Being based in RST for work has been a pleasure because of Signature's wonderful facilities and staff. I've been to dozens of FBO's this year and by far this one is the best. As stated below they have nice facilities inside as well as the fact that every single time I have left or arrived I was always marshaled and chocked right away. Crew car available, business spaces, TV room.

The lineman thought that I was going to the avionic shop at first because he paid no attention to me. Once he realized that I was not going the avionics shop he ran and directed me to park. Next time I will go directly to the Signature hangar instead of heading toward the fuel trucks. The inside of the FBO was one of the best I have seen. The pilot lodge is super nice with Internet and printer, separate sleeping room and nice armchairs. The vending room is very clean and relaxing. The lobby had a fireplace which is nice at this time of year. I also noticed that they have a conferance room available as well, but we did not use it. You should call ahead if you plan on using it. When I returned to the plane the line had the plane fueled as I had asked, placed chocks on two wheels and had cones out by each side of the plane. The line guy even removed the chocks and cones when he realized that we were leaving (first class). If I am in the area again, I will stop in again.

We flew through today in a Sundowner on an IFR training flight and got first-class service from the lineman and CSR at the desk. The cookies were awesome! Handling fee was waived with 7+ gallons of fuel purchased.

There is a ramp fee.. $20 or 7g fuel for singles. If you do the self serve at the NW corner of the ramp they won't charge that fee. There are rest rooms there but not much else..

There is a ramp fee (forgiven for Angle flights and student pilots). It's $20 or 7 gals of fuel for a single. You can skip the fee if you just go to the NW corner of the ramp and use the self-serve pump.. There are rest rooms there but not much else..

I was in today on an Angel Flight and had a pleasant experience even though I didn't need fuel. I was met and marshaled in by a lineman and they were attentive to my needs.
