The best FBO on the field. I flew my C210 for a weekend at Sun n Fun and a weekend in Sarasota and was treated like family. The ladies up front were great help with an actual sense of humor to boot. Keep up the great attitude ladies; I will keep on coming back :))

After flying to KSRQ and going to Dolphin only to be disappointed. I decided to try Volo. I wish I had gone to Volo in the beginning. Very friendly and professional staff. Thanks for taking care of us and treating us like customers!

After I shut the engine down, everyone was "what can we do for you today sir". I made no car reservation but ask about one and in a few minutes I had a car and was out the door. Great service. I asked to be topped off but that seemed to slip through the cracks on my return. Course there was a Mooney that crashed about an hour after I came in and I think that shook things up a bit. Overall I was very happy with the service. I'd recommend this FBO

We went to Jones Aviation after many times at Dolphin. The reception was extremely courteous and efficient. The building is not new but the personnel have a great attitude and were very helpful. Jones has been sold so the phone is answered, "Global Aviation" I will definitely make Jones my FBO of choice for Sarasota.

Great Service. I called 15 miles out and asked if they would make a call for me. No problem we would be glad to was the response. Arrived just are the skies opened up on a typical Florida afternoon. Line crew was great. Personnel at the Front desk were equally great. Left on Saturday morning. Bill and airplane were both ready as requested. My new place of choice for SRQ. Thanks again for the truly great service.

As an FBO operator I know good service when I see it and Jones does a great job. When our C421 had a starter problem the attention and service we received was outstanding. Thanks to Julia, Chris, Liz, Wille and Carl for making our delay much more pleasant.

My wife and I flew our Archer into SRQ this week. Jones could not have been better. Despite the lack of a fancy new building, they were top notch. Gave us a ride to the hotel and even found my wife's sunglasses that had fallen into the trash can and tracked us down at the hotel. Could not have been nicer to us if we were flying a G5.

Visiting the Sarasota area, I parked my Cessna 182 for two weeks with Jones. Their tie down rates was reasonable and service was excellent.

If you need a "fancy facility", go to Dolphin. If you want friendly staff that will do anything you need with a smile on their face, taxi a bit longer to Jones. Facilities are fine, service excellent. Used them this past weekend with wonderful results.

I have been renting from Jones almost every weekend for over a year now, and it has been one of the best FBO's that I have ever dealt with! The rental fleet is well maintained, and the front counter staff is always very professional and friendly, and they even know me by name when I walk in! Deb, Lindsey, Sean, and the linemen are always a lot of fun to deal with, as well as the staff of instructors, who always "make" time to answer any questions that I may have! You have to try them out sometime! You won't be disappointed!

I stopped at Jones for a six-night stay. All personnel were very friendly and helpful. However, I had them do an O2 fill on my Cessna T210, and was charged $100. When I asked if this was an error they explained, "that's the going rate." I've been flying 30 years and that's exactly double the highest I've ever paid anywhere else. It was my fault, I guess, because I forgot to ask the price before I had them do it.

We arrrived 6 Apr and departed 9 Apr 06 and the entire experince with Jones aviation was great.Though unannounced, we saw the lineman as we taxied down the taxiway and were greeted with the red carpet. Wayne was on the ramp and extremely helpful. We made our own arrangements for the rental car from the 'we come to pick you up people' who were busy, so Jones provided transport for us to get the car. Front desk service was great on arrival and departure. We refueled before departure and service was prompt. Everyone I met was friendly and professional and delivered great service. I recommend Jones Aviation for your stop in SRQ. Ken Riley

Flew in the other day in a Merlin. Arrival was great. Passenger and crew rental cars on the ramp as we pulled up, help with all the bags. Departure time was another story. Called 2 times with an updated departure time. First call was 1 hour before the new time, gave a fuel order, requested a GPU, coffee, ice, and papers. Called again 30 before departure (crew was running late). Girl said the plane was fueled and ready to go. When we got there we were shocked to find the plane was not fueled, no GPU in sight, no coffee made, no ice, and no papers. I told the girl that our passengers were going to be there any minute and she got an attitude. So, I made our coffee, they finally fueled the plane as our passengers waited. Guy pulled the GPU to the rear of the plane (plug is on nose). So needless to say it was not a good time. Hopefully our arrival service is the norm for this place.

Back again to Jones and the same experience as on all previous visits. Great service, rental car pulled up as I was shutting down the engine, better fuel prices than the "other side of the tracks" and very nice people. Terrific line crew and CSR!

I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Jones. I fly an Archer and they treated me as if I was in a GV. They put out a red carpet for you and have the rental car pulled to your plane no waiting. Debbie in Customer Service remembered speaking with me on the phone when I made my reservation for my car. The linemen tied down the plane well and helped untie when I left. I will definitely be going back.

About a week ago I went to SRQ for the first time and went to the closest FBO to my landing runway. Unfortunately, it was Dolphin. No one was there to meet us and the workers just seemed cold. Two days ago I went back to SRQ but tried Jones and have never had a better experience at an FBO. We were met by three people and the first red carpet I have received in a C-172. Before we even got inside they were cleaning the windshield. Everyone was pleasant and very professional. If you are going to SRQ, Jones Aviation is the hot setup.

Excellent, friendly service, but insisted on an $9 parking fee for the one night I was there even though I bought 50 gallons at these high prices....
