What can I say? Needed a room, Megan got a Resort quality room at practically budget price, needed a rental car? Done. Always very helpful and informative. Cannot praise enough.

I appreciate having the option of lower prices with the self-serve pump. I understand that it has very recently been installed. Two minor problems that should be addressed. The first is that the fuel hose is very short and therefore unable to refuel the tip tank farthest from the pump. Also the pump shut me off at 30 gallons. I had to run credit card numerous times to get desired amount of fuel.

I flew in to KSRQ for a short stop. The guys on the ramp, Carlos (Giovanni) and Jim made me very welcome from the get go and offered a great service. We flew into SRQ for the Christmas holidays and had a vacuum failure on the way. APP Jet Center had a mechanic (Ken) available to repair the plane on Christmas Eve. Ken did a fine job and we were able to depart as scheduled the day after Christmas. Thanks to all for a fine job!

We love coming to APP and have with our corporate flight department for a very long time including through all the FBO ownership changes etc. The FOLKS that work at APP are what makes all the difference + their fuel prices are fantastic!

APP personnel appeared as soon as we arrived and the rental car was next to the plane PDQ for our baggage. Plane serviced and hangared per request, hotel and rental car reservations all taken care for us. Excellent service.

We have been coming here for years when we stop in Sarasota. The staff is always friendly and very helpful finding transportation and lodging. They waive a night tie down with fuel purchase.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We showed up without a rental car and called them about 15min out and we had one sitting beside the plane when we pulled up on the ramp.

APP is a great place to go. Treated us 182 drivers like we were turbine types. Had the rental car on the ramp and ready to go. VERY helpful and courteous. We will definitely go back to APP now when in Sarasota.

Today was my first experience with APP and I was duly impressed. They were attentive to my ramp requirements and helped set up my rental car for the day. They even delivered the car to my Cessna as we deplaned. Everyone I talked to or met seemed to go out of their way to help me with my needs. Special thanks to Tom, Leslie, and James for a job well done. APP will continue to get my business and I highly recommend them at SRQ.

These folks get GA, and they understand service. The lineman was there, and I had to take my bags away from him. He understood what GA needs, gave good instructions and sent me inside. I went in and they were extremely helpful with my transportation, and made sure that I knew to call them in advance with instructions, and they would have it all taken care of. They did so, and the plane was waiting out front like I was a CEO on a G3 (I am the owner pilot of a Comanche 250!

This FBO has improved greatly since changing management. After having problems two years ago, we always went to Dolphin, but I saw they changed management at APP (formerly Volo) and thought I'd give them a chance. Good choice! Very excellent service and both Lindsey (customer service) and Eduardo (line service) provided excellent support and very extremely friendly. Give this place a try!

What a super FBO! Great people. Great service. Don't judge the book by the cover. You taxi up and it looks like a maintenance shop. But the inside is all new and very nice. You cannot get out the door without someone insisting you take a complimentary soda or water. Fuel prices are very reasonable. I was not charged any overnight or ramp fees. You will not find a nicer and more helpful front desk staff anywhere.

Line staff was great especially Eduardo and Su provided great service. One of the friendliest FBO's around. No fee even for our C441.
