Anytime you hear an FBO is the "only one" on a large field like Ft Myers Regional and they specialize in Gulfstream Jets you have reservations as to the reception a Mooney might receive. Well this place was great, line guys, counter personnel perfect and the Avgas was reasonable. Also, there were "few" planes on the ramp and this is "tourist season" in Florida, which makes that even more strange. Highly recommend and was "totally friendly" to smaller GA aircraft.

Flew client's family of six into RSW on 3/12 in King Air 200. Private Sky was very accommodating and helpful with luggage, courtesy van, ice etc. We departed on 3/19 and received the same service and the fees for our weeklong stay were fair. One suggestion however: would it be possible to place some of the reclining chairs near the restrooms, in the pilot lounge where they would be better utilized? Thanks again to all at Private Sky.

LARGE ramp area, nice FBO inside where the entrepreneurial spirit is alive and well.....So much so, that even after spending a few thousand dollars on fuel they feel the need to charge face value for a Sunday New York Times. .....Huh, that's a first for me.

$450 after hours call out fee! Pilot lounge needs a desk, etc, to set up a laptop. Uncomfortable big stuffy soft furniture in there. Excellent line service people. Huge ramp, however when it pours it turns into an ocean and you have to walk in it.

Fine experience with PrivateSky. Linemen helpful and attentive. Rental car was at the plane upon arrival. We just stayed for the day, so no fees were charged with fuel purchase.

In Private Sky several times a month and overall a good FBO, however this has got to be the loudest place to try and rest or relax in the world! There is a lady cleaning and running a vacuum cleaner all day, every day. Doors slamming, radios and loud phones never stop echoing in the FBO. A very tough place to rest. Crew sleep room is not useable due to the hot temps and uncomfortable furniture in there. Some of the best line personnel in the country.

As of 4/8/09, single-engine parking is $20 per night. There is also a $25 facility fee, which is waived with 10-gallon fuel purchase. Two choices for rental cars: use their on-site Hertz counter, or use any car rental company (they are located on the other side of the airport by the passenger terminal; but PrivateSky will give you a ride over there).

Looks like they renovated the FBO so there is a pilot sitting area but no place to sleep undisturbed. FBO refused vehicle access to flight line for departure after client's rental car was delivered direct to airplane upon arrival. No real fuel credit program but you can get a PrivateSky shirt depending on the amount of gas you buy. Only FBO at airport so no other choice.
