Arrived at SGH about 10PM on Oct. 1, 2009. Tower was closed and dark with misty rain. We could not determine where the FBO ramp was located. We ambled down the taxiway and behold we saw a lineman with lights. They got our passenger taken care of with his rental car and helped us get squared away and had our rental car at the door for us. They were there to meet an incoming & we just got lucky, as they should have been closed. Every one very helpful as we left the next day & jet fuel very reasonable. Good place.

Flew down to KSGH on 9/12 with 2 other planes. We based out of here and flew on day trips, back each night. All the personnel here are great with special mention of Seth and Melanie. I had a problem with valve cover gaskets, they called over to the service area and get an entire set for me. It's not easy to find gaskets for an O300D. Melanie was always out on the ramp when we would taxi in and always greeted us with a smile. I would recommend this FBO to anyone flying into the area.

We had three planes with six of us that stopped here as a base airport for our week of vacation. Meianie was most helpful in getting things set up for us prior to our arrival. The Dutch are training here with F-16 so you get a nice view of the action.

I flew in for the FAA seminar on avoiding mid-air collisions with military aircraft on 4-18-09. Embarrassingly, I failed to turn off the master switch. When I returned to my plane 5 hours later, I had a wee bit of difficulty starting the engine! Paul and JJ went out of their way to get a start cart and bailed me out with a jump. Thanks, guys...You're both lifesavers!

Landed here for a business trip to Dayton rather than fly into KDAY. Very nice staff, quick service and fair prices on 100LL.

Needed a little more fuel to make it home. Stopped here and what a surprise! Great service and friendly people! 15 minutes later was on the way! Highly recommend the service here.

A friend and I stopped in at S JET on Oct 8th and stayed through the 10th. Due to circumstances beyond our control we weren't able to reserve a rental car before we left Michigan. Melanie met us at the plane when the prop stopped and juggled things around to get us a vehicle! Then she proceeded to set us up with maps, directions and places to eat! When we left on Sunday the two young people (Sorry! Didn't catch their names!) Had our plane and all the paperwork ready for us. Great service, nice facility and highly recommended!

Flew in for a 4-night/5 day visit. Melanie was very helpful; we arrived a couple hours late, after they were closed, but Melanie had the rental car ready with keys, etc. No landing fees, good fuel prices and, as mentioned on another post, offered to put the plane in a hangar if weather rolled in. Great place to stop unlike the reputation of the previous FBO.

Wow what a treat. Melanie was so helpful with everything from the car, to fuel, to directions, to staying late to make sure everything was ok before we flew out. The fuel prices were great, compared to CVG. If you are in the area, you will be pleased with the service!

On a flight with friends and couldn't return home because a thunderstorm popped up. Diverted here to wait out the storm and pulled up to the FBO. New staff was extremely helpful. They offered to let me put the plane inside maintenance hangar at no charge. They have big plans to make the facility much more pleasant. While waiting they offered snacks and Internet. The storm arrived and passed in about 1.5 hours and we were on our way back home in clear blue sky. Definite place to visit in the future.

Stopped in to get some fuel and check the weather, I have not been treated nicer by an FBO anywhere. Melanie came out the door to greet me, and introduced herself before I was even on the walkway into the building. She was very helpful, and very friendly. The facility is undergoing renovations, but it isn’t in bad shape by any means and is only temporary. I would highly recommend this FBO if you'd like to stop near Dayton but not at DAY.
