I flew in on Friday evening, 4/15, in a 172. The line service was great, and so was the gentleman at the front desk, I think his name was Sean. Instead of scoffing at our little 172, he seemed pleased it wouldn't take up much room on the ramp and didn't charge us an overnight fee for two days. They gave us a ride to and from the main terminal without hesitation. It was a great experience overall with Central Coast Jet Center and I will definitely visit them again next time I'm at SMX.

Since I am a Cessna 172 renter, I have always avoided the FBOs that cater to the larger jets due to hefty charges for fuel, ramp service fees, overnight fees, etc. None of these were true at Central Coast Jet Center. Really fine service by the line staff and CSR. CSR, Naomi, made arrangements for my Hertz rental car to be waiting for me at the aircraft when we taxied in. Treated my 172 like a G 500. Thanks for the fine service.

I fly into this FBO about 6 times a year in a little 206. My kids jump out and immediately race inside to check on the status of the cookies. The staff is incredibly accommodating and keeps them "safe inside" while we finish up with the plane and transferring car seats, etc. What great people -- they often give us the huge "crew van" for the afternoon and the plane is always fueled, parked safely, and ready to go.

Parked on the terminal side to get food. These guys drove the fuel truck over and fueled the plane. Great guys. You can get to the Mexican restaurant in the terminal by going through the hotel.
