  Even though we flew a small Skylane in the staff treated us as if we had been in one of the many corporate jets on the ramp. Would highly recommend flying into RST. ATC were great as well. Overall an excellent experience. We will be back!

  As a pilot for an Air Ambulance Company, we make frequent trips to RST. On a recent trip, 01/18/12, we arrived very early with a patient for a full day of treatment at the Mayo Clinic. Our aircraft was hangared for the day. When we arrived back for the evening trip home, line staff pulled out our aircraft, fueled it, and then put it back inside. The Ambulance was then brought into the hangar so the patient could be loaded on board inside. (Outside air temp was -6 with blowing snow) Our patient and passenger very much appreciated this service. I have been to several Signature FBO's, but the personnel at RST are AWESOME. Thank You again for such professional service.

  I fly into RST several times a year for Angel Flight. I have ALWAYS had a great experience with the staff at RST. It is one of my favorite FBO's to visit. These guys and gals deserve a pat on the back for their level of service to patrons like me.

  We bring our PA46 to Signature RST frequently, both to visit family and for Angel Flights. The service is ALWAYS top rate; they make a single engine piston customer feel as important as the guys in the G5. Megan behind the desk will meet you with a smile (and remember your name if you come back), and the line guys are a hearty bunch -- whether on steaming hot summer days or in the dead cold of winter they are right there when you need them. Yes, the fuel prices are typical Signature "top of the market, " but at least you get first class service for the top shelf prices.

  Been to RST and Signature several times on Angel Flight missions. Service is always outstanding and everyone there does everything they can for passengers and crew. Thanks for supporting AFC and all their passengers who benefit from the service!!

  Fuel is expensive. I saved a dollar a gallon using self serve BUT it was a real pain. The grounding cable was short and although I was as close as I dare go to the pumps with my Baron it barely reached my nose wheel. The clip itself was weak and came off multiple times before I finally got it to hold. The self-serve was like most of them are not very user friendly, aggravating enough to not be sure it was worth the money I saved. Perfect customer service. Everything I expect from an FBO or any customer service business. Really felt like everyone was looking to meet and anticipate my needs. Very well done.

  We arrived at RST Signature in our Mooney about a week ago with no prior notice and were given first class service. A nearby Best Western hotel room with shuttle service was arranged, and we got a great crew rate. As others have mentioned, the prices are higher than average, but the superior level of service helps reduce the sting.

  While I am not usually a fan of Signature, the Signature at RST is excellent. I fly in there fairly frequently on Angel Flights and without exception the service is exemplary. The linemen are always there to provide whatever assistance is needed and transportation is rapidly arranged. My passenger yesterday was going to a hotel that did not provide a shuttle so the desk suggested that rather than pay for a cab I use the crew car to take the passenger to her destination (5 miles away). Fuel, with the Angel Flight discount is reasonable and the facility is clean, well maintained, and staffed by wonderful people.

  Been into KRST 3 times in last 6 weeks with a patient for the Mayo Clinic. Service was excellent, accommodating, rent cars were ready, and very careful aid for the patient. Our Malibu was serviced correctly, parked and protected. While my experience with Signature is outstanding here, it sometimes lacks at other fields, where the jets rule. RST is a great place to fuel, and RON.

  Very nice FBO with friendly and helpful staff. Parked my C206 for two days but handling charge was waved as I purchased fuel which is discounted on weekends.

  Stopped in twice for overnight stays in July/August 2009 in a C414A. 100LL prices were typical Signature (I.E., very high), but the service was NOT typical Signature. The folks were really terrific, even for us in a piston bird! Line staff were right there both times with our rental car on the ramp to greet us, helped us unload/load the plane, cleaned the windshield, and in all respects took great care of us. Great service continued at the desk inside, where any and all requests were met with determined efforts to please us. Wow! We'll definitely be back!

  On Saturday June 27, we flew our T182T from Montreal Canada and had to land at KRST without prior warning due hard IFR weather during our flight. We arrived around dinnertime, tired and hungry. We were received with smiles and enthusiasm. The good folks at Signature found the hotel, drove us there for free, offered a $0.50/gal rebate on fuel and a discount on ramp parking. It does not get much better. Ok, the fuel is a bit dear to start with, but the whole operation is first class and provides good value for the money. Highly recommended. I will go back.

  Being based in RST for work has been a pleasure because of Signature's wonderful facilities and staff. I've been to dozens of FBO's this year and by far this one is the best. As stated below they have nice facilities inside as well as the fact that every single time I have left or arrived I was always marshaled and chocked right away. Crew car available, business spaces, TV room.
