Flew in during the Christmas holidays to see the lights at Rhema. We were offered the courtesy car and excellent directions. A new Bar-B-Q place was also suggested and it was great. I recommend Riverside Jet Center if you're visiting the Tulsa area.

I own a small airplane, I have a RV-8 and I flew into Roadhouse Aviation/ Riverside Jet Center this past weekend on Sunday, and there service was hands down the best I have seen in a long time. They put my plane in their hangar for the night so it didn't frost. I am based out of Dallas, TX and I wish we had service like this. A line guy name Sean was outstanding he wiped down my plane and even cleaned my windscreen for me. To top it off my wife had a headache from the night before and he drove up to the store I guess close by and got my wife some Advil. Thank you to the great bunch there at Riverside Jet Center. Great fuel prices too.

I fly into RVS several times a year on business and always find the staff at Jet Center to be first class. I fly over 400 hours a year and wish all the FBOs I use across the United States were as accommodating and friendly!

This weekend was my first trip to RVS. I cannot say enough about the excellent treatment I received at Riverside Jet Center. On Sunday, the rental car companies were closed, and they allowed me to use their Tahoe for the day. Just the most friendly, kind and thoughtful people - I really do appreciate it and will definitely be back. Highly recommend this FBO!

Riverside Jet Center always takes care of our needs! We have flown in there for a few years and we are continually impressed. They have an outstanding updated lobby giving it a home away from home atmosphere. We enjoy visiting and their customer service is hands down the best in the country.

Great customer service! Called a couple of days before to see about getting a ride to an office nearby. When we arrived our ride was waiting. Nice office with very friendly staff, inside and out. Fuel was a bit pricey but competitive for the immediate area. I will definitely use them again.

This experience was my first at Riverside airport. I have visited Tulsa International several times during January over the years. I planned to fly to KRVS on 5-23-11. When an outbreak of storms with tornadoes delayed my flight until 5-24, the staff at Riverside Jet Center handled the revision of the rental car reservation for me. Upon our arrival, the entire staff of this small FBO came to the airplane to carry the luggage and other items to the rental car. They then gave me excellent oral and printed directions that included a customized map. When another line of storms with tornadoes hit northeast Oklahoma, they also called the rental agency to extend the use of the car. On the way to the airport for the departure, I forgot to buy gasoline for the car. When this was discovered, they volunteered to buy the gasoline with the cash I gave them for the task before the rental company could charge me inflated rates for an unfilled tank. I'll change to Riverside for next visit.

Flew in to KRVS in a Cessna 402 on 5/15/11. The staff at Riverside Jet Center went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met, even driving out to get newspapers for the passengers when there were none available. Taxi met pax at the aircraft, courtesy car at the ready, smooth transaction. Could not be happier with the service and friendly staff. If I'm in the area, I'll definitely be back.

I had an A+ experience here on a fuel/lunch stop. The FBO is very small, but it has everything I needed. Sean was extremely helpful, and really knows what he's doing. I left with full tanks, a full stomach, and a very clean windscreen! I will definitely be back next time I pass through Tulsa.

I arrived after calling ahead and nobody was in the office. I had to wait around until Sean finally arrived. He was a very nice guy and even let me know he knew Mooney's have turning limits. I departed (I was picked up by a family member) and when I returned at about 630 again nobody was in the office and I didn't see anybody around. The service I had when I met Sean was great. But waiting around and having nobody in the office wasn't good. Next time I will use the other FBO so I don't have to wait.

Visited for the recent BPPP. Service was great, especially considering the number of aircraft that flew in. Riverside is first class! Very professional service.

These guys totally took care of me. I came in at night and it was raining. Bob drove me to my hotel, helped me carry all my bags. Even offered to pick me up the next day. Then, when I came back to fly out the next day, I needed batteries and they were out of stock, so somebody drove to the store nearby and brought some back for me in no time. Killer service. I'll be back.

Attended the American Bonanza Society BPPP course in Tulsa last weekend, which was based out of Riverside Jet (Roadhouse), and found the service to be terrific. With 60+ airplanes competing for attention, could have been a real mess but Evie and the crew managed to keep all of us in good shape with courtesy and smiles at every turn. We'll be back.

Exceptional service from the email response I had with Evie, to line, lineman that met me on the line, to the Tahoe courtesy car that was waiting for me. The competition for service is tough at Riverside, so choose wisely. They guys want your business, and will bend over backwards to earn it.

What a great choice for a place to stop. Nice fuel prices, outstanding service, and bent over backwards to help when weather delayed our trip. I'll be back this weekend and will return to Riverside Jet Center. Small but BIG on service.

What a place! Don’t be fooled by the small building, these guys are huge on customer service and their fuel prices are great too! I stopped in while ferrying an SR20 and they arranged a motel for me and they even let me have the crew car for the night. World class service and friendly faces.

Very helpful and nice service, they will go out of their way to help you. I always go with them whenever I land in Tulsa area. They gave me ride to Flight Safety Broken Arrow and picked me up several times. Always worked out with my schedule even after hours. Helped me several times in starting my Ac in below freezing conditions. Abbi or Mike will take care of you if you need any help.

I stopped at RVS to pick up an English Setter that I was transporting for Pilots and Paws rescue. The service that was provided by Sean was outstanding! Roadhouse is a small place that is big on customer service and satisfaction. I will absolutely return here on my next trip to Tulsa.

On a quick trip to Tulsa I arrange a car with Evie via email and the lineman had it warmed up and ready to go on arrival. Great service. Evie is outstanding. If you are flying in to Tulsa, this is the place to go.

We stopped at Roadhouse on March 7, 2010 in a Cessna 182RG to drop off a Grace Flight passenger who was headed to the Cancer Treatment Center in Tulsa. The service was great. They gave us a Grace Flight fuel discount and the coffee is fantastic. A great FBO!

Came here in my Baron accidentally due to a t-storm right over Tulsa Int'l. Great place, super friendly folks. Loaned me their Chevy Tahoe all day for free, and let me store a '69 Mustang in their hangar for two weeks. (Long story). You don't find service like this most places. Good job.

If you want to be treated like you matter this is the place. Stop, get a cup of coffee while they refuel your bird and you will not be sorry. They also can get you a ride to Bid Daddy's BBQ in the city of Jenks next to the airport. Evie, Shawn, Mike (either one of the Mikes), Alex, Bob or any of the crew will take good care of you and your bird. This is a great place to meet other pilots and learn more about the Tulsa area.

I had a very pleasant supprise this past weekend while ferrying a Polish built AN-2 from Ennis MT to Mt. Pleasant TX. As luck or fate would have it, weather forced me to cut my flight short of home and I ended up parking at the Roadhouse FBO. It started raining shortly after engine shutdown. The staff was so helpful in towing me in position to tie down this old bi-plane. They cut brand new ropes long enough to secure the aircraft. By the time we got the plane tied down, a crew car was backed up to the plane to load our bags, and they had already made me reservations at a very nice hotel with an excellent rate. The next morning, the support for fuel and oil was incredible. Having been a corporate pilot for more than 8 years, I have never had a better experience from an FBO. When going to Tulsa, I highly recommend this little FBO with a lot of Class! You will like the prices as well! Thanks again for the cool T-Shirts!
