A breath of fresh air at SUS! Our first visit today was outstanding. Very comfortable crew lounge and nice new crew cars. Everyone was exceptionally professional and courteous. A special thanks to Francisco Tartabini who handled everything from our passenger's rental car reservation to greeting our aircraft upon arrival. This will be our new home when visiting SUS.

We had the distinct privilege of visiting Aero Charter when we flew a Skylane up from Atlanta. We might have been a small single-engine plane, but the arrangements and reception were absolutely first rate. The staff bent over backwards to make sure that every one of our needs were met. We have had many FBO experiences, and this ranks among the very best. Make it a point to stop by when you visit SUS.

These guys did a great job on everything from preplanning my trip through great follow up and resolution of a problem with the rental car two weeks after the visit. Everyone at Aero Charter was very professional.

I have had avionics work performed by Aero Charter on my PA28 on several occasions. The most recent was transponder replacement and panel relocation. The avionics personnel were very friendly and helpful in this process. I appreciated their suggestions on the panel layout and the effort made moving equipment in a very old panel. Of the three different companies who have done avionics work on my plane at Spirit, their work has been the best and most reliable. I would highly recommend them for avionics support.

The guys at Aero Charter are fantastic! I flew in on a Sunday evening in a Saratoga and was treated exceptionally well. The facility is extremely nice and the staff very welcoming. This is a great addition at KSUS, where other FBOs can be a little less accommodating to GA aircraft. Thanks guys for a wonderful visit - I'll certainly be back!

Flew in on a Saturday morning. Chose Aero Charter after reading reviews that they were accepting of small planes (C-172). That could not be more true. Great people very helpful, look forward to going back again. Truly believe they will meet us again as a friend.

Flew in for an overnight stay and the lineman brought the car up to the plane, helped us load the bags and went out of his way to make us feel like a million bucks. Kristen made a great first impression at the front desk and got us pointed in the right direction. Kudos to whoever is doing the hiring and training at Aero - your efforts are paying off!

Look up the term 'outstanding customer service' in the dictionary and you'll see Ron's picture there. Convenient location, great service, and fantastic attitude. I'm usually an Executive Beech customer, but since Signature bought them out, I'll be back to Aero Charter again.

I had a very good experience on three separate visits over a 10-day period of time. In each case I was met on the ramp and my rental car brought out to the plane, Fuel was the least expensive on the field. The ramp fees were $15/ day for a C-172 with the first day being waived with fuel purchase. They secured an Enterprise rental for $43/ day. I dealt with Ron, Kristin, and Mike, all of whom seemed to go out of their way to make my visit a success. I will certainly be back as they have earned my future business.

Visited 26Aug2010 for two days in the Cessna 210. Fuel price was as listed on AirNav. Ramp fee was $15/day, first day waived with fuel purchase. They arranged a rental car for me.

Flew in on 25JUL2010, called just prior to T/O to arrange for rental car. On arrival the line crew met us promptly w/ carpet!! Very friendly and courteous. Inside the FBO personnel were extremely friendly and helpful as well. Car was waiting and running w/ the A/C to cool it down for us. Gave us free water/drinks and snacks. I have flown 'corporate' for 30+ years and have not received better service even in the G FIVE (Gulfstream)!!! Give these guys the business they earn it!

Great Service combined with inexpensive fuel. Arrived late on Friday and was greeted by 2 linemen with big smiles that gave very clear taxi directions. They quickly refueled the King Air and directed me to some excellent BBQ. Bobby was super helpful. Air Charter is run very well. I will definitely return here in the future. Thanks for your superior service.

A fellow pilot and myself landed at KSUS on 6/18/10 after a 5-hour flight and a diversion. On approach we were asked where we were parking, and choose Aero Charter out of random. We were immediately satisfied with the quality of service. Three linemen marshaled us in and greeted us, and treated us as though we hadn't flown in on a 172. We asked for a top-off and a courtesy car, and before we knew it, keys were in hand and the Skyhawk was topped off. As storms developed over our destination preventing our departure, the employees told us to 'make ourselves at home' and offered us accommodations for as long as we needed. All said and done, I am more satisfied with this FBO than any other FBO I have ever been to. Thanks, Aero Charter.

