We arrived with a 172 (with two dogs onboard) at Signature during the Hurricane Ike evacuation. The Signature staff, while very busy with other refugees, FEMA and air ambulance crews, could not have been nicer or more efficient and accommodating. I have used them as Raytheon and Hawker and will continue to use them as Signature. Thanks for the great service.

Called ahead and asked Patty to make arrangements. She cheerfully got us ideal accommodations on the Riverwalk (very reasonable rates) and a car rental. Lines service was excellent and they were able to hangar our little Skylane six nights straight for not much more than many FBO's charge for tie down. These folks helped make our six-day business/ pleasure stay a memorable event. If we return to KSAT we will stay with them again.

Great experience (one of eight stops on cross country round trip). Only confusion and this was probably me related to ATC wanting us off active ASAP. This after being asked to keep speed up til two miles from threshhold. Anyway after turn off and going to ground for directions to Hawker saw hangar in front of me. This was maintenance hangar and got hold of FBO on their frequency, called ground and got to correct location. FBO personal very good, even washed windshield before my departure.

Another great experience at SAT with Hawker Beechcraft (formerly Raytheon)! Excellent service and care from the linemen especially David & Humberto! They had our Avis rental car ready to go (with A/C running) when we landed! We'll definitely be back as repeat customers and highly recommend this FBO!

Landed 9/15 for 2 day stay. When arrived asked them to top off and asked price. Was told $4.46/gal. Luckily had printed AirNav pg with guaranteed price of $4.14. Showed it; they copied it and honored it. Efficient and courteous. Will stop there again. (HINT: print out AirNav guaranteed pricing and carry it with you - it sure worked for me)

Ramp full of crew ready to help at shutdown. Beautiful facility and variety of free food and drinks. Ladies at counter very helpful, perky, and cute. Can't wait to go back.

Ramp fee is now $50 ... If you purchase fuel, the fee is waived if you request a 'top off' or buy 20 gallons.

I've been to Raytheon at SAT on numerous occasions and have had excellent service each time. They recently added a $25.00 ramp fee, but with the great service they provide to piston singles, and the available courtesy car (2hr limit), I will pay it. Take the car and drive up to Canyon Cafe at the Alamo Quarry Market for lunch. Great Tex-mex and fresh strawberry lemonade. About a 5-10 minute drive.

Overnight trip to San Antonio in our T206. Can't say enough about Raytheon KSAT. The perfect FBO experience. Car pulled up to the plane upon shut down. Line help with our bags. Hot cookies and ice tea while taking care of paper work. Good fuel prices for a metropolitan airport. I will definitely use Raytheon again when returning to San Antonio.

Great service last weekend! I called ahead; Dawn reserved a rental car for me through Avis (with my Wizard #). It was sitting out front when I landed. They have very clean facilities and treat everyone professionally. They pulled my Geronimo in front of the FBO and we loaded up for our trip to Big Bend. We will definitely be back! Excellent.

Excellent FBO which treats the Skylane driver every bit as well as the Lear driver. Nice courtesy car and friendly desk help and line service. I will return.

We just received OUTSTANDING service for a three-day stay in my A-36. Rental car pulled up to the plane. Excellent lobby and amenities. Good gas prices. This was despite being during a high use time and I couldn't have been happier with the care and service we got. Will definitely be back. This is what all FBOs' should be like.
