Elaine, Joel, Jean are amazing! I was in a time crunch with our C441 and called ahead for a "Quick turn." They were faster than a pro NASCAR team. By the time I opened the airstair door, fuel was flowing. Joel was at the door to help get the plane cleaned up and reset. As I walked past the counter, my fuel ticket was ready, my credit card was charged and ready for signature, in the mean time, our catering cooler was given fresh ice. I don't think it gets better than that. Everything was perfect!

Very friendly staff. Everything went very smoothly for a day trip. Why fuel here is so expensive is beyond me.

I fly a variety of aircraft into a very large variety of places. This time around, a friend and I took a very tired Beech Duchess from PIE to Stuart. I actually had an errand to run in town. We were treated like we had the G5, which we decided to leave at home this time! We even received $1.00 of the published fuel price... Just because! I received a ride from line service into town to complete my errand. Everything went wonderfully smooth. The FBO itself is very posh, and full of nice people. I highly recommend this facility for any airplane, anytime you are in Stuart.

I had a group fly-out to KSUA this past weekend and I have never received better service from an FBO. We had 6 aircraft come in at the same time with only one day's notice. With no cab companies available in the area, Kathy & crew at Global arranged our ground transportation to the beach (roughly 10 minutes away) without a problem at all. After our day at the beach, we returned to find our fuel receipts ready and received offers for warm cookies. Overall, exceptional service with happy, friendly staff. We'll be back. Thanks! Great FBO! I've stopped in on several occasions and they have been super accommodating every time. Front desk staff is great, line crew is extremely professional. Courtesy car is clean and accessible. Plus, they have lemonade and cookies. Highly recommended.

My recent visit to KSUA was for 3 days. The ramp fee was waived and tiedown parking was reasonable for the aircraft (C414) and the area. We came in on minimum reserves, so there was a fuel discount for the top off to boot. In the last few years, KSUA and both FBO's have been more receptive to 100LL buyers and have become competitive with smaller airports in the vicinity while maintaining top level service.

Excellent line service at Galaxy. Beautiful FBO building. Fuel price was discounted to $6/gal, still steep. No ramp fee with fuel purchase. Overnight is $18/nt for the Bonanza. Nice people, and great access to the area.

On my recent, around-the-country trip, Galaxy Aviation provided excellent service, including an overnight crew car (new!), lodging reservation at a reduced fee, and dinner recommendations (great seafood!). I'd be pleased to use their services again...

Flew into SUA in my C177B, was directed to park between 2 jets, and was treated like I arrived in a Citation. Stayed 3 days; bought 40 gal of 100LL, which they discounted; was charged $18/day. A bit pricey but it's worth it--customer service is top notch (they monitor Flightaware for inbounds and were expecting me). I look forward to returning no matter what I'm flying.

Flew to SUA to repo an aircraft not on Galaxy ramp. Taxied to look for self serve pump, none there. Parked on Galaxy ramp and requested 10 per side. My chase plane parked behind me on the end of the ramp. Walked inside and paid for 20 gal, and was told the other plane would be charged ramp fee of 18 dollars!! I said you must be kidding, after paying for fuel; manager came out and eventually waived the ramp fee for the other aircraft due to the fact that I took 20 gal. Flew there from west palm beach Jet Aviation that had twice the facilities, stayed there for 3 hrs and had cookies and coffee waiting for a package, Asked for the ramp fee, and was told "None enjoy your flight". This case was handled by the manager and well, but what if he was not there? You can guess my opinion.
