We struggled with the services. It was our first time to San Diego. Our dispatch thought they could save a couple dollars on our fuel purchase. They only have one parking spot for corporate jets. It left us blocking the self-serve Avgas tank and a taxi lane. Not sure what they would do if they had 2 jets at the same time. Our elderly passengers were upset when they found out the only restroom was up a steep set of stairs in an old building and that they do not have a customer lounge or any other passenger services. They also do not keep any rental cars on site and we were told if they could get one it might take an hour or more to get there. We ended up taxing to another FBO. We will definitely do more research next time.

Many local pilots fly out of our way to take advantage of the lower prices at First Flight's pumps...I really appreciate whatever it's taking to be the lower price...And keep me flying more.
