My experience at Preferred Jet Center was extremely refreshing. I would like to commend each team member I had interaction with for their genuine sincerity and presidential treatment. Additionally, the amenities offered by Preferred are among the best in the country. Preferred Jet Center is obviously a company that is properly focused on excellence in providing a top notch service/product to the marketplace for a fair return, rather than the countless other entities that litter the aviation industry who are focused only on how much money they can shake out of your pockets. The experience, however, didn't end with my visit. A few days later, I received a letter from Preferred thanking me for my visit and welcoming me back to the area. Preferred is now my first choice for a stop anywhere in the Atlanta area.

I refueled at Preferred and remained overnight in Atlanta. It snowed heavily during the night. Cars, houses, etc were covered by snow the next morning. Amazingly my PA 28 was almost free of snow. I learned that the line personnel, anticipating my early departure, removed most of the snow from my aircraft prior to my arrival. These are very helpful, courteous and professional people.

Great service and attitude! Here I come with an old, rusty flight-school Arrow, and still they jog out to greet me, carpet and the whole nine yards. Upon return I find the plane covered in ice and snow (yes, in Atlanta!), but they immediately offer to pull it into the heated hangar to thaw off the ice and get everything ready for departure, all the while being really nice and friendly. I'll certainly use Preferred again whenever I come to Atlanta, and the lower fuel price than in places like Dekalb is a nice extra.

I have been flying in and out of the Atlanta area for over 35 years. I recently had to fly into the Atlanta area and have scene such a drop in service, additional fees, and a ridiculous increase in pricing like never before. I actually dread the thought of flying there now. Well now that I have found Preferred Jet Center I have changed my mind. Preferred Jet Center treats everyone like King's. Prompt friendly service, vehicles provided to your aircraft, quick turn around, ended up not needing a car and they took it off the charges, nice clean facility and outstanding line service. This is a first rate business and their competitor better be noticing! An FBO just like the old days. I just wish I could duplicate this FBO all over the US! Thanks guys! N95DJ BE-95 :)

Traveled to North Atlanta for a short business meeting. The facility is spectacular, including the conference room provided for our meeting. Service was equally on par without paying for premium fuel pricing. A great value FBO.

Stopped in town to visit relatives while returning from Sun-n-Fun in my RV-8. These folks are top notch. Very attentive line personnel; prices are reasonable considering the great location. Easy and hassle free access point to Atlanta. Even received a personal follow up letter. Don't let their name fool you - despite parking amongst a sea of bizjets on the ramp, they will treat the average 100LL customer just as well. This FBO is about as professional a service as you will come by. Highly recommend this FBO.

This was the third time I've stopped at RYY and each time has been a very good experience. They honor the AirNav discounted price and for first time users even throw in a very nice T-Shirt for pilot and passengers. Great stopping place when traveling through the ATL area. Preferred Jet Center at RYY is the standard by which all other FBOs can measure themselves. Beautiful facility and friendly competent helpful staff that treats C-150 pilots like they were driving a G-5 -- all without gouging you for fuel or ramp fees. On my last trip they had our rental car pulled up next to our Sundowner almost before the prop stopped. True red-carpet service from the moment you taxi onto the ramp. On our departure the next day we even got free T-shirts. And all for only 20 gallons of fuel! If you're coming to Atlanta there is only one place to go -- here. Don't even bother going anywhere else you'll be disappointed.

Preferred Jet's customer service should be the envy of all other FBO's. Arriving in a single engine piston, they parked us at the front door and had the Hertz rental backed up to the plane before my wife could get unbuckled. The line guys loaded the luggage including installing our child seat in the car. They had a cozy spot in the hangar for us and a reasonable price on gas. Even had a free tee shirt and umbrella for us! The plane was fueled and chocked back out front when we were ready to leave. Definitely recommend Preferred Jet.

Stopped here to go to the Peach Bowl. Line guys met my wife and I with the Hertz car we had arranged and loaded the luggage in the car. Got a fuel discount for mentioning AirNav, got a t-shirt, and they gave me a hangar for the Cessna 340 free. Very friendly, clean and very organized FBO, which understands the meaning of service.

I've used Preferred's competitor for the past four years, but lately the service over there has gotten worse and worse. Today, after waiting 25 minutes without even being acknowledged, I started up and taxied across the field to Preferred Jet Center. I had always assumed that they were more expensive because the facility is so much nicer. Imagine my surprise when the lineman RAN out to guide my C-152 into a spot next to a G-5, and immediately pulled up the fuel truck to top me off. I went inside to put my card info on file and was again greeted by helpful and friendly personnel. As I left, the manager came out to introduce himself, gave me his card, and asked if there was anything else he could do for me. On top of all that, the fuel was far cheaper. No more Northside for me. My only regret is the thousands of dollars that I have spent at a place that did not appreciate my business.

