I was returning home from Van Nuys to Petaluma. The weather at Petaluma was below minimums so I diverted to Santa Rosa. Stopped at Kaiser Air and the folks could not have been friendlier. John H, met me at the plane and took my fuel order and directed me to the main lounge. Very comfortable FBO with great pilot lounge. Katie M the desk attendant was wonderful and went out of her way to be helpful. After checking the weather, I called my wife to drive and pick me up. Both John and Katie offered to stay after closing until my wife arrived. Friendliest folks I have ever met at an FBO. Great service and I made new friends. I will look forward to bad Petaluma weather so I can stop in and see Katie and John.

This is the best KaiserAir facility that I've visited. Every time I fly in I get great service, prompt and efficient. The manager, Bronwyn, is cheerful and pleasant and is very knowledgeable about the local area. She takes the time to make me feel like I'm her most important customer. The facility itself is newly built and very spacious.

Prompt and friendly service, with the rental car brought right up to the airplane when I arrived for a weekend visit. No ramp fees for my Cirrus, and a pretty good AirBoss fuel discount. Brand new clean facility.

We have stopped at KaiserAir twice and each time we were met with prompt and excellent service. Quick-turns were easy and their facility was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. From ramp to front desk everyone was cordial and provided excellent service. Aircraft: Cirrus. Visit dates: Aug 2010, Feb 2011.

I've visited Kaiser a few times in the last two years, most recently for a couple of social engagements on a Saturday. As always, despite the fact that I arrive in my piston single and not a G5, I found Kaiser welcoming, professional, and very reasonable. In fact, they charged me less for fuel from their truck than my home base of Palo Alto does for self-service. I would encourage piston drivers who need a full service FBO to use Kaiser - they do a nice job at a fair price.

After encountering engine problems with my experimental Glasair III, I returned to STS and got great help from all the folks at KaiserAir and especially Glenn Barrett who allowed me to use some hangar space and tools without any charge. A great FBO.

Flew in today for fuel stop and borrowed the crew car for a couple of hours to attend a wedding reception. Could not have been treated nicer. We got the AirBoss fuel price, and no added fees.

Arriving for annual "Wine Road" barrel tasting event (first 2 weekends of March). Excellent service and price for parking and fuel. Offering crew car without asking for it.

If I had to use Kaiser at STS again, I would triple check the rental car. I would book it on the internet (for a much better rate than Kaiser gets), call Kaiser the day before and make sure they have the reservation, then call again before departing to make sure they have the car physically at the FBO. We waited a couple of hours for ours (Hertz); while hanging out in the (under construction) FBO, we crossed paths with another customer who waited 3 hours for theirs (Enterprise), while a third customer was stranded with a the wrong car. Also watch while they fuel your plane - I got a couple of scratches in my wing paint from a squirrelly fuel nozzle.

Nice airport in the Bay Area. We used Kaiser air and service was very good. County tie downs were $7.00 per night. Not bad except they moved our airplane while we were staying in the local area and they neglected to tie the tail wheel down. Overall a good experience and would recommend KSTS.

I am using Santa Rosa Jet Center as a base for doing aerial imagery in the northern San Francisco area. We stopped in no-notice and the service and prices are great. A big thanks to Tiffany for coordinating everything we need. We'll be back whenever we return to this area.

Five miles out on final we had electrical problems in our C-182. What was planned as a short stop for gas on Easter Saturday turned into a pleasurable overnight wine tasting experience. Nothing but the best experience working with these wonderful people. Glenn the manager and an A&P came in on his day off within 20 minutes of the call. He quickly trouble shot the problem, a loose connection. Meanwhile Laura at the front desk quickly secured a rental car on this holiday weekend. With the bird repaired but delayed in our quest for much further north, we decided to stay the rest of the day and go wine tasting after such a warm welcome. How could we leave! Oh did I mention on top of all this personal service we got the self-serve price for full service fuel? My hats off to the entire team at Kaiser Air for the full service treatment.
