My first time visiting Apex and I was very impressed with them. I stopped over for just a few hours but still received excellent services from Apex. Will definitely use them again next time I go to STS!

Once again APEX and there entire crew go above and beyond the call of duty. Aircraft was fueled promptly and brought to the front on time as well. Claudio, all the line guys, and the ladies behind the desk won't disappoint! Thanks again.

We had a great experience at Apex. They appeared quickly with the Follow Me truck and had the red carpet out as we shut down the engine. They loaned us a van to run to downtown Santa Rosa for dinner, gave us a great deal on 100LL, and generally made everything a quick and easy for us. We'll definitely be back.

Great service, once I landed I told ATC I would like to taxi to Apex for transient parking. I was immediately met by a "Follow Me" golf cart, marshaled into parking and before I could exit my Cherokee 235B, I was chocked, and tied down by the lineman. He gave me a ride to car waiting for me...Total time was less than ten minutes! I felt important! Highly Recommend!

I flew into Santa Rosa last weekend and Apex provided excellent service. They sent over a van to pick us (and a bunch of luggage) right at the plane and gave us a ride to (and from) our hotel. I will definitely be back.

Good service. Tried to rent a car for business meeting but they let me use the crew car instead. Always have had a good experience with Apex.

I have been to Apex several times, and have always found them a great place to stop. They work hard to provide good service. They'll arrange your rental car, bring the car right out to your airplane, and have your plane fueled and ready to go whenever you need it. They have always been very helpful and responsive. I'll be back.

Stopped in today for a brief visit and was pleasantly surprised by the incredibly courteous and helpful counter folks. I'd highly recommend this FBO. They are models for all fixed base operators.

Nice facility and excellent service -- however, the fuel prices are sky high for a small airport and the line workers told me that the Apex self serve is being shut down permanently as of today, May 29th.

Absolutely first rate! I have gone into APEX in everything from a C182 to a Citation V and have always been treated way above average. APEX employees are all friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The lobby is clean, coffee fresh... very nice operation. Highly recommended!

Mixed feelings about this FBO. When I stopped they did not have a mechanic on staff which was surprising to me considering the size of the operation. Even though they told me that parking fee would be waived if I purchased gas, they charged me $6 per night for the tie down. They said that they had to put my plane on a municipal tie down. They give the impression of a poorly run business. They try hard to be customer oriented but they have difficulties delivering on their promises and they seem more interested in dealing with jets than with single engine airplanes.
