Flew in today in my SR22. Line crew was quick and gave me a ride to town also. Tiedown fee was waived with purchase of fuel.

I've been going to Atlantic for several years, but lately I've been hit with a $40 "fee" for just showing up. The staff is great, they treat my 182 like it's one of the big boys and they give me a ride when I need it, even if it's across town. But the fee is a little too much, especially when you add on the overnight tie down.

I called ahead to determine the overnight fee and was told $10 a night that would be waived if I purchased 15 or more gallons. Because their price was at least $1.50 more than a nearby stop, I purchased minimum fuel at this FBO. At the checkout on departure they started to charge me just under $7 per gallon for a few gallons and a $40 first night fee. To their credit, when I protested they waived it and charged the $10. They indicated that someone had told me wrong. Much of the nice facilities I.E. Instrument approaches and tower facilities are paid by my tax dollars so it is incomprehensible why their fuel prices are as high.

Flew in for one night. Excellent service. Surprise $42.40 for over night Parking. Fellow pilot on ramp says $5.00 overnite but he parked himself. Courtesy shuffle to grand Sierra was quick, easy.

Great service from Atlantic when we flew in last weekend for the Reno Air Races. Overnight fee was $25 per night. We stayed 2 nights so the total was $50. The competition FBO across the ramp quoted us $90 which seemed a bit extreme to be parked in the dirt. Did not buy gas because it was too expensive, but awesome rental car service at the desk. I will be back the next time we visit Reno. Thanks for a great visit.

Great FBO! Excellent service, nice facility. The front desk girls go out of their way to help everyone out... Even the lowly freight dogs! I wish they were all as good as Atlantic Reno

Flew in today (7/28) early morning and stayed for about 4 hours. The price you pay for fuel correlates to the level of service provided...Fantastic. They were busy with a private Boeing charter aircraft and still had hustled to take the time to marshall us in and out in a little single engine. Great experience and easy access to downtown Reno.

I love Atlantic Aviation at LAS and SNA, however, RNO is not so nice. The girls at the front desk, however, were wonderful on our arrival. The linemen working the trucks and the front desk were very rough and unpleasant during the car ride and later on departure. If you asked them anything, even the fuel price, they tell you they don't know. They also cranked ESPN on the TV so loud that you couldn't hear FSS on the telephone in the flight planning room (I got up from the phone and turned the TV down). I ended up taxing to Jet Center FBO for fuel. However, over there, they fueled the plane wrong and charged me wrong (the lineman had been awake for 24 hours and said "he was losing it"), so it was at no win in Reno.
