Flew in for a volleyball tournament. We were treated like VIP's. They had our rental car pulled up within a minute of shutdown. The facility is nice and clean. The ramp fee is very reasonable and can be waived if a fuel purchase is made. We always love the little things like free sodas, snacks, and lollipops....We will use them again!

My instructor had told me if I was going to overnight in Reno that Million Air had treated him well in the past. I was blown away at how well I was treated when I showed up un announced in our old beat up rental 172, I was treated no different than the Gulfstream that arrived behind me. TOP NOTCH SERVICE! Highly recommended by this new pilot!

Very nice facilities, very prompt and friendly service. We occasionally fly into here as Lifeguards and they always help us out in every way they can. Highly recommend!

Have used Million Air in multiple locations and always very satisfied with the service. We fly in with our T210 and are treated great. This past trip we could not start due to cold and resulted in flooding after several attempts. They provided a very new courtesy car (Mercedes) and tip on a great breakfast place (Wild Hog I think it was). They gave us a jump for our battery and we were up in running. We would go back again, but do have reservations about cold weather visits due to lack of pre-heat for piston singles. We have provided feedback and hope that this service gets added to avoid this type of delay in the future.

One of the best FBOs I have been to yet. They have everything you would ever need and everyone is extremely helpful.

Fantastic service at Million Air Reno. Cody, Chrissy and all the staff were very helpful and provided first class friendly treatment when we arrived in our RV6 for the Air Races. Will definitely be back here next visit to KRNO.

I came here after Atlantic started charging $40 on top of their over night tie down fees. Million Air is not as big and fancy, but that's ok for a 182 pilot like me. They're just as friendly and accommodating. I'm also told they'll be expanding into a new facility that will be under construction soon. I hope they don't follow Atlantic's lead and starting charging more fees to pay for it. By the way, Christian is a spot on double for Robert De Niro and does an excellent marshalling job on the ramp. If you ask, he'll give you a friendly "fuggedabboutit".

Landed at KRNO on 7/26/2011. Taxied my 172XP to Million Air and was treated with excellent service. Everyone from the line crew to the manager was very helpful and friendly. They even transported us to the hotel and picked us up two days later. These guys (and girls) know how to run an FBO. Love this place! We will be back. Thanks for a great experience.

Stopped here (6/21) for a fuel/bathroom/lunch break. Service was quite good. We got the #2 courtesy car which was an older Toyota Corolla but it did just fine for our purposes of grabbing chow...The #1 courtesy car, a much newer BMW, was already taken. Fuel came promptly but it isn't cheap.

Stopped in twice for gas 'n' go with a T-33 airplane, the entire crew gave us very good service and the nicest crew car ever (a BMW 535 - seems like you do need a type rating to drive it!). Got the AirBoss discount and saved a bundle...All good, give them a try.Response from Scott Daniluk, General Manager, Reno Aviation Mr. Howell, Thank you for the kind comments. We try very hard to make your experience with us an enjoyable one. It was great to see an airplane such as your T33. We look forward to seeing you again on a future visit.

Definitely was not happy with Reno Aviation. I specifically went to Reno Aviation because I called earlier in the day and was told that they could take me to the Grand Sierra Hotel. When I arrived, the front desk gal barely acknowledged me. I stood there waiting before I finally said something. I was then refused a shuttle. They said it would be when the passengers for a charter arrived, (which in the 40 minutes I was there, did not happen. I finally got them to take me to the terminal so I could catch the hotel shuttle from there. The only thing saving this FBO from a one-star rating is the morning crew. The personnel's attitude in the AM was awesome! The line guy helped scrape frost off my airplane and this other gal at the front desk was bright, positive, and actually willing to help.Response from Scott Daniluk, General Manager, Reno Aviation Mr. Richter, We do apologies if you had a bad experience with us. We do pride ourselves on taking care of our customers of all types of a/c. I have not been able to find any details of your visit in our records. I would really be appreciative if you could give me a call or e-mail so that I may look into the details of this and make some corrections so that this type of situation never arises again.