Our "quick turn" here on a quiet Sunday (the 6th) was our first time to KSUS in over three years. Decided to try the FBO mainly based on fuel price, but was pleasantly surprised with the amenities of the FBO. Personnel had us fueled and "billed" quicker than our little bit of needed rest. When needed; due to weather and passenger needs, we will revisit this excellent FBO! It was a great stop!

Aero Charter was a great overnight stop. They arranged our rental car, which was next to our plane upon arrival, the ground crew was excellent. Fuel prices the lowest on the field. When we left the next morning the aircraft was out of the hangar, fueled and ready to go.

We flew into Aero Charter yesterday in our Citation for an RON and could not have been more pleased. This possibly may be the most accommodating FBO in the country. Kristen, Bobby, Mike and the whole line staff went out of their way to serve us in any way possible. Their Jet fuel price is excellent and the service is even better. It is great to find an FBO that truly cares about its customers.

Aero Charter is the best FBO of the three I have used at KSUS. We visited with the King Air 200; common sense line service, nice lobby with beverages and snacks, sufficient crew vehicles, go the extra mile customer service, good pricing and fuel discounts. We will come back. Thanks.

I wanted to let you know about the great experience I recently had with your FBO. I arrived last Sunday afternoon and left Thursday morning. Your line staff was friendly and helpful. The person on Thursday morning was especially helpful with a "bird" problem I had. Even though I had a small GA airplane they treated me as if I were a corporate customer. Thanks for the great service.

Simply the best FBO ever (not just in the St Louis area). Brought our Piper Arrow in here to visit a family member in hospice care. We were concerned by the name of the FBO but should not have been. These people treat everyone, including small GA, with great service, great attitudes and great prices. We have never seen anyone, anywhere that was better (even though we were the only prop plane on their ramp). Even our Ridgeback agrees.

Simple. Excellent service at a fair price in pleasant atmosphere. Best FBO I have experienced. Arrived relatively late, passengers' rental vehicle was waiting, running and warm with directions on the seat. Literally on their way within 90 seconds. Our transportation was waiting as well, with directions to restaurant and hotel. Excellent suggestions for each. Next day aircraft was cleaned, fueled to specifications, waiting and ready. FBO is comfortable, staff is accommodating, knowledgeable, extremely pleasant and professional. By the way, prices are best on the field. Perfect.

Landed @ KSUS on 2/09/10 in Cheyenne II and went into Aero Charter FBO. Rachel Arnold who works the front desk was so nice and helpful. She made me feel like family. Late that night I called the FBO to see if I left an article on the plane. Bobby brought it to my Hotel in his own vehicle. They also have great fuel prices. The folks at Aero Charter have made customer service an art! This will be my home at KSUS.

We have used Aero Charter Jet Center for well over a year now and cannot say enough about the excellent service we receive there. All the counter and ramp personnel go out of their way to make sure all our needs are met. Tower and Ground personnel are also friendly and that is also appreciated. Very friendly FBO to small GA aircraft. The staff treated my single piston, wife, baby and dog great. Even though several jets and turboprops were coming in behind us, including an air ambulance, the line staff (particularly Bobby) took extremely good care of us. They offered their crew cars and called the other FBOs when our ride didn't arrive (they went to another FBO). My aircraft was fueled up requested; windshield washed (who does that anymore?), and moved the plane to the entrance in time for our return to the airport. I was given one free night of ramp tie-down w/ fuel purchase; the remaining nights were charged $25 each. Almost any other place I would have balked at such a tie-down fee (I've paid much less at bigger airports), but this place was on top of everything such that the $75 ramp charge did not make me cringe.
