Flew in to KSDF (instead of KBOW) to drop passenger & meet folks traveling in by airline, and refuel. Amazing place KY Derby weekend, 300+ biz jets parked in every imaginable spot. FBO was doing an impressive job managing everyone's needs; I marveled that I was the only little guy in my Bonanza. On departure I found out why, the $295 SPECIAL EVENT FEE assessed to EVERY plane. PERIOD! Despite prior calls to two different people to secure parking & rental car on arrival, and asking the ramp agent about fees when we parked, NOBODY TOLD US ABOUT THIS $295 FEE. Perhaps reasonable for a G5 coming in for Derby Weekend, but charging a transient Bonanza $300 for three hours? Their lead Customer Service agent was rude and refused to budge! Only when the argument persisted and escalated did their Manager come and waive the fee. He agreed it was inappropriate, and agreed to waive it on return for passenger pick-up. BEWARE OF FEES KY DERBY WEEKEND! THANK YOU MANAGER FOR MAKING IT RIGHT!

Beautiful FBO and great service on my last stop Monday. Took care of my C172, great rental car, and fantastic attitudes! Thank you all!

I fly commercially but I own a plane as well. So, when I go to an FBO when on the job, I try to see how they treat the little guy as well. In this instance, the service was the worst I have ever experienced as a commercial pilot. We called in 30 minutes prior to landing and gave them all the info. Once on the ground we had to track down someone to get our clients' cars pulled in and no one checked to see if we needed services. The next day we waited 30 minutes to get the airplane out of the hangar and asked three times for a GPU. Finally we gave up, pulled the chocks ourselves and left.

This is by far the best Atlantic we have been to and we have been to quite a few of them. Excellent service from the line service to the CSR. There is a Hertz inside the FBO, which was really helpful when we had a family emergency. The cookies are always delicious. The fuel and fees are reasonable except the $100 charge to hangar a Piper Arrow overnight. We will be back!

Flew the Seneca 220T from LZU (Atlanta Area) to visit the Motorcycle Superstore here. Although fuel is expensive $7.70 the FBO is top of the line. Some delays with the crew car but the lady at the front desk asked the line man to drive us in the shuttle and even asked him to wait there for us. She went out of the way to help us out. She even packed some cookies and popcorn for me on the way back. Thank you so much for hospitality.

I received excellent service from the concierge rep, Kimberly Deman, even though it was their FBO's busiest day of the year! She really went above and beyond to help us out. I was very impressed with the service I received!

Great Service, Landed Friday evening in our King Air and was parked by the doors of the FBO. Line Guys had the cars running and warmed up for us...Same great service when we left on Sunday. Had an issue with billing on our rental car but called and the CSR got it taken care of for me. Thanks Guys

We were stranded at KSDF by T-Storms for the second year in a row enroute to Oshkosh, but if you are going to get stranded, this is a great place to do it. The linemen and customer service reps were all very nice and helpful finding us food and lodging recommendations [great accommodations at the Holiday Inn and Frank's is a must!]. Thanks for the great service and maybe we'll just have to see you again next year.
