From Lee Carson - Piper Mirage on 20-Dec-2017

We visit Signature, San Jose, weekly arriving early Monday morning and departing Friday with company employees. Usually the smallest a/c on ramp, (Piper Mirage), we are parked near hangar doors a few steps from entrance and treated if we were a Boeing 747. Costs are justified by great service from both ramp personnel to great front counter staff. With nine months patronage, itís always simple to visit this airport and FBO.

I decided to try out Signature based on their posted fuel price and favorable comments on AirNav. I arrived with a family of Angel Flight passengers in my Baron. While Atlantic routinely discounts fuel for Angel Flight, I discovered this is not true for Signature. At least not at KSJC. They did waive the $105 HANDLING CHARGE...after the trainee at the front desk asked a manager in the back office if they offer discounts to Angel Flight missions. Very nice facility. Lineman excellent. Office staff lacking a cheerful attitude. Back to Atlantic next time. I didn't call to see if they have a similar handling charge now, but they didn't in the past.

What an amazing FBO! Late evening arrival, got marshaled in by two top trained line personnel, rent car was waiting plane side, and the excellence of service provided continued throughout the stunning and spacious new facilities inside with the wonderful and kind CSR's. Here you feel like family, THANKS to ALL for making us feel at home away from home.

Best FBO in the United States for pilots. Awesome service. Fantastic brand new -clean facilities. Crew lounge is second to none.

WOW! 5 star service the entire way around! This place is such a huge contrast to Atlantic, and is the only reason I've started visiting SJC airport again. Jose, Mel B, Mary, Rosemary, & Danielle have all gone way above and beyond on our last visits to make sure we had the best FBO experience ever. Bravo!

Greeted promptly upon arrival, and the line guys were awesome. The office staff were friendly and professional, giving us the same great service and respect that they gave the business jet crew taxiing in next to us. Parking for one night and ramp fee waived for single-engine with 20-gallon avgas purchase for a light single engine. I'm recommending Signature to my corporate pilot friends.
From Paul Homburger on 23-Mar-2016

Evidently, $60 / night to park here, not including any ramp fees.
From Adam Lurie on 06-Jan-2016

Came in on a PC12 on a quiet Sunday afternoon. I'd called ahead both on the phone before departing and over Unicom 15 minutes out for a quick-turn top-off. 3x line staff greeted us but there was nothing "quick" about the quick-turn. The 3x line guys disappeared into their quarters and only one emerged to fuel us in the dual-hose fuel truck despite there being zero aircraft on the ramp needing attention. A GLEX arrived shortly after us, but the line staff did nothing more than chock them and go back inside, leaving the 1x guy fueling us to continue his work alone. The facilities were immaculate and the CSR was easy to work with and attentive. I realize we were low on the revenue totem pole for Signature, but on a quiet Sunday afternoon with apparently more than adequate staffing and zero other transient aircraft to attend to, I don't think it should have taken nearly 45 minutes to top us off.
