I landed after flying 9 hours from MA in a 172. They met me at the plane, loaded all our bags, got a rental car we did not even reserve, loaded the car and put the AC on in the car in less than 10 min after I shut the engine down. Brought the car right to the plane for me on the outbound. Awesome service. Made this tired family very happy.

Outstanding service by the folks here. Lineboy greeted our King Air 350 and brought our car rental to the plane. Front counter girl was very professional. Will come here again.

I flew into Starport in an Archer and was treated like it was a jet. Line and staff was great. They had all the answers. Beautiful FBO, especially with the Porsche in the lobby. Great experience. I will recommend it to those headed south.

A great FBO experience. Besides the cleanliness and uniqueness of Starport, the service (customer and line service) was exceptional. The facility has many amenities that make flying easier. I am a helicopter and fixed wing pilot that frequents this FBO when flying into SFB. As a military pilot also, when given the opportunity to fly and use an FBO, Starport makes the experience worth the stop. Outstanding service is always provided and the atmosphere in and around the FBO is very welcoming and cordial.

Dropped through today to pick up a passenger arriving via commercial flight. The staff was friendly, prompt and professional. Fuel prices were in line and they provided use of the crew car. The facility was elegant. Would recommend this FBO.
