Flew in for a 4-night/5 day visit. Melanie was very helpful; we arrived a couple hours late, after they were closed, but Melanie had the rental car ready with keys, etc. No landing fees, good fuel prices and, as mentioned on another post, offered to put the plane in a hangar if weather rolled in. Great place to stop unlike the reputation of the previous FBO.

Wow what a treat. Melanie was so helpful with everything from the car, to fuel, to directions, to staying late to make sure everything was ok before we flew out. The fuel prices were great, compared to CVG. If you are in the area, you will be pleased with the service!

On a flight with friends and couldn't return home because a thunderstorm popped up. Diverted here to wait out the storm and pulled up to the FBO. New staff was extremely helpful. They offered to let me put the plane inside maintenance hangar at no charge. They have big plans to make the facility much more pleasant. While waiting they offered snacks and Internet. The storm arrived and passed in about 1.5 hours and we were on our way back home in clear blue sky. Definite place to visit in the future.

Stopped in to get some fuel and check the weather, I have not been treated nicer by an FBO anywhere. Melanie came out the door to greet me, and introduced herself before I was even on the walkway into the building. She was very helpful, and very friendly. The facility is undergoing renovations, but it isn’t in bad shape by any means and is only temporary. I would highly recommend this FBO if you'd like to stop near Dayton but not at DAY.
