Facilities are wonderful, most people are friendly and helpful. When I asked for a ride to the terminal they said I would be picked up at the front door. I waited just inside because of the rain. When the van drove up and unloaded a crew, I stepped out with bags to get the promised ride. The driver said he wasnt the van promised. I waited another 15 minutes and went back to the desk to inquire as to the progress. 5 more minutes to find a driver among the 10-15 guys all over the ramp. On departure, there was a car that unloaded 3 dogs on the ramp. The dogs proceeded to wander everywhere without an supervision. The next 20 minutes they came close to the outer door causing the sensors to open the doors violating security while people were allowed to have access to the ramp. I observed several people just leave through the door unescorted.

Early depart required so called prev day to req top off prior to 0730 and was assured would happen. While driving in, called to check on cond of plane due to overnight snow and verify fueling. After holding for 20+ mins, couldn't get a straight answer on snow condition or fueling. Finally told that ice was stuck to plane and fueling NOT completed. I asked to put plane in hangar to melt ice and expedite fueling. When arrived, were held at gate for 15 mins while plane was fueled just out of sight and hangared. Once finally allowed in, checked other planes on ramp and snow was NOT sticking so hangar wasn't needed and made situation worse. Was charged $180 for 45 mins in unneeded hangar caused in part by their fueling snafu. When questioned charge given the situation, their mistakes, paying $6+/gal JET-A and 2 hrs late NO solution offered. Half would have been OK but charging for a full overnight was tantamount to highway robbery given situation. Will seek other options next time in SLC!

The more we visit Million Air SLC the more I appreciate the consistent and superb service. From arrival to departure, they have consistent and superb service. The line techs actually know what they are doing and the CSRs are excellent and friendly...And the crew cars are nice rides too! They also have an excellent transportation department for any extra needs. Quite simply one of the top FBOs in the country, in my opinion.

If you need to fly into the big airport in SLC, make sure you stop at Million Air. Every visit has been a great experience. While the fuel isn't cheap and you are probably going to pay a ramp fee, the costs are reasonable considering you are going to the major airport for the area. What most impressed me on my last stop were their exceptional MX facilities. We had a mag issue with our Aerostar and landed there at 9:30 PM. To my amazement, they have a whole team of techs working until 3 AM. Our plane was in the shop and being looked at within 20 minutes... All this at 10 PM! Colin went WAY out of his way to help us fix the issue. Parts were needed so he made sure we had rooms for the night and transportation to the main terminal so we could catch a commercial flight to complete our meetings for the day. When we returned in the evening, the plane was repaired and ready to go. This was by far the most amazing repair service I've ever experienced! Kudos to Million Air and Colin!

I flew my C182 into Million Air for a two-day conference and received EXCELLENT service and support. The staff was polite, attentive and helpful. I was delayed a day by a snowstorm and again the staff went out of their way to help. My bill from Million Air was much less than I have been charged at lesser facilities. I highly recommend this Fixed base operator.

We have been using Million Air Salt Lake City for almost 3 years, and that we continue to do so speaks to the staff and service levels we receive there. Jeff (line supervisor) and April and Marnee on the desk have made our ins and outs at SLC a breeze.

Stopped at Million Air for a night and was pleasantly surprised by their great customer service. I was flying a single-engine piston, noticed the front-tire is a little low on pressure right before departure. The line guy was very helpful, he was doing everything he could to pump the tire up, but the valve was blocked by the fairing (the access was way too small). He called maintenance, which came right away, got the fairing off and had the tire pumped. Will definitely go back to them again!

Always great service - but was charged $10/night tiedown for our three nights - first time in eight years even though fuel was purchased. The $10/night makes other options financially better - glad I was not in for a two-week stay...

Well run and friendly FBO. On visit last year, no facility fee or overnight tiedown fee (w/ fuel purchase) but this year the fuel purchase only negates the facility fee. Tiedown is reasonable at $10/night but wasn't expected.