I stopped on both legs of my trip this past weekend. I was met with excellent service on way through first time and when I told them I would be coming back after hours on Sat night they set me up with a number to call and sure enough the lineman was there to park and fuel me. I needed to get some information off the net and that was available while he serviced my airplane. That was some great service that was much appreciated on a long and late night trip.

This is a well run and nice FBO. They did not charge me a ramp fee and I did not buy fuel. Next time I will make sure I do buy fuel. TOP NOTCH!!! Flew in with our Archer II. We taxied in and they had the carpet at the step and the rental pulled around with the engine on and the AC cranking! We mentioned that we were going to a local spot and they had the directions MapQuest printed out and ready! Got a free t-shirt and an 'AirNav' fuel discount. Line guys loaded our bags into the trunk while we used the facilities. The low priced 'economy' rental was a Hertz with GPS! We even got a follow up phone call a day later to see if we needed a recipt faxed to us. It couldn't have been better if we were Air Force One!

Really great service and friendly folks. They treated my 172 with as much hustle as if I were a jet, and extended a good AirNav discount. The field is much easier to get into than PDK and is convenient to much of Atlanta.

This is the best FBO I have ever visited. The linemen know A/C and how to handle them. The line crew is as good as I have ever seen. I normally go into Fulton County but will now come into Cobb County and to Preferred Jet Center. Very reasonable gas for the Atlanta area and this FBO does not nickle and dime you to death. They treat you, your passengers, and especially your aircraft with respect, dignity, and the upmost in customer care.

Absolutely terrific FBO. Excellent facilities, the very best service anywhere. We've visited here a few times in the past year. Always a standard-setting experience. Most recently, we were met at the plane with our rental car before we shut down the engine (on a 42-year old Bonanza).

I have used Prefered Jet several times over the past year and find them to be extremely professional and friendly. No matter how busy things are on the ramp they always manage to have my rental car waiting for me and even help with covering the plane. On two different occasions without my request, they have hangered my plane over night due to adverse weather and even on one rainy day towed it into a hanger for me to preflight and then while I was inside my dry cabin they towed it out for start up. Oh yeah and by the way I fly a 1968 Cherokee 180. Nice People!

I called in advance to reserve a rental car and they only asked me for my tail number. When I arrived the rental car was pulled right up to my Seneca before I had a chance to shut down the engines. I ran in to use the men's room and was only gone a minute but when I came out all of our bags were in the car. When we went to leave two days later my wife and I were given two free "T-shirts". This is one great friendly, efficient FBO.

What a great FBO! My wife and I landed there and they treated our Cherokee like a Citation. The brother and sister team of Bryan and Carol made sure we got t-shirts and treated us like royalty. When we left the next day, they were pulling our plane up to the door, all fueled up. Preferred Jet obviously knows that happy employees make for happy customers. This will be our regular stop every time we are in town.

This is the BEST FBO anywhere! Yesterday, as I taxied my experimental Lycoming powered Cozy onto their ramp I was met by two line crew, one to show me where to park, the other brought their PT Cruiser courtesy car right to the plane. They even helped unload my luggage. Shanna at the desk was a delight and very much in control of this beautiful facility. Everyone at Preferred Jet was genuinely interested in making my stop a pleasant experience. When is the last time an FBO actually handed you their business card? I understand their service is just as good for the JET business also. Thanks and I'll be back soon.

Stopped in on Nov. 15 with a packed King Air. Treatment was first class. Borrowed the crew car and drove around a bit trying to find Panera. I guess we should have asked directions. Loved the mints in the lobby. They are delicious!

Fantastic! We diverted to Mc Collum on a Friday at lunch time. The folks at Preferred arranged a rental car and had us on our way in minutes. They even had the plane tied down and refueled before I could finish the fuel request form. Preferred is the "Go To" FBO!

By far the best service I have received anywhere. Had a lineman on the ramp to park us, and by the time I had the door open, a second man had the rental car backed up, trunk open, and ready to unload bags. Passengers were on the road in matter of minutes. Airplane was put in the hanger for the night with no charge. They managed to provide excellent service to us and our Navajo while they had a ramp full of heavy jets to deal with. First Class operation. That I highly recommend.
