I was compelled to stop here for a mandatory TSA inspection due to the President's visit in Lake Tahoe. I parked on their ramp for <10 minutes for the inspection and got charged $30. When I emailed the manager to request a refund since I didn't so much as use the restroom, I got a call back to tell me to go pound sand. They cater to jets and professional pilots and clearly do not want our business. Petty, cheap and rude. Go elsewhere instead!

Stopped in RV8 for a passenger drop-off, choose Atlantic for predictable good service in my experience. Very fine work and attitudes provided both on the ramp and at the counter. Veronica was helpful and pleasant. Recommend Atlantic KRNO. (Facility and security fees totaled $50 this day, no fuel purchased, as I did not have the 15-gallon capacity, for which they would have waived $40 of the $50.)

Flew in for the weekend in my single and was treated as if I was flying a jet. Quick and friendly service from the line and counter staff. They waive the $40 fee with purchase of 15 gal, which I thought was very reasonable.
