Fine experience with PrivateSky. Linemen helpful and attentive. Rental car was at the plane upon arrival. We just stayed for the day, so no fees were charged with fuel purchase.

In Private Sky several times a month and overall a good FBO, however this has got to be the loudest place to try and rest or relax in the world! There is a lady cleaning and running a vacuum cleaner all day, every day. Doors slamming, radios and loud phones never stop echoing in the FBO. A very tough place to rest. Crew sleep room is not useable due to the hot temps and uncomfortable furniture in there. Some of the best line personnel in the country.

As of 4/8/09, single-engine parking is $20 per night. There is also a $25 facility fee, which is waived with 10-gallon fuel purchase. Two choices for rental cars: use their on-site Hertz counter, or use any car rental company (they are located on the other side of the airport by the passenger terminal; but PrivateSky will give you a ride over there).

Looks like they renovated the FBO so there is a pilot sitting area but no place to sleep undisturbed. FBO refused vehicle access to flight line for departure after client's rental car was delivered direct to airplane upon arrival. No real fuel credit program but you can get a PrivateSky shirt depending on the amount of gas you buy. Only FBO at airport so no other choice.

Nice facility and people. Lacking in pilot comfort. We fly into RSW on a frequent basis and always use PrivateSky due to its proximity to company properties. The facilties are very lacking in pilot comfort though. The "pilot lounge" is in the main lobby area which is very loud due to volume of the radio plus people. They do have a quiet room with no recliners or TV and a couch with no pillows. Not the best crew rest. Today the only TV is out for repair and they want to charge the crew to use the conference room in order to do work in quiet comfortable setting. Way to take care of your customers who have bought several thousands of gallons of fuel from you over the years. Also, be sure to return the car within an hour or it's $25.00.

Landed there after a long cross-country from Texas on our Archer II on June 30. Topped off and paid immediately. The next morning I STILL HAD TO PAY a $20 ramp fee (cash no receipt). When asked if the fee should be waived because of getting gas the night before they told me they had waived the "service fee". I guess this is new; anyhow, thank God I took fuel, who knows how much the "service fee" would have been. Also their help with the hotel was not good. Unless you’re traveling on a Gulfstream (and need service) then this should not be your airport of choice.

Great people!! Very courteous linemen/fuelers and CSR's!! They allow the use of the crew car for an hour, after that its $25.00/hr. Might be just as easy to "rent" a vehicle if you go for lunch or dinner during "rush hour". Again, great people and super facilities!!

What an absolute pleasure! I have now visited Private Sky twice and was equally as impressed the 2nd time around. The staff is professional, courteous, and very friendly. They didn't care that I arrived in a C-172. Cessna’s are equally as welcome as the Gulfstream's parked 100 feet in front of me. All pilots have equal access to the complimentary crew cars. Ramp fee was waived with fuel purchase. Everyone from the tower to the line personnel to the reception desk was absolutely amazing. I could have saved 50 cents per gallon by visiting a nearby GA airport, but when I fly, I like to be treated special...And Private Sky does just that!

Citation II crew from Wisconsin. We appreciated the warm weather in January! Very nice facility. Eager line crew who helped with bags. Golf cart will shuttle you between the airplane and the FBO as their ramp is very large. Definitely a top-notch facility. Very willing to pick up one of our pilots from the airline terminal on the other side of the airport. Thanks!

From Bob Feindt on 05-Nov-2007
Private Sky charged a $500 "handling fee" for stopping there in a Beech 1900 to pick up 17 passengers. WOW! Never thought I would say this but "can I please have Signature?" Never going there again. How about some competition please airport authority?

From Dave Morris on 09-Jun-2007
Expensive fuel, but very modern, classy, comfortable facilities if you want to impress someone. Landing fee waived if you buy 10 gallons of 100LL. There are no restaurants within walking distance, because you're on the wrong side of the runway from the rest of the airline terminal buildings. But the snack room vending machine has microwave lunches. Nice comfy lounge with big leather sofa chairs, big screen TV. Clean bathrooms and nice waiting area. Large conference room available.

We arrived later in the evening in our Lear 24. The ground crew met us with their normal professionalism, taking care of passenger’s bags and assisting crew. On departure the flight became somewhat hurried due to changes; entire staff was very accommodating and helpful. The FBO is very comfortable and is well equipped for passengers and crew.
