Have landed yesterday on runway 15 with a C172 after a go-around requested by the tower due to liner (Embraer/Frontier) on the 25. Seems to be casual ;-) Atlantic's welcome was great. We were carry with a Suburban to the beach and the BeachSide Cafe. As we were on a hurry (30 minutes only available), the Atlantic Suburban carry us back to the FBO after a brief call. The landing fees was waved off by buying 7 gallons @ $7.25. Will definitely recommend Atlantic and I expect to fly again to KSBA as soon as possible.

Stopped there two weeks ago. Atlantic staff gave us a ride to (and from) the Beachside Cafe, which is still by walking distance.

Atlantic did not seem to care about earning my business on the trip to Santa Barbara this weekend. On inquiring about prices and fees, I was told (after being put on hold for more than just a few moments) by a rather flippant and snippety woman that the "handling fee" for my Cheyenne would be $170, waived with 80 gal Jet A. Also, there would be a landing fee of $22.50 mandated by the airport, and $90 per night for tie down. When I mentioned that those prices were not the least bit competitive with Signature, I was told I could email the manager. When I asked to speak with him, she said, "He's um, uh, not available right now." My reply was that they didn't seem to be interested in my business - to which she all but agreed!! (BTW - in regard to "transparency" and full disclosure - I have no interest or conflicts, whatsoever. with either FBO, and in fact had a good experience at Atlantic about a year ago on a previous visit.)

After earlier review, had several calls and emails to ask that I try them again. Seems like they really try to give good service so suspect my earlier experience was an aberration.

Friendly staff but girls at desk were not particularly knowledgeable or helpful. Tie downs excessive, as is fuel price. Will go elsewhere next time.

Started off well... Had car waiting at FBO office for us. Sign in took a few min longer than we would have liked, but that's life... Ordered fuel to the tabs and off we went. Came back in the morning to get out of there (had a short window we were trying to beat weather and found that plane wasn't fueled... Ugh. They took a few min to get a truck out there and got us going though I admittedly was annoyed with the situation. I received a phone call later that day (already in the bay area) that they had taken $0.35/gal off our tab... Well done. We will definitely visit again if in town and hopefully it will be perfect next time.

Excellent service, Gabby was very helpful. Fees: $20/night. $40 handling waived if you get 7 gallons.

Flown into Atlantic several times now - recently for weekend stay with my wife. They are professional and very courteous, even to a small plane owner like myself (Diamond DA 20 C-1). They treated me like the big boys and I was fueled up and ready to go when requested. Will always go back to them. From line personnel to counter staff - all exceptional service. Kudos to you. A bit pricey - but it is Santa Barbara after all and they have those great cookies.

Flew into SBA with my wife on Sept 19 after 20 years away. Easy exit off 15L straight into Atlantic. Lineman greeted us while we were still taxiing. Great service. Walked to the Beachside Cafe for an excellent lunch. Very romantic. Went back to Atlantic and hung out. Did not want to leave. Lifted off at sunset and followed the full moon across the ocean back to Fullerton. Will not wait another 20 years before we go back.

A fine FBO and very well located for business at UCSB. The staff was wonderful, but I'd ding the experience because it is one of those FBO's with this silly policy of "buy 7 gallons of gas at an inflated price and we'll "waive" the inflated ramp fee." I respectfully suggest FBO's with that policy would sell more fuel and services without it.

Flew in today to have lunch at the Beachside Cafe. Was greeted by a lineman who helped to tie down our C-172 and take us back to Atlantic. The staff was extremely helpful and polite as well as offering us a ride to and from the restaurant. They waived the landing fee with our 7.5 gallon purchase. Have only good things to say about our visit. Thank you to Jon our lineman and staff members Launa and Amy (?).

Flew into SBA last Sunday for lunch. A lineman in a "follow-me" cart led me to parking then gave me a ride to the office. Everyone was very friendly. I was given the option to waive the handling fee with a 7-gallon gas purchase, but I didn't need the fuel so I just paid the 25 bucks. Overall a good experience! I'll be back.

