We base our PA32R out of Signature for the regular international flights that we make. Their service, desk personnel, and line personnel are top notch. A simple phone call for fuel, having the airplane pulled up, or any other request has always yielded prompt, courteous, and professional response. Everyone bends over backwards to help and make our experience a positive one. This is not a small unattended FBO at a small airport. They are always open, have nice amenities, and a professional crew. Expect to pay for these services, however, but it is all well worth it! They have our business for as long as we are at KSAT.

Flew the Bonanza into SAT on Thursday afternoon for a family weekend event. Nice folks, clean facility, welcome extended as I expect from FBOs. I elected NOT to have them put in fuel upon arrival, in order to take advantage of the discount price. When I called back on Saturday to check on fuel requested and arrange departure time...They informed me that they were OUT of Avgas.. And wouldn't have any until Monday! However, they got another FBO nearby to fill my order and still offered a discount for weekend purchase. Overall, I am pleased and will camp with them again when in SA. Good service, excellent was so close!!

Took the P Baron to San Antonio with a plane full of grand children this past Saturday for a trip to Sea World. Signature had the rent car waiting when we taxied up right to the front door. The line guys had all the bags loaded and the child seat installed in the rent car before I could finish locking the doors. Inside they had fresh cookies, hot coffee, and a great attitude all around. We stayed overnight and got free ramp w/purchase of gas and a weekend $0.50 per gallon fuel discount. Signature at KSAT is a class act. Thanks!

Stayed overnight in San Antonio about a month ago and received excellent service from Mike on the line crew and Dolores behind the counter! Red carpet treatment for a simple Mooney owner. I highly recommend their services.

I was marshalled in when we arrived in our Beech Bonanza. After chocking, the lineman asked if we were staying overnight and we told him we were there only for a few hours to grab a bite to eat. I told him to top off the wings only and not the tip tanks. I also asked that they use the rubber fill mats as we have just had our leading edges repainted. He acknowledged my request and my friend and I went to dinner in a crew car. Upon returning from dinner 2 hours later, I found the plane to not be refueled. The front desk assistant was now the crew lineman that had taken my request. He told me it had not been refueled because I didn’t tell the front desk lady about my fuel request. He never apologized.. He only said it was my doing because I had not told the front desk about needing fuel! In Signature's defense, I usually have a seamless experience with them. They did waive the $27.00 ramp fee. I will return to Signature at KSAT again so that they can redeem themselves and win me over again

Signature Flight Support lived up to its name. They were truly a flight support. We were met on the ramp by a lineman who guided us near the front door. Greeted us with a smile and a handshake to welcome us to San Antonio. Will Tools, the operations manager was on hand on Sunday afternoon to greet us and all the staff was beyond efficient. Although there were jets of every kind on the ramp, they treated our Piper Archer II and us as though our business was just as important to them as Net Jets! If you're going to SAT this is the stop. Thanks Will & Staff!

After calling ahead to check hangar availability and ramp fees for my helicopter, I was assured there was space in the hangar, and there were to be no ramp fees with a purchase of fuel. Upon my arrival <60min later, there was no hangar space. The following morning after getting fuel they slapped me with a ramp fee, even after I calmly explained my situation to the receptionist. I will not use this FBO at KSAT. I got burnt, not again!

First time to SAT but after reading comments about other FBOs thought I would try Signature. They treated me very well, and I was flying a Cessna 182. The linemen were pulling luggage out of the plane before I was even out. Even though my hotel could have picked me up, they insisted on taking me there. Fuel is expensive, but competitive with the other FBOs. Nice people, nice service. I'll be back again.

After some bad experiences with Signature at other airports, I generally avoid them. However, this one was a positive surprise. Yes, there was a $25 ramp fee for my 310, but the overnight was waived with fuel -- which is discounted 50 cents on weekends. The Hertz rental car was brought to my plane by the time my props stopped (and the rate was very low). Overall, top notch service and a bargain for a major airport FBO.

Expect to pay a ramp fee AND a handling fee EVEN if you buy fuel AND rent a car. Will not be using Signature again.
