer. Parked right in front of what had once been base operations. They gave me a car to run around town in. Not just any car but an almost new BMW. If you need a stop in northern New York, this is a good one. Fuel was not cheap but the experience was great, as were the memories.
