Came into STP on a Monday at noon. A linesman marshalled me in and had the plane chocked and coned off before I even got out of the plane. The building has numerous conference rooms and the pilot's lounge has very nice leather recliners as well as free WIFI. I got a crew car and when I came back from lunch 45 minutes later my Archer was filled and ready to go. Sure, Signature is pricey, but the fact that I got prompt, courteous service in a little piston while they were busy with multiple bizjets means a lot to me.

The BEST service I have received at an FBO in years. From the line guys to the counter staff to the guy who took me to my hotel in their sparkling Caddy to the guy who picked me up the next morning -- all were great. Friendly, helpful, competent -- the whole deal. My Commander was sitting up front and center ready to go as promissed at 07:30. Can't say enough about this FBO.

They have to be the best FBO in the country. They give the same great service to the little guy as well. You will not find a more pleasant and accommodating staff. Gas not cheap but then none is. I buy the gas to just drive the crew cars, no old police interceptors here baby!

There's a reason these folks make top marks in the pro pilot surveys. We're in STP monthly with our two Hawkers and Falcons and always get treated with the absolute highest quality service experienced at ANY FBO. Crew cars are pretty neat here too;)

Regent/Million Air consistently does everything right. Perfect service. Sparkling clean FBO, Wi-Fi, Crew Cars, Avfuel bonus points and comfortable pilot's area. The even have marshmallows for the hot chocolate machine! Now that’s' attention to detail! Our passengers are always impressed. As a bonus.... STP is very easy in and out.

The staff you will find here is the best in the business. We fly in on a regular basis and get the same impeccable service each and every time. The line service is Johnnie on the spot always and the customer service girls are always happy to help you with whatever you might need. Highly recommended stop!

Excellent service for a C210, with rental car, marshalling in the rain and quick fueling. Just superb. I wish all FBOs were like this.

Million Air hasn't lost a step from the "Regent" day's. Still quality staff, from the line to the front desk, eager to exceed your expectation's. This FBO is simply the best I have encountered anywhere.

Simply the best customer service I've ever had at an FBO -- 10 out of 10 stars. Pulled up in my C172 and thought the Hertz rental with the open trunk was for the Citation X next to me -- nope, was for me. Top-notch facilities. On departure day, lineman went out of his way to come over to me during pre-flight and ask if I needed anything. You can't go wrong here.

Flew in on a Piper Seminole. No one came out to flag the plane to a parking spot so we were left to park it ourselves where we saw an open spot. This was unusual for my instructor who had flown in prior to this and was the only blemish of the two hour stay in STP. Crew car was amazing (still the 2003 Jag!) and service afterwards was courteous and professional. Other FBOS should look to MillionAir as an example of good service.
