Stopover in KROS end of June 2011. Courtesy car could not be accessed (call ahead for code to get keys) so called Americinn. Desk person had no knowledge of "free" shuttle service. KROS terminal has Americinn advertisement offering shuttle. We called back and told them of our being stranded in the terminal, darkness arriving and unacceptability of Ad showing they had shuttle. Desk person was somewhat new, investigated, and apologized to us. She sent a taxi, paid it to and from (next day) airport to hotel, and offered us a discount on the room for our troubles. This lady was excellent in that she investigated the issue, found the facts and then acted on them. Room was great, rate was too, and we will be back to KROS in 2012.