Flew into Santa Barbara from Chino. Landed on 15L and was greeted by an Atlantic Aviation Lineman right in front of the FBO. The lineman was very courteous and helpful. He helped me park and chock my Piper 180. The parking charge was 25.00 or you can waive that by purchasing 7 gallons in fuel. I took the 25.00 option. Went to the Beachside Cafe for some lunch. Atlantic provided the transportation. Very accommodating and super nice staff. After lunch I called Atlantic and they picked us up in front of the Beachside Cafe. They returned us back to Atlantic. All I can say is this is a very nice, courteous and upscale FBO. They bend over backwards to help. I'll definitely be returning very soon.

Spent 8hrs on the ramp today and Atlantic charged me $150 for parking my little Eclipse Jet (38ft wingspan). Would have waived for 50gals, but I couldn't take the fuel (too heavy). Seemed excessive - I'll go across the field next time.

We recently took a five-week flight from San Diego to Maine to Florida to Santa Barbara, and of the 60 some FBOs we visited Atlantic SBA is top tier. Great service, friendly people, good free coffee (even the decaf!), and cookies they bake on-site. Do check out the reclining slow-rocker chairs in the R&R room past the conference room on the South end of the building - next best thing to flying.

Flew in for lunch with the wife and we parked at Atlantic. Lineman was ready to help park the plane but was a bit rough by kicking nose wheel to straighten it. I would have preferred for him to ask if I had a tow bar instead. I must say they were courteous enough to give us a ride to the Beachside Cafe at no cost and a ride back to the FBO as well. Counter attendant was not mean but could be a little more customer service oriented by smiling once or twice.

Visited Atlantic 2nd time this year. Upon my arrival a lineman was already at parking to help me tie down the plane and give us a ride on the golf cart to the FBO. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rental car was available in minutes, and full-service avgas top-off was not overpriced. The waiting room is comfortable, with plasma TV and available massaging chairs, clean bathrooms and good coffee that don’t taste like pencil shavings. Unless something changes drastically, I'm Atlantic's Aviation client for life.

I visited Atlantic at SBA over the Labor Day weekend and had the greatest experience. We needed to locate an urgent clinic in Santa Barbara and the staff was nice enough to locate one and print driving directions. They also provide use of the crew car for 1.5 hours.

My C-172S and I had a fantastic experience today at Atlantic Aviation. They waived any landing fees with a minimum 7 gal purchase (I splurged and bought 10 gal!). They gave me keys to a very nice club car for 90 min so we could get some lunch. Top notch professionalism and customer service at the ramp and in the office. Very nice, fancy facilities with free coffee and cookies. Flight planning room had excellent computer support but was short on pubs, bring your own. Great place to stop for gas and visit beautiful Santa Barbara!

Flew an Arrow into KSBA and received excellent service from Atlantic Aviation. Gas price was very decent considering the location. 15$/day parking fee but they help you tie up and unload luggage. Nice lounge with helpful staff and free cookies. Very impressed and considering Santa Barbara is one of the most expensive small cities in the country I thought the parking fee was not unreasonable. Five Stars.

Stopped in to use the restroom on a Sunday morning, had to walk to the FBO, use the facility and was walking out when the counter girl asked me for my N number, said that would be $15 for parking. I was there for about 3 minutes. As I was walking back to my plane, the ramp person offered me a lift and apologized. I was never treated this way when Mercury ran the operation. Will never use this FBO again.

Mainly oriented to the bizjet crowd, but they haven't forgotten piston aircraft either. Ramp and parking fees waived with minimal fuel purchase. New terminal with very nice facilities, friendly service. I'll be back!

Atlantic SBA's line service is very good and the people are very friendly, but I was told on arrival April 10, 2009 that I would now be charged $140/night for parking! Buying 80 gal of JetA for our PC12 only waives the $55 "facility fee" (also a new phrase). It looks like I will have to switch to Signature at SBA next time I am here in two weeks.

I've been coming to Atlantic for over a year now. I'm literally a regular here. Great service. Everyone from the line to the front desk has been more than helpful. The facility is also always clean. Definitely one of the better FBO's I've been to.
