This is an awesome and friendly FBO with some of the best fuel prices around. I flew in yesterday and the guys waited after hours for me to show up and refueled me right away. I think this FBO has new owners and it definitely shows. I will be stopping here again.

We have started flying some clients to KRWL bi- monthly. Mike and Bob provide outstanding service and Jet A is a fair price.

Stopped for the night, excellent service. There's currently no crew car available, but they gave me a ride for an overnight stay and offered to pick me up in the morning. Frankly, the Hampton Inn is a very short walk and no transportation is really needed if the weather is cooperating. This is a really good refueling stop.

A Great Airport to stop at! Service is 1st class and fast, Mike will go out of way to be of assistance to you and the fuel prices are good. Highly recommend KRWL as a refuel stop. Thanks Mike for all the help we receive from you every month we land at Rawlins.

Things must have changed since the beginning of Dec as my wife and I called from Jerome, ID to inform FBO that we would be arriving in 2 hrs and would like a car to go down the hill to hotel that evening around 5:30 PM. Upon arriving lineman was sound asleep on couch and hassled us over gas/hangar and had given away the car minutes before. Mr. Norm Rainey, I would like to apologize to both you and your spouse for your mistreatment at our facility! The offending lineman has now been terminated! We have just recently taken over running KRWL and wish to make it perfectly clear that MR and Mrs. France share no responsibility for this problem. We are working on what we hope will be a better solution to the courtesy car problem and hope to have it in place soon. Thanks.

WOW! I stopped for the location and (great) price, but the service was top-notch; not only had a free loaner car (I fueled it; of course) not only left it out on the ramp for my late arrival, but had it all warmed up (that was VERY nice on a 12 degree night) The facilities are not brand new; but it is all there and I would never trade for a "jet center" without this refreshing attitude! Thanks!
