We based at Stafford for a trip to Washington D.C. We rented a hangar for two weeks and found the staff to be friendly, courteous, and helpful. I would highly recommend this airport if you are flying to the area and want to base outside the D. C. Airspace.

I stopped into RMN for an Angel Flight pickup. I had a maintenance issue and the folks at RMN were extremely helpful. I couldn't have asked for better service! They also have great fuel prices. It's great to find an airport that gets it right. Great service and reasonable prices. I will recommend this FBO to future Angel Flight pilots and anyone visiting the DC area.

Called ahead to reserve a rental car to visit the Marine Museum. Had a wonderful experience; Bill and Rawlen were very friendly and accommodating. When we arrived we were met with friendly greeting and the rental car ready to go. Semper Fi guys... See you again soon!!!!

Super facility and great staff. Stafford is the best facility to base your plane in the DC area. Property tax was all but eliminated by the board; fuel prices are great, hangars available. Transients can get to DC on the VRE rail; other common destinations in N. VA are readily accessible by highway.

A restricted trade show will significantly limit ramp space at KRMN May 9-24, 2009. The airport manager expects to issue a PPR NOTAM. The FBO fuel services will be available but overnight or extended tie down will not. POC Ed Wallis, Stafford Regional Airport Manager 540-658-1212

Great location if you're headed to DC as it is just outside of the ADIZ and right next to I95. Based out of here for an aerial mapping project. Friendly and professional service. Great rates on overnight hangar space.

Very nice facility with helpful and supportive personnel. Recent trip over the Thanksgiving holidays from Houston to KRMN in our Baron (BE58). We called a day earlier and asked if hangar space was available as frozen precip was forecast after our arrival. We arrived right at sunset and the ground crew helped put us in a clean, spotless hangar (for a very reasonable rate) for 3 nights. Also, Potomac Approach very friendly for arriving & departing traffic to KRMN. If you're going to D.C. Area, I highly recommend the airport. Runway/taxiways in excellent condition with good approaches as well.

Landed at Stafford on June 28th with family for vacation in DC. Service was excellent. Before we could exit the plane, the rental car was there and Jason and crew was unloading luggage. The hangar provided was great along with the price. Thanks guys for such great service. I highly recommend Stafford. Thanks

Flew into Stafford twice in the last month. Both times the service was really outstanding. The crew there goes out of their way to make your experience very positive. We had a long flight in, and both times they brought the rental car right out to the plane and were there to help load bags and do whatever was necessary. Fuel and rental car were reasonable, and the availability of transient hangar space was great (I really dislike leaving my pristine vintage C182 out at night). On my second flight in, (once they knew me a little), UNICOM contacted me as I was approaching the airport to let me know which hangar was mine, the door was already open, and they would be there with the rental car shortly. Now THAT's service. It's an easy drive into Springfield to catch the metro into DC. No ADIZ issues, very little traffic, and great service. There is no question in my mind where I will go when I go to DC in the future.

If you want to avoid the DC ADIZ, this is the place to go. Or even if you're ADIZ warriors, this still is the place to go. A week's tour of DC for my grandson brought us here. Stafford Regional is convenient, rental cars available, and Jack and his crew are among the most accommodating I've encountered in 40 years of flying.

This place deserves all the kudos below. The staff was very nice and helped with a car. It was well worth a short drive to the DC area for the free tie down, no ADIZ procedures, cheaper fuel, and great service.

Arrived at 6:45pm on August 27, 2007, 15 minutes before closing, we had called ahead and they were there ready for us with the truck running to pump 23 gallons of Avgas in my Archer III. Fabulous service, thanks for royal treatment.

Flew into Stafford Regional on 5/26/07. Called ahead for a courtesy car that was there waiting for us. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Nice, clean and well maintained airport.

Still the best airport in Northern VA, conveniently located just south of the ADIZ. Consistent, friendly service from the same folks (Jack, Bill, Jim, Pete) who were here when I started flying to RMN four years ago...
