We parked a little bit after closing on a Friday and they were nice enough to let us use the facilities while waiting for our ride. Sunday, when we left, Matt help us carry our bags and got us fueled an on our way very quickly. Good FBO, nice facility. Hrs are 7 to 7 daily.

Taxied into Jet West and they were ready for us. The line guy immediately got us parked and the rental car was pulled right up to the plane for us. He had waters ready and helped load luggage into the car. Great experience and great FBO!

To access Big Sur, we flew into Salinas for the first time and went to Jet West. We received very considerate and efficient service - Cindy organized all details for us and made us feel very welcome. Best FBO experience for us this year.

Flew in for a Memorial Service. Couldn't imagine better treatment. Reserved crew car a few days before arrival. Line ops met us on the ramp with crew car and red carpet, I gave them my fuel order and VISA card, got driving directions and drove away. Returned an hour later, plane was fueled up and VISA card/ receipt waiting. Everyone very kind and helpful. In the top three of all FBOs I've ever visited.

Our stop in Salinas was great, we planned on landing in Monterey but the field was still IFR and there was alot of traffic going into Monterey. We made the decision to land Salinas and park at Jet West, since we just dropped in we were expecting alot of hassle but Cindy at the counter helped us out with all our needs including a great suggestion for dinner. This was my first experience with Jet West Salinas, but it won't be my last! Thanks to Cindy and Jet West....

Cindy at Jet West was wonderful. Line service is great, facility clean and modern, and the fuel is priced low for the area. Got me a car and hotel room when everything was booked solid for the US Open. I fly to the area often on business and they always give me the red carpet treatment. There is no good reason to fly into any other airport except Jet West at SNS.

Totally impressed. From the greeting at the line to the drop-off at departure. We received "welcome home" attention. Our stop was to try the airport restaurant but it was closed (Labor Day) Cindy supplied a crew car to get us to several choices of restraints, showed us around the facility -- "WOW" You gotta stop there!! Great experience.... Thank You Cindy and Jet West.

I recently had a great service experience with Cindy Fowler at Jet West. She drove my wife and I to Monterey Airport to pick up our rental car (Monterey was fogged in when we arrived-thus Salinas). She was OUTSTANTING along with her staff!

I recently used Jet West in Salinas for a stop to deliver my wife to a conference in Pacific Beach. Prompt line greeting when we arrived, and they brought out a crew car for me to drive her over to the site. Clean facility, friendly service, and knowledgeable about the area. And I highly recommend you use Jet West on your next trip to Salinas/Monterey.

Outstanding and I haven't even been there yet! Cindy was extremely helpful when I called to identify the location of this new FBO at Salinas. Very, friendly and competent. Fuel prices are excellent. She even asked me to call before my arrival and they would be ready for me. Great service. I look forward to my visit.

Arrived April 13 for one night. What wonderful service!!! Rental Car was taken care of. Cindy and their staff went way of their way to provide us with maps, directions and hotel/dining options. Couldn't believe how friendly and attentive they are. We'll be back, Cindy, thanks sooooo much!

We flew into KSNS for paint at T&P Aero, and were directed to Jet West for rental car service. The help didn't end there, and Cindy went the extra mile with help on motel and visitor's information... Even to the extent of calling twice to work out details. Beautiful facility, too! Thanks, Cindy.

One of the best experiences flying to an FBO I have ever had! Cindy and staff met us with rental car, directions to a wonderful hotel on Cannery Row, information on dining, and red carpet service!! Not to mention a brand new FBO with many amenities. We will be back soon! Thank you so much!

This is a beautiful new facility. I stopped in yesterday for a short break on m solo cross country flight and found everything I could need. Staff VERY friendly and helpful. Especially Cindy.
