No more fuel service. Although they let me parked my 172 in their ramp while we grabbed lunch.

Flew in from L52 to pick up a rental car. You would have though I flew a Learjet in with the way I was treated. This FBO knows how to treat its customers. Freddie is awesome - keep him around!!

I spent much of Saturday at PCF while my pax were at a wedding. Even with no ramp fee, the rental car was in position before the door was open. The fuel (best price!) order was attended to immediately and accurately. I was OFFERED a crew car, but decided to walk over to The Spirit of San Luis for a nice lunch, and then just hang around in the comfortable pilot's lounge. Many thank to Freddie, Phil, Ryan, and the fuel guy, whose name I have rudely and regrettably failed to remember. Don't forget to pet Charlie (Alfa Tango). 2nd Central Coast airport I have been to in two weeks that was run by a huge black cat!

Pulled up to pick up pax for an Angel flight and the line folks met me at the plane with chocks and fuel. They were as nice as could be. Extremely efficient and got me turned around quickly. The helped to make my pax trip that much more comfortable and I can't tell you how important that is. Thanks PCF!

Flew to KSBP and took a couple people to visit friends that go to CalPoly for the day. Parked at PCF Aviation and had a very wonderful experience. Their hospitality got us on our way to our first stop with their crew car until we figured out transportation arrangements. Sara was a great help and we definitely will be back again!

Flew into SBP for my first time- after telling ground we were parking at PCF a follow me cart was waiting to guide us in. They kindly helped with our luggage, hangered our C182, and had pre-arranged a rental car for us. Our plane was ready to go in the morning, we were offered some bottled water for our trip and a friendly handshake and good bye. Excellent service and friendly people. When we fly back to San Luis Obispo, we will return to PCF no question.

Flew into SBP on October 9th for the night and had a great experience with PCF. Everyone was very polite, helpful and professional. Whenever I stop in there again I will certainly park at PCF again and I will recommend PCF to other pilots traveling to SBP. Thanks!

I just turned up at KSBP in a Cessna 172 not really knowing anything about the FBOs there. PCFA were excellent. SBP tower notified them I was coming in and a follow me cart was there to meet me and refueling taken care of very quickly. We were even driven over to the restaurant to meet our friend. Many thanks for a great welcome.

My buddy I landed at SBP not having any preference on what FBO to use? I emailed PCF the night before letting them know I would be in at 10 am for a couple nights. Surprising I received a reply welcoming me and they would be ready for my arrival! We were greeted by a golf cart directing us to parking, three linemen helped us luggage, directions, and fuel info, very helpful! My son was suppose to pick us from Pismo but was stuck in the sand, PCF called us a cab, then the owner came out Patrick and said the taxi was going to take to long and offered us a ride down to the beach, of course no charge and would not except a tip or gas money! Bottom line if everyone treated their clients like PCF does the World would be a better place.

We left our Mooney for a few days with PCF. Wow! What great service. These folks aim to please and they sure do that. They were there to help with whatever we needed. They know about care and handling of the Mooney nose gear and hand towed our Mooney whenever it was moved.

PCF has certainly raised the ante at SBP. We flew in on July 10 for lunch at the Spirit of San Luis, and were met by a friendly line crew who offered to fuel our bird for less than the Jet Center's self-serve price! They loaned us a crew car for a coffee break in town. I've been coming to SBP for years, and while I still love going to the Jet Center, I'll find it very hard to stay away from PCF in the future.

My pax and I had a great experience at PCF Aviation. Called ahead to let them know our ETA, and the follow-me van was waiting for us when we exited the runway. We ate lunch and then used the crew car to drive downtown for desert. Our fuel order was promptly taken care of and the entire staff went out of their way to make our first trip to KSBP a memorable one. We'll certainly visit this FBO again the next time we're in town.

The only way I can describe PCF is a "full scale customer service attack" from the moment you leave the taxiway. With two golf carts zipping back and forth, a manager on the ramp and a quiet space to flight plan or rest -- plus the best tri-tip (Firestone Grill) 7 minutes away by crew car: what's not to like? And my daughters loved the cat.

Our flight to SLO on Sunday was a delight. The folks at PCF were very friendly. We three travelers borrowed their courtesy car for a few hours to enjoy a restaurant near the Mission and some sights in town. The service was great from directing us to the parking area to the purchasing of oil, filter, and PCF tee shirt. We had a friendly chat with Steve, Sara, Shawn and Rhonda about flight instruction and rentals. Loved their friendly cat too. We will be back.

I stopped into KSBP over the Memorial Day weekend. The folks at PCF were great. They loaned us a nice, clean courtesy car for a few hours for us to run into town. Even though we only bought 11 gallons of fuel, the ground crew not only cleaned the windshield, but ALL the windows on the plane! Great place. The next time I stop by KSBP, I'm using PCF!!
