Third time here at this FBO (read below comments). Still top notch service all around. Very happy to know that service will be great whenever I come to DC. Thank you!

Stopped in for the reasonably priced fuel. Wow, nice new airport, long runway, good facilities, great people. I was promptly met and fueled. I also had the pleasure of meeting Ed, the manager, very nice and knowledgeable. I highly recommend RMN for a fuel stop, or as a destination outside of the DC SFRA airspace hassle.

Excellent service! This is my second time here. I called ahead to reserve a rental vehicle and it was ready on the ramp waiting running with AC on! Heat in DC was horrific so AC was right on. Lineman very responsive and customer friendly. Pete at front desk very helpful, courteous and accommodating. Fuel prices the best in the area! Next time going to DC, this is where I'll come! Great job!

Very friendly and courteous. Nice airport with great hangar space and a decent FBO building. No self serve gas but very reasonably priced full-serve and the staff is very helpful and professional. Definitely a great stop.

Flew in with my family over Easter and was greeted with very poor service. The inbound call on Unicom was unanswered and while taxing in was told on the radio to park anywhere. I was told that ropes would be brought out but the line crew never showed up so I got ropes from 2 other locations. Once in the terminal I found the line crew on the computer and very unhelpful and seemed uninterested in my fuel order. Returning 2 days latter I found my plane unfueled and was told that the problems I had were not uncommon as the line crew was not well supervised. Hopefully this does not happen to others.

Effective 7 to 23 May RMN will experience ramp saturation due to a closed Dept of Defense Show. Aircraft parking space will be limited and require a PPR to reserve parking space. Contact 540-288-3838 for parking availability. During this time frame the main aircraft parking ramp will be closed. The limited aircraft parking area will be accessed through the north ramp entrance next to the Tee Hangars. Effective May 17, 18, & 19 Back taxi operations will be required on both runways 15 and 33. The Runway 15 run up area will be closed, Alpha connector (northern most) will be closed, Bravo connector will be closed and the parallel taxi way from the north aircraft ramp entrance to the runway 15 run up area will be closed. Effective 17 and 18 May the runway will be closed from 2000 hrs local until 2230 hrs local. Passengers can expect very long delays arriving by vehicle to the airport starting on the 14th of May and continuing until 22nd of May

I have flown my Piper Turbo Lance in here several times this year and have had excellent service every time. Everyone I have come in contact with at the FBO was very friendly and professional. It is easy to get to DC from here (about 45 minutes up I95) and you don't need to go into the ADIZ. I would recommend this airport to anyone that needs to go into Northern Virginia or DC as a place to park your plane and get a rental car. Call ahead and the rental car will be waiting for you when you park your plane. Very nice service!

My daughter & I flew into Stafford from SW Virginia in order to go to Carl's (for the proverbial $100 ice cream cone). KRMN staff was super friendly & helpful. Within two minutes of engine shutdown the Air BP fellows had the plane chocked and awaited our refueling directions--The high level of personal service that you'd expect in a Citation, but maybe not in our Cherokee. We easily obtained a cab into Fredericksburg. (KRMN would have given us the crew car, but a previous arrival was using the vehicle.) You can't get any closer to DC yet remain outside of the SFRA. The temporary "terminal" is adequate; it'll be great when they get something more substantial.

We based at Stafford for a trip to Washington D.C. We rented a hangar for two weeks and found the staff to be friendly, courteous, and helpful. I would highly recommend this airport if you are flying to the area and want to base outside the D. C. Airspace.

I stopped into RMN for an Angel Flight pickup. I had a maintenance issue and the folks at RMN were extremely helpful. I couldn't have asked for better service! They also have great fuel prices. It's great to find an airport that gets it right. Great service and reasonable prices. I will recommend this FBO to future Angel Flight pilots and anyone visiting the DC area.

Super facility and great staff. Stafford is the best facility to base your plane in the DC area. Property tax was all but eliminated by the board; fuel prices are great, hangars available. Transients can get to DC on the VRE rail; other common destinations in N. VA are readily accessible by highway.

A restricted trade show will significantly limit ramp space at KRMN May 9-24, 2009. The airport manager expects to issue a PPR NOTAM. The FBO fuel services will be available but overnight or extended tie down will not. POC Ed Wallis, Stafford Regional Airport Manager 540-658-1212
