Phenomenal facility with very careful line service. They inspect the plane before they move it, numerous wing walkers, etc. Great service with luggage and rental car. CAA fuel price is nice, but check the overnight fees.

Their charges for services are over the top. Charged me $320.00 for a twin for one night on the ramp. Be sure to ask for their prices first.

For a high price FBO, I would expect better service than this. I was tied down at Atlantic for 10 days. I called from overseas with a fuel order and departure time for being pulled out 24 hours in advanced. I can forgive them for not having anyone available to pick me up at main terminal but they had not pulled the plane up nor fueled it when I arrived. I then ordered the fuel again for the wing tanks only and they fueled the tip tanks instead. I asked to talk to the manager and was told he was on the phone. When I inquired after the hour it took to get the plane pull forward and fueled, he was still on the phone (right!). It is one thing to call yourself a premium FBO. It is another to be one and certainly to acknowledge a mistake and not hide from the customer.

These guys (and gals) define 5 star service in the FBO industry. We frequent SLC and the folks at Atlantic are always helpful, friendly and professional - 100% of the time. The temporary facilities are first rate and the permanent FBO and hangars coming in 2018 look to be exceptional. As nice as the place is, it's really the staff that makes a difference here. Although prices are a little high the fees are easily waived (w min fuel), and there’s multiple discounts for jet fuel (CAA, Avfuel etc.). Thanks Atlantic SLC!

Flew my Twin Commander 1000 to SLC for extended 3-1/2 week stay with one 2-day trip to Austin sandwiched in. Linemen were very good. But that's the end of the good news. CSR girl had no idea what she was doing. They charged me $135/day ramp fee and wouldn't negotiate it, so. Bought several hundred gallons of Jet A, too. If this is how the Manager wants to run his business, fine, but I'll take mine elsewhere. Don't go to Atlantic unless you own stock in the outfit!
From Christopher K. Snyder on 24-Jun-2016

Second time I've flown into SLC and used Atlantic. Pulled up to the terminal and shut down only to be told that they had no 100LL available after the engine had stopped. To make matters worse, I was charged a $50 ramp fee after having been through this mess. They said the fee was waived with a fuel purchase, but I had no way to purchase fuel! Furthermore, I was told by one of the rampers that the fee would be $10-15. That is what I was expecting to pay at the register. Had I known they were gonna charge me $50 for nothing, I would have simply left.
From Gordon Feingold on 24-Feb-2016

My first visit to KSLC, and the new Atlantic FBO here did a great job for me. Line and CSR folks were all friendly, efficient, and eager to help. I will definitely be back next time I fly into KSLC.
