  Ashley, Beverly, and everyone else at Million Air SUS have gone above and beyond to help myself and my passengers have a comfortable stay here in St. Louis. Every time I come here I am greeted by helpful and extremely friendly line crew & the girls at the desk always go out if their way to make our stay a hassle-free one. There has been a little hiccup with our rental car situation this time around and Ashley has been following up with the company and keeping me in the loop and I could not thank anyone more for doing things so far above and beyond what a normal FBO would do (or at least what I am used to happening in a situation like this). I cannot say enough great things about my experience with them. I will DEFINITELY be visiting with Million Air SUS every time we travel to St. Louis. Thank you

  Great service. Flew in on a C182, linesman meet us on the ramp for parking. Pulled rental car up to the plane before I even had the control lock in. No complaints at all about the service! If I ever go back to KSUS I will go to Million Air!

  I emailed Million Air to inquire about the services I needed and prices for those services. I received a prompt reply from Cindy, the Customer Service Manager. She worked very hard to make Million Air a competitive choice. From the moment I was met by a lineman that marshalled me right up to their front door, to the moment I was waved off as I taxied away, every single person at Million Air went above and beyond to address my needs in five-star fashion. Best of all, they did it with a smile on their faces, most friendly discourse, leaving me and my passengers feeling like we were a part of their family. What else could you possibly ask for from an FBO?

  I called ahead from Denver to reserve a rental car for a four-day trip to St. Louis and I was offered Million Air's own rental car at a discount compared to the usual agencies. On my arrival the next day it was 95 degrees but the rental car was pre-cooled for me. I was delighted! Other good features of this Million Air FBO: very convenient to the main runway - just off of taxiway A6. Very polite and very pleasant staff. Convenient access to park my plane. Reasonable gas prices. I very highly recommend them and I will definitely stop there on my future trips to St. Louis.

  Arrived in the PC-12 after 6PM and Bev and the line crew had all of our needs met at the 110% level, as usual! Great job folks! We were pleased to know they have the ability to process a credit card and do the AirBoss discount, even if the front desk staff is not there. Hey! That is what an "Operations Manual" is designed for. Looks like we will return here when needed rather than one of their competitors.

  This was the fifth or sixth time I have been through KSUS and Million Air has been great each time. The staff is excellent - polite, sharp and professional. Pax even commented on how professional the staff was. Crew car was nice plus when we landed late and needed to run to a restaurant at 945PM. Rental car running and warm as we taxied up and rushed out for a meeting last time we went though (4 days prior). Fuel prices are also best on the field. KSUS is a high quality airport and Million Air does a great job. Thanks again guys.

  We use Million Air SUS on a regular basis and find these folks are very professional, very helpful and kind. They have great mid-western values, and their fuel prices are reasonable. Hangar service in winter has not been a problem. I really enjoy SUS airport and Million Air FBO.

  The PC-12 hadn't been to this location since January 2007! They were so pleased to see us finally return, that we were given an excellent fuel discount. Battling 100% stronger winds than forecast, we took on additional fuel than originally planned for. Great to see that their quick turn is rapid; even at 8:45PM. When the winds require, we will return to this wonderful facility. By the way, you other pilots using this facility should start adding some comments. I can't believe they only had two customers in the past year? Start giving some feedback!

  Was there on April 15, 2010. They treated me well. I needed a rental car and it was delivered by the line crew to my plane. We fly an old Cessna 172 and they treated me like I was a big plane. All the staff was helpful. The gas was more expensive but it pays for a nice facility and the paychecks of the people there. I received no unexpected charges or anything. Just the price of the fuel and the rental car. After we returned the WX became bad and we waited it out there on the ground. We had already turned in our rental car but they made the crew car available for dinner. The stay was nice and the people caring. They treated us (my wife and I) very well. If you want a first rate FBO with courteous staff and clean professional facility this is it.

  Chose Million Air St Louis for recent trip in the King Air 200 due to expected facilities and Jag crew vehicle. The fuel prices were one dollar higher than other FBO's at SUS. The JAG crew car** only given out with 100 gal fuel purchase. The Operations Manager chose to collect a $50 handling fee instead of selling us gas at $.37 off retail. My passengers arrived slightly early; the owner paid the bill, and then walked out to the airplane and was wandering around the ramp. The Million Air staff, which was plentiful "hanging out" at the front desk, did not make any effort to notify us (the crew in the crew lounge), even though we were one of only two aircraft on their ramp during our three-hour stay. The line guys seemed sharp and did a very good job with the marshalling upon arrival and departure, with the exception of hounding my lead passenger for fueling information when he was trying to deplane. All FBO's need to learn more about customer service, it is all they have to sell.
