Awesome FBO! Had a friendly lineman waiting on the ramp to guide me to a parking spot as I taxied in, asked what I needed and quickly took care of the gas top off for me. Got fueled in a matter of minutes. Inside, the desk staff got me a crew car and directions to lunch places. We were off to lunch in a matter of 10 minutes. The building and facilities are new and modern and the staff very welcoming and helpful. If you call ahead, they will even have lunch delivered to the FBO and waiting for you to eat right there once you land.... Very convenient. In all, it is as perfect an FBO as I have ever visited. They even have a plane detailing service there to clean your plane if you are staying several hours. This is at an additional cost but a very nice option if you need it. Will stop in to TAC at KSLC anytime I am in the area.

We had a phenomenal experience with TAC AIR SLC! The friendly ground crew and CSRs greeted us. The ground crew did an amazing job of taking care of us, bringing our passenger’s rental car and our crew rental planeside, got us fueled right away, and was extremely attentive to our needs upon departure. Ryan was an absolute pleasure to work with and gave us a wonderful recommendation of a beautiful drive to Mirror Lake in the mountains to kill some time and explore the area. Looking forward to our next visit to TAC AIR SLC! Thanks for the great experience!

Had hoped that TAC would provide a better experience than Atlantic now that the CAA contract has switched but it did not. We fly a Challenger 350 and come into the FBO anywhere for an hour or two to pickup pax or sometimes overnight. Usually no services and real low maintenance. This is the first time we have used TAC since the changeover and was really surprised that they are even MORE expensive on the ramp fees than their competition. Its to the point where we are looking at going to other airports rather than pay $700 to sit on their ramp for an hour. Sorry but its just not worth the money.

I continue to be impressed with the professionals at TAC Air SLC. From the line crews to the CSRs to the Ops manager to the General manager, they bend over backward to help in any way they can and always with a smile. I even had a non aviation related problem that they volunteered to help me with. That seems to be the general attitude companywide. Nice Job!

Flying out of KSLC almost daily, we usually call TAC Air to be ramped when we arrive for preflight. Lately we have noticed that they are pulling us out when we arrive. When I asked how they knew when to pull us out, they said they had been watching on FlightAware and had been ramping us 1 hour prior to that time. I am very impressed with their resourcefulness and willingness to go above and beyond. High fives to the great people at TAC Air SLC!

Consistently excellent service. SLC is also surprisingly easy in & out - The eastern runway is essentially dedicated to GA so you don't have to intermix with the commercial traffic.

This is my second trip to TAC Air/SLC. Super efficient crew and great facility. Got marshaled in from the taxiway and had our rental car there in less than a min. Line crew helps with unloading and loading. Friendly service. They are customer focused for both small and large aircraft. Will definitely be back and using TAC Air.

The friendly folks at TAC Air SLC could not have been more helpful on a recent visit. From the CSRs to the parts and maintenance personnel, we had an excellent experience all around.

I used TAC Air February 19 - 24 last month and received great service. I flew up to SLC in my Baron for a ski trip and was treated as if I flew up in a Citation Sovereign. Enterprise car was ready and waiting and line service had my Baron in a heated hangar 24 hours prior to departure as requested. I had a 3:00 pm IFR flight plan on file and requested a ramp time of 2:15 pm; my plane was on the ramp and ready to go on time. It doesn't get any better than that.
