I fly into SBM a few times per year. On this particular occasion I was shooting practice approaches and we decided to stop in and take a break. The line crew was awesome. They treated us with respect (even though we were just in my Warrior!) and provided great service. We relaxed in the pilot lounge while discussing the day's approaches. Very clean and well appointed FBO.

Stop over for a quick trip into Kohler. Line service arranged for use of the crew car and had the plane fueled and ready for departure on our return to the airport. I fly into SBM 3 to 4 times a year and have always appreciated the friendly and professional services from Burrows.

Flew into SBM recently for a weekend at Road America. Called ahead and they made a rental car reservation for me (that matched the rate I found online for Hertz, but could not reserve online due to Hertz saying they weren't open at x-hours). The rental was around $100 for 4 days (cheap!). They were doing construction on the taxiways, but nothing out of the ordinary, operations-wise. Upon arrival, the rental car was brought over and we were on our way in a few minutes. The lineman had printed directions for us and was very helpful. Facilities are nice (we did not try the restaurant) and staff is great. Will definitely be back here for Elkhart Lake/Road America trips.

Flew my Seneca II into SBM on 12/18 for lunch at their excellent restaurant. Plane wouldn't start when we were leaving. I called Burrows other facility across the field and Rob drove his cart over. Didn't have the right cables and towed me back to their main hangar to charge and warm up. All of this was done in sub freezing weather. Rob and another young man (sorry, can't remember his name) went above and beyond to help. Burrows Aviation and all of their employees are top notch. A 1st class operation. Thanks!

In today with our Turbo Commander N900NE. Great service and friendly people attending all our needs. Rent car delivered planeside as we parked, which is always appreciated but not a common treat. Thanks folks. You are one of the best FBO experiences.

Flew a NASCAR Nationwide Team up for the race at Road America. Hung around the FBO & the area for about 11 hours. The line staff & the CSR ladies, Tazia, Robin, Chris, & Katlyn could not have been friendlier or more hospitable. They shared info about the area, & turned us on to the better places to eat & where to go to get the best Wisconsin cheese. They even arranged to get the cable station added so that we could watch the race. Sure hope we can come back here for the race next year. Other FBO's could sure take lessons from Burrows staff on how to treat customers.

Always great service from this establishment.... Until yesterday.... Mother’s Day. Arrived 20 minutes before their official closing time and was told by a waitress we would not be able to be seated. The owner apologized for the employees remark but it was time to go elsewhere for lunch. We'll be back however as we do enjoy the food and gift shop.

Flew into Burrows in the afternoon; the weatherman said temps were going to be in the 40's overnight so we opted not to hangar. Arrived at the FBO the next morning and the aircraft was frost covered. Lineman Rob had us deiced and on our way in no time at all despite having other aircraft to deal with. Excellent service. Great job guys!

MAN, this is living! I cannot praise this restaurant enough. Flew in with my 13-y/o grandson, just to grab lunch on a Sunday. Little did we know that it is gourmet all-you-can eat buffet brunch plus order-off-the-menu specials. Waitress was terrific, food was outstanding, and atmosphere was superb. This place is the best-kept secret in Wisconsin. Grandson still raves about the experience - am taking Grandma next. P.S. Apparently, they also serve awesome lunches and steak dinners, too.

Nice service, they had the car all ready for us but closed the door after we left. What FBO is closed at 6 or 7pm? We had to sit in a restaurant for 3hrs... I guess one FBO purchased the other so things were a bit from the norm. I hope these problems get fixed next time we go back.

Western Shore was great spot. Good facilities and great service. Full-serve Avgas price was less than a self-serve stop later in Kentucky. 10 minutes to Kohler/American Club

They cannot allow people to walk to the restaurant on the ramp because of construction taking place between the restaurant and the FBO. I am sorry if this is an inconvenience to you; it is temporary and work should be done in the Spring.

FYI, Burrows has bought Western Shore . They're one and the same now. It's a good place; very friendly and accommodating. Only negative was when the FBO receptionist insisted that we could not walk on the airport property (where our airplane was) from the FBO to the restaurant. Even their line personal hadn't heard of that.

Burrows now own Western Shore. Stopped there for Oshkosh. Had a dead cylinder on arrival. Troy came out to the ramp, checked my plane and took it to the shop. He fixed the problem overnight.

Stopped for fuel and weather. Needed a car, hotel, gas, food and a raft sent home. The owner and staff handled everything very well and with a smile. Crew car was nice; restaurant (Great food and on the field) was very nice. Busy weekend for a hotel but they found a nice one. Facility very nice and clean. They even put my raft in a box and sent it home. I will go out of my way to stop here again. What a pleasant surprise. Good job guys. Thanks!

Quick overnighter into Sheboygan for a meeting at Kohler, only 7 miles away. The staff at Western Shore could not have been more accommodating. They offered either a ride or a club car to the meeting, plus hangared my plane overnight. Nice people, nice airport. I will be back to visit again.

Excellent FBO! All the good things I heard were true! Was treated very well even being a Luscombe that only took about 5 gallons of gas. Can't beat the food, and Burrows has opened a pretty impressive gift shop, as well! Definitely a place to return to.
