Called Million Air in the afternoon, told them I'd be flying in from Michigan, arriving at about 10:30 p.m. They told me they close at 10:00, but I could pay to have them stay late. I said ok. I arrived at 10:15 p.m., place was closed, and I was locked inside the airport with no way out. In the morning, they still tried to charge me for them staying late!

Response from Danielle Olson, Marketing Assistant, Million Air Rome
We're terribly sorry for the miscommunication in regards to your arrival. Our standing policy is to await a final confirmation from the pilot before we arrange after-hours ops. We also have phone numbers listed on the door in the event that immediate services are needed after hours. We hope you'll give us another opportunity to provide you with the Ultimate VIP Experience.

Spent the weekend visiting family and the Central NY area. This place is perfect. Million Air facilities are modern with on-site access to car rentals and their employees were extremely helpful. Local ATC and tower provide all the services you get at a larger airport with a small airport feel. Will definitely be coming back here again when my travels take me this way. Make sure to ask for a long landing on runway 15 or you will taxi for quite a bit.

Very nice people and beautiful FBO to be sure. But the self-serve pump is bad news. It pumps very slowly. Worse, apparently they sanded the area around the pumps for snow and ice so as soon as the prop turns you are sucking up sand and taking the expensive paint off your prop and fuselage. I have been there twice with my corporate plane to get fuel and the pump will not give me a fuel receipt. This is a problem. First time it happened I was not happy. The second tells me they are not paying attention or just don't care. Great fuel prices but..

Knew nothing of this airport, but choose it because of a good SS price. Well, to our surprise, we landed about 1300 and found out that the POTUS was scheduled to arrive in 2 hrs. We gassed up and split so as not to be locked down under the pending TFR. The FBO is flat out gorgeous. All the perks! There were lots of uniform and plainclothes LEO's taking their positions. Nobody hassled us at all though. We saw a large 4-Hole AF transport jet that carts around the POTUS limo and other support vehicles. Interesting experience.

New and clean FBO with great service only complaint is the difference in self serve to full service price of 100LL, still one of the best FBO's in upstate NY.

KRME is nicest and largest airport that nobody seems to use. Million Air has a jewel of a facility. I flew in an Angel Flight patient and was charged a $5 facility fee. The self-serve gas dock has cheap gas, but the pump flow is very slow.

Excellent service. Very good self serve price. The fuel hose pressure is still low. Lineman gave us a lift to the Wingate. Everyone was friendly.

Beautiful facility staffed with super friendly and helpful people. Only caveat is to note the incredible difference in the price of self serve and full serve fuel. Fueling myself saved about $100!! Also note the pressure in the self serve hose is low. It takes time to fuel up. But overall a great place to stop.
